“Not the lodge I booked and no explanation as to why but the one given instead sufficed. Positive: Bed comfy, hot tub good Negative: It wasn’t the property I booked. Instead of being Teejay lodge I was put in elegant lodge which isn’t even the same type of caravan and wasn’t informed why. There was also one 1 normal size mug in the property and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work”
