Positive: Two toilets are very convenient. Negative: A little more colour in decor.

Wouldn't stay again Positive: Very very quiet. If you're going with children I would avoid do it. There's nothing around only 5 minutes from flamingo land but not on like parks or nothing. Everything is driving out. Is 40 to over an hour? Negative: There was quite a lot on the advertisement. It says there's a washing machine, a dryer heating. There was a dishwasher but it isn't workinv. we had some very cold nights and obviously hand washed our clothes but the heating went on for 15 minutes and then back off Which was a pain. Kept messaging the office (Charlie)for them to say it was set at 25 but it just kept switching off all the time so had damp clothes for the children which was unfair and as I said there was some cold night so we were cold.. on arrival we were met by the cleaners cuz we got there a bit early as we entered the place. The oven was dirty. The carpets had food on and bits. There was fingerprints on the windows. The cups were filthy and plates the mirrors in the bathrooms had fingerprints on considering we met th cleaners. Sorry it was dirty I would say it still needed to clean over. There was a Hoover that smelt disgusting .. there was earwigs on the couch ... And to end it, it's a nightmare of a place to find they give you the wrong location. Postcode and when you finally get there after hour of looking it's a one-way system. So if you miss your turn, you've got to kick them around the place again and the number is very hard to see because it's so small and also no outdoor furniture as stated on the advertisement. So I would avoid and look for a different location if you are looking to book

I was over the moon with our stay our property we will definitely be back Positive: Everything it was beautiful very modern comfortable clean spacious it was all lovely x Negative: Nothing it was perfect.

Despite a few minor problems referred to above, we had a very enjoyable short break. Positive: The location of the lodge was on a site that was close to Pickering with all its facilities as well as within easy reach of various local attractions and a relatively short drive to Scarborough. There were plenty of pubs and restaurants where one could get meals, the closest being the Black Bull which is just along the main road and serves a good choice of meals at a reasonable cost. Negative: It is a pity that, given the property has a spacious balcony, no outdoor furniture was provided so that we could sit outside. When we arrived we found that the wifi hadn't been set up correctly and we had to contact the host to get it sorted out. Also the water pipes were very noisy at times and we discovered that a pipe under the sink was leaking and that the water from it had soaked part of the lounge carpet. The host was intending to get this investigated after we had left.

Positive: Clean, Negative: Shower room bit small, but can’t complain really

Amazing. Great location for our weekend trip to flamingo land, literally 5mins down the road. Beautifully clean caravan and stunning site, very quiet. Only slight negative was the oven was broken and they didn’t let us know so the food we took couldn’t be cooked. We did however receive a call on the second day to say someone was coming to fix it but by then it was too late. We will 100% use again as the kids loved it, would highly recommend.

Overall the lodge was nice but would benefit greatly from outdoor furniture and a hairdryer Positive: The beds and bedding ,furniture where spotless Negative: It was advertised has having decking furniture,washing machines and a hairdryer and there was none

Loved it would love to come again 😊 Positive: Beautiful Lodge really clean and tidy had everything we needed Negative: Could have been sign posted a bit better as ended up in the part where they were selling the lodges our property was listed as rhe "stag logde" so was looking all over for 37 stag Lodge however found it was just listed as 37 which outside the property it didnt have a number on also was sent the wrong key code which was quite stressful with 2 young and overtired kids in the car

Easy check in. Lovely, modern caravan. No complaints what so ever. Positive: Well furnished and beautifully clean

Loved the lodge but we would not come again because there was so many other problems. Positive: The location was fine. The lodge itself was perfect for what we needed. Sadly there was many things wrong. Negative: There was NO patio furniture, NO WIFI, NO name or number on the lodge which made it hard to find. The microwave had not been cleaned from the last people and it had a sausage in it. The grill tray had not been cleaned. The tea towl was very stained with holes in it. The oven gloves were dirty with food stuck on them. The sliding glass doors were filthy. There was a dirty white bin on the steps. There was an earing on the place mats on the table (this should have been taken to lost property by the cleaners.) We found 3 large screws on the patio. I think they need new cleaners..........

The caravan was great! It was a very peaceful and pleasant site. We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

we stayed at stag Lodge site quite few caravans on the site nice place to come back from a busy day out and chill car boot sales just off the site walking distance and flimngo land only down the road abut 4 miles york and Scarborough only 30mins drive from the site and lidl supermarket just down the road in picking caravans clean tidy and modern wont be disappointed host are lovely always on hand if you need help
