Nice house in a nice little town. Positive: The house was right in the centre of Saltburn and has parking (but is tight) and a secure dog friendly yard, clean with a well equipped kitchen we liked this house. If arriving by train it's probably closer to the platform than the ticket office, the Thai close by nice food . Negative: Couldn't find any oven gloves.

We had a really nice time. Lovely walks along the coast with the dog, Positive: Simple to do.

Fabulous beach which the dogs love. Positive: The property is well equipped and in a perfect location.

Relaxed break to Saltburn with dogs Positive: The cottage was in a perfect location, opposite the train station and central, near bars, restaurants and shops and 5 minutes to the cliff tops. It had everything required for a relaxed holiday. Clean throughout, wifi, good information, spacious, outdoor patio area with seating, all the facilities for a self-catering break. Negative: Nothing.

The house is perfect. We stayed for the weekend, visiting family. It’s so cosy, has everything you need, and the location is spot on- close to the beach, and the town centre, which has some great bars. We will definitely stay again.

Brilliant little house, really nicely kept. Everything we needed. Nice extra touches with kids books and puzzles and a cake when we got there. Perfect location very close to shops and beach. In terms of Host and Stay, only involvement was the emails they sent and tried to ring them when finding the place and they didn’t answer. Was easy enough to find really (satnav just said it was on the roundabout, was off to the left just opposite railway station), but wanted confirmation about which parking space we were supposed to use.

Great little stay Positive: A lovely clean, tidy property. Hosts were quick to respond to queries which is always helpful. Would definitely stay again. Negative: The parking space at the rear of the property was tight to get into, but not impossible. Wouldn't stop me staying again.

Our go-to place to stay in Saltburn. Positive: Ideally placed opposite the rail station and very close to shops and restaurants. Have stayed here before and likely to again. Saltburn is very nice and also handy for other places along the coast between Middlesbrough and Whitby by bus or car. Train connections via Middlesbrough or Thornaby. Negative: A bit late receiving the keybox code owing to patchy mobile connection. Took a few attempts. Once in, all was fine. This time we paid the compulsory breakage/ damage insurance up front as part of the price, which was better than last time when this was an unexpected surcharge.

Wonderful property in an excellent location with parking. A great find in a beautiful location. The place was spotless and very well equipped and maintained. Cake and jam a lovely extra. Would highly recommended and definitely use again.

We love Saltburn & have stayed in the area many times, This is the first time we have stayed at Station View & we will definitely stay again. The house was immaculate, very comfy beds, all you could need in the kitchen, outside space with seating, parking for a small car & with able on street parking available, perfectly located opposite the station & near to shops, restaurants & short walk to the beach. Hosts went above & beyond with a lovely note & gift of a amazing cake & jam. We would highly recommend staying here & we will definitely stay again Thank you 😊

Positive: Perfect location. Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. Private car parking space, although quite small space. Paved back garden with table and chairs. Loved the hanging/shelving units in bedrooms. Beautiful bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Comfy bed. Within walking distance to beach, funicular and Valley Gardens. Train station and Sainsbury's just across the road. We would definitely stay again. Negative: Only one toilet roll and very little in toiletries and basics like salt, sauces etc but not really a problem because Sainsbury's store just across the road. A few pots with flowers would have looked good in the back garden which was all paved.

Ideal location for travelling to busier resorts -Redcar, Whitby - without the crowds

Station view Saltburn. Positive: The location in Saltburn was excellent, very central and close to all amenities, railway station and Sainsbrys opposite the property. Negative: We found the property to be smaller than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen looked new, with all modern units; however, we felt that the table and chairs in the kitchen were a tight fit, making it difficult to access the back of the property. We believe that placing the dining table and chairs in the lounge, alongside just a sofa and a small chair, might be a better arrangement. Although the sofa was well-used and comfortable, we found it too low and struggled to get up from it. The bedrooms were very well decorated and adequately suited for our stay. The bathroom was clean, and both the bath and shower worked well. The only downside we experienced was the noisy boiler and toilet system. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

Perfect property in a great location Positive: Station View was perfect for our short break in Saltburn. The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location is great - central in the town and only a short walk to the beach. I was initially a bit concerned about how close it was to the station and whether it would be noisy, but we didn't hear anything at all. I would highly recommend Station View, and we would definitely book again.

It was a great weekend helped by the quality of the accommodation Positive: Excellent position in the centre of Saltburn . The cottage was modern and clean with great shower and bath facilities. The only thing is the pillows could be a little better but minor issue

A house that is perfect for 4; whether for a short or long stay. All you need in the house, parking and an enclosed back patio with seating. A great spot! Thank you for letting us stay there - we'll be back!

Brilliant location lovely place will be back

Business like accomodation with great location, we ate out every night of our 3, so cannot comment on facilities, but kitchen can be a squeeze with table, plus beyond the size of a fiesta or smaller, the offroad parking not an option, so you have to take your chances with parking spaces out front. Big plus is having Coco & Rum (Thai) next door, also the Ship Inn & Seaview restaurant nearby, all very reasonable. We travel extensively around the UK, so have experienced a lot, we found the constant marketing of this facility a chore, but otherwise functional

Home from home at Saltburn by the Sea Positive: The house was very homely and the interior was a high standard. It was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Parking was easy and the location was good for shops and eateries. The rail station was opposite but the house was quiet and the area was peaceful. It was nice to be able to walk to the Promenade and beach where the views were amazing. Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike.
