Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Toller Strand in knapp 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider waren aber einige Sachen nicht so sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Unterkunft hatte einen etwas feuchten Geruch. Außerdem war im Inserat angegeben, dass eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden wäre. Dem war leider nicht so. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns auch nicht so zugesagt. Töpfe waren alt und abgenutzt und es waren noch einige Flecken vom Vorgänger vorhanden. Für Kinder war die Unterkunft allerdings schön. Es waren Spiele vorhanden und die Einrichtung im Kinderzimmer schön. Das Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer war bequem, im anderen Zimmer allerdings nicht so sehr. In den aufgebauten Möbeln war nicht sonderlich viel Platz, da hier noch Deko Artikel in den Schubladen lagen, genauso wie die Bauanleitungen. Schade dass hier die Qualität der Unterkunft uns nicht ganz zugesagt hat, die Lage ist nämlich wirklich sehr gut!

Positive: Excellent location The apartment was really comfortable, two bathrooms, comfortable beds and extremely well equipped kitchen. Three adults stayed, but plenty room for 6 people Nice touch having games for children. Felt very secure, in a quiet location Was spotlessly clean and lovely towels. Definitely recommend staying here Negative: Courtyard could have been swept of bird droppings Could have had more than one tea towel and better quality dish cloth

A great location in Saltburn, easy access to the beach and the town. Good sized apartment, two good size bedrooms and one with on-suite. Plenty of parking spaces available on the street, we managed to get right outside the door. We had a lovely stay.

This was a lovely flat, really well located. Walking distance to the beach and town. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Two bathrooms with two older children was definitely a plus. It was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Modern apartment,great location, comfortable beds,some areas need a good clean . Positive: The location to was great, there was plenty of space in the appartment for four adults,the decor and wall art were very nice and the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Negative: There was a strong smell of damp when you entered the appartment, the outside court yard was un usable as it was covered in pigeon poo don't think it's been cleaned for along time,the carpet in the lounge was very dirty,there was only 3 wine glasses.

Lovely place just a shame about the cleanliness. Positive: Great location, comfortable, lovely decor. Negative: It wasn’t clean when we arrived. Very foisty smell, patio so covered in bird poo it was unusable, carpets and flooring didn’t look hoovered.

This was a most unsatisfactory booking with Host and Stay, who have proved very unreliable on previous occasions. The property had some serious health and safety issues with excessive bird poo in the yard and a door lock that didn’t work reliably. We did not want to be locked inside so checked out the same afternoon and had to stay at the Spa hotel for the evening while we looked for an alternative . Host and Stay did say they would look into this but not in time for us to stay there safely.

Positive: The flat was comfortable & had nice decorative touches. The location was perfect for all the amenities & beach. Negative: Unfortunately the back yard was very dirty & look liked it hadn't been cleaned for months. We booked the flat to have some private outside space but we're unable to use it. I did contact Host & Stay who said that the cleaners may come to sort it out but never did. All very disappointing.

Great location and very well presented apartment.

Beautiful, cosy, warm ground floor flat. Quiet neighbourhood. Managed to park both cars. Perfect location for the town & beach. Lovely space with a beach theme. Some very cute touches which were appreciated. 2 Bathrooms gets a 🙌.

Happy with Surf Jewel and may be back! Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. Surf Jewel was clean, well equipped and cosy. I loved the whales in the back bedroom. 😊The location was great too. Can't believe we've never been to Saltburn before now, it's fab! Negative: The Outside seating area could have done with a good sweep. There was a heap of soil in the corner and the chairs were dusty. I expect this was just an oversight. So don't let this out you off!

A great location in Saltburn, easy access to beach and the town. Lovely apartment, with nice decor. Two good sized bedrooms, one with on suite. We managed to get a parking spot right outside, but also plenty of spots on the street. We had a great stay and will hopefully return.
