The flat is good value for money. It's tidy and looks just like the photos on the listing. The office's response online wasn't very straightforward when it came to asking about the free parking. On the whole the accommodation is excellent, beautifully maintained and you even have access to a private garden. Beautiful property and I would definitely stay there again.
Everything was excellent…value for money
The accommodation is super clean and the incredible hosts made my stay wonderful. The apartment has 3 security cameras that made me feel safe, the area is quiet. I asked for a fan and the next day they resolved my needs. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Excellent coffee machine, nice and spacious backyard. Fully equipped kitchen, great tv room with sky Sports available! Negative: There is no indoor dining table; for us it didn't matter because we could eat in the yard, but in the winter that might be a problem.

Excellent. Positive: Great location, within walking distance to Canterbury centre. Host provided a fan which was great during the heatwave. Everything was provided. Quiet location.

Comfortable and Tidy Positive: A spacious , cute little home just 20 minutes walk outside the town, fully equipped kitchen and allows a lot of natural light coming in. Perfect amount of space for me as a solo traveller, clean and tidy. Negative: Not too sure if I like the amount of cameras

I want to start by saying that the owner of the property is great and was very helpful once I was in contact with him directly. Unfortunately, he chose Host & Stay to manage this airbnb listing. Very poor communication - pretty sure I was chatting to a bot 9 times out of 10. Ignored half the messages I sent. Calling them doesn't help much either. One other thing to note is that they have issues with hot water - to the point where there is a laminated sign stating that there is no hot water and to boil a keetle instead! Other than that it was fine - definitely suitable for a short stay.
I’ll never go back to this place Positive: I didn’t like anything Negative: The house is full of cameras, one at the entrance and two more when entering the apartment. I went in and felt very uncomfortable and watched. I asked for a refund, but they didn't give me anything back. They said the cameras were for security purposes, with no privacy, and that the owner was monitoring everything. I arrived at the apartment and he immediately sent me a message saying I had arrived a little before the check-in time. I left the same day and lost all my money.
Sadly the heating and hot water was not on when we arrived - at 11pm The heating issue was addressed that evening but sadly no heating or hot water again in the morning And even though “Charlie” responded we felt it was unreliable. The “garden” is a joke, nothing that resembles nature. Feels like the owners have made a soul-less commercial accommodation. We will be requesting a full refund.

We had an excellent stay in Canterbury, the Airbnb itself was just under a 15 minute walk into the centre. It was spotlessly clean and I felt right at home.
Excellent stay!!! It is a super-clean home in a very quiet area. Very comfortable and well equipped with a pleasant and private back yard. There is a nice park within 3 min walk from the property and the town center is a 15 minutes walk. The free parking space is a major convenience for Cantebury, but has to be arranged (via the Host) with the property owner next door. For our stay that was done very easily as the Host number answers fast and the owner was very easy and accommodating. Street parking is 2 hours no return only during the day and free from 6pm to 8am. I would stay there again.
Great place, very new looking. Pristine condition and everything as expected. Bedroom, bathroom and living room upstairs, kitchen and utility room downstairs. Small private area of garden with bench seating. 10-15 minute walk to city centre.

Excellent accommodation in Canterbury Positive: The proximity to the town centre. The high standard of hygience, the place was splotless. It is suitable for 2 people on a short stay. Tea, coffee, sugar was provided. A good size fridge freezer. Bathroom is small but it does have good wardrobe space. The owners kindly allowed us to park on the drive on Monday. It would have been awkward finding some where to park as St Martin's Road has a 2 hour limit. Negative: It would be nice to have a table you could sit at to eat. There is a lovely out door area and it would be warm enough to eat out there during the summer. A few more plates, particularly small ones for toast.
Great place to stay, very neat and tidy. Good amenities in perfect condition. Great location, 10 minute walk to city centre.
