Great location in North Laines, close to everything. Lovely and well appointed house. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are steep, but was absolutely fine for our group.

A wonderful townhouse located centrally to explore Brighton. We were a group of 6 celebrating a couple of birthdays in the group and really had a wonderful time. The property is well equipped, clean and of a very high standard. We will be returning.

What a great stay! The house was located down a quiet road, and perfect walkable location to the train station, shops, restaurants and beach. It was homely, clean, beds were comfortable, shower was good. Everything we needed for a weekend stay with friends. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Communication between the air BnB host and Host & Stay was really good and responsive. Thanks so much!
Dale's place was in the perfect location for a weekend in Brighton. No more than a 15 min walk from anywhere we wanted to go. The house was comfortable and clean and well suited to our group of 6. Would definitely book again.
So glad we picked this place for our family get-away! Positive: The house is large and comfy, with areas on the first and second floors to congregate in addition to the patio out back. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice. We all loved the big bathtub! The location is ideal. It was a short walk to numerous fun shops and restaurants, and a pleasant walk down to the museum area and beach. Negative: Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay.
House was lovely, great location for exploring Brighton. While we all enjoyed our stay,there were a few issues that were brought to the hosts attention at the beginning of our stay.Upstairs back bedroom had mouldy stained bedding and ground floor back bedroom had 4 very badly stained pillowcases.The bathroom sink outlet (plug hole) was blocked and we had to resolve that ourselves,it was blocked with human hair,not ours.The host did not get in touch at any point to offer any solution to improve our stay. While I except that the house is old and has damp issues,I don’t expect to pay that much money to have my family sleeping in mouldy stained bed linen.The kitchen table needs a good clean too,lots of bits of food/crumbs,stuck in the gaps,disgusting to look at and there is a problem with ants and other insects in the property.
I visited with our family of 4 during Easter of 2025. Beautiful luminous house, centrally located near the Laines but not noisy. House equipped with all amenities as if it was your own. Will return to this property for sure.

really great place to stay, super central location and the place was immaculate. we were on a work trip so didn't spend much time in the property but it had all the amenities we needed!
A perfect stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Positive: A great property with very good amenities. Courtyard was a plus for the dogs. Quiet location, but still close to the centre. Loved the quirkiness of the property. Negative: The house itself was great. However the cleanliness of the banisters and skirting boards could have been better. Due to the steepness of the stairs, it was evident that previous users had held onto the banisters to help with their mobility up and down the stairs. Perhaps a wipe over after every occupant would be welcome. The location of the lock box could have been explained better.

Great location in the Laines, with everything close-by. House is functional with beautiful kitchen and comfy rooms. Host was very helpful although we didn’t have any issues that needed managing. We will surely return to this property in the future.
The decor is lovely & the listing photos present the property well, but they do not reflect a significant underlying problem. There is a serious damp & likely drainage issue originating from the bathroom that affects the entire property. The smell was constant & there were visible signs of damp (photo provided), suggesting a deeper structural issue rather than a cosmetic one. This impacted comfort & health. My daughter’s asthma worsened and we both experienced persistent sneezing. The bathroom, being the only one, was unpleasant to use. This is not a minor issue & clearly requires proper investigation & repair, which is why I did not raise it during the stay. I reported it immediately afterwards but was disappointed that no even partial refund was offered because it wasn’t raised at the time. Given severity, this should’ve been addressed before guests arrived. Until damp & drainage issue is resolved, I would NOT recommend staying here, esp for those with asthma or respiratory issues.
Great house in the centre of Brighton but very quiet.
Absolutely brilliant .. we felt right at home and didn’t need to worry about any aspect of our stay. Positive: Location & home from home feel Negative: Beds stated they could be twin in 2 rooms, but they could not.
Positive: Location was great, very close to station, shops and the Lanes Negative: Property shouldn't be advertised as 2 bathrooms, as there was only 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. No handwash or tea towels in kitchen. Bowels left on draining board when we arrived. Only 2 sachets of body wash, for 4 people on 2 night stay. Garden area looks like it needs a bit of attention.
Great value weekend away Positive: The location was excellent and was a comfortable stay. Negative: No bannisters on the stairs especially down to the kitchen. There was no toilet roll and don’t remember saying needed to bring our own.

Enjoyed our stay. Fab location with everything in walking distance. Being so central but still found the road to be quiet at night. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with lots of extra items in the kitchen cupboard. Would def recommend.
Excellent location, lovely and warm house, nice outdoors area and really clean!! One thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets available. Other than that the stay was 10/10

Loved this place. It was so clean, well decorated and plenty of space for 6. The location was perfect, central to Brighton but so quiet. Everything you need is minutes away. Great restaurants, plenty of supermarkets and a bakery at the end of the road. Couldn’t ask for more. We enjoyed being able to sit around the kitchen table playing board games and also great to have a lounge with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The outdoor space was lovely too as it was a very hot weekend. Will definitely book here again when back in Brighton.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Brighton. Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen! Das Haus ist wie in England üblich nicht groß und breit, aber vollkommen ok für 6 Personen. Toller Vorteil ist die 2. Toilette!! Die Betten sind bequem und prima für 2 Personen. Wir waren zu fünft und jeder hatte auf dem Sofa und in der Küche einen Sitzplatz. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend für 6 Personen, es könnten ein paar mehr Becher und Töpfe vorhanden sein, zB. ein großer Topf um Nudeln zu kochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!
