New, super clean, well appointed and spacious apartment. We enjoyed our four night stay. It was a bit difficult to find, but once we reached the property, everything was easy. The property is better for those who are driving, as it’s in a residential neighborhood and attractions are relatively far from the property. Overall, we had a very good stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Great place to stay
WiFi did not work until the morning of departure The key box code and property detail was not provided has to call and wait on hold outside of the property , then wait again for it to be sent. Poor communication , could not work like I needed and no other form of signal
The flat is lovely, had everything we needed. If anyone going hiking it’s a short drive from Stanmer Park. Parking was definitely useful.
An excellent property in a lovely quiet location. It's nice and bright, done to a good standard. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. As we were going into Brighton every day and it's busy noisy place, it was great to stay in a tranquil location. If I have one very small thing, is that it would have been good to have an electric fan. In hindsight it would be hard to predict that this year would be a heatwave that went on for weeks. Because of the size of the property it did feel a bit stifling with the heat but really that is a very small criticism. I would happily stay there again.
