Avoid this accommodation, sorry! Positive: Accommodation in very poor condition. Most disconcerting factor is the wondow blinds and assiciated cords which are all free for hanging by little children and not safety compliant..one which is knotted so can adjust properly, kitchen flooring not level has bubbling, damp to the left of the fridge in the kitchen, window panel broken on door, garden waste dumped in the corner of the garden, beds very uncomfortable, front door doesn't lock easily from inside, tile beading in bathroom loose, sink partially blocked as water takes a while to disperse, wall mirror not hung, just on the floor. Will Not be returning...stayed a few locations in Marske all great, this has been a real let down!! Very cheap refurbishment for cash. Negative: Whole accommodation

Great value, great property, great location. Positive: The house was absolutely spotless, great kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds. Great location, about 10 mins walk from the beach, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets literally round the corner. Negative: We liked everything.

Good property with a small parking spot. Positive: Property was fine. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Small garden was good for the dog. Negative: Parking was a little tight with the other cars in the cul-de-sac. There was only one parking spot in front of the garage for this house, which was partially blocked by a car from another property. The heating took a long time to warm the house, especially when the temperatures outside were in negative numbers.

Positive: Nice bathroom, carpets, lots of room as a solo traveller but would easily have suited 3 to 5 people. Garden. Near shops, restaurants, beach and Church Negative: Bit dark walking home as road is very quiet

Lovely clean and welcoming house in a brilliant location. Positive: The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from the beach and the village centre. The property is clean and welcoming, loved shower! Negative: Parking could have been a slight issue, as although there is a space outside the garage it would have been tight to get a large vehicle in. However a neighbour let us park outside their garage, and if that was not the case there is a free ca park a few minutes walk away we could have used instead. The living room would be better if it could have another comfy chair in there somewhere to accommodate 4 - although we all managed fine during our stay.

Great weekend away Positive: Great location in the centre of Marske. A well equipped, clean property with everything we needed and a comfy bed. Negative: The parking is the main issue with this property. The parking slot itself is fine but there is a car that parks in the turning space (see photo - ours is the closest white car and parked in the allocated spot and the grey one is the issue) so it makes the parking for this property difficult to get onto and out of. I’m guessing it’s one of the residents of the other properties but it is inconsiderate and makes life difficult for people at this property. This is obviously not the property owners fault but does impact their rental business.

Positive: The cottage itself was good Negative: The gardens were terrible could not sit out at night, a neighbour had blocked our car in and refused to move it, it said you could park a small car on the gravel I don't think so

Minden a foglalás szerintem volt. Nagyszerű leírás a környék és a házirend is rendben volt. Szeretnék még itt foglalni, ha erre tévedünk nyaralás alkalmával.👌😎 Negative: Nekem csak a matracok nem tetszettek az ágyban, nekem kényelmetlen volt kicsit. Jóval érkezésük után kaptuk meg a kulcs széf kódját, miután telefonáltunk. 😔

Photos don't do the property justice. Positive: Location was great. The photos do not do the property justice. Beds very comfortable, shower was excellent. Kitchen well fitted and comfortable sofa. Negative: Parking wasn't ideal, quite restricted and a challenge to get in and out. Had to contact host to get key code on arrival. No iron or ironing board..

Positive: nice and private

Value for money but parking not fun Positive: Property could do with some updating and decor, but was ok for the money. Location was central and nearby to everything in the village. Negative: Parking was a gamble. 4 cars would be tight but a nearby property park and extra one making manoeuvring into the allocated space go from difficult to impossible, especially with a larger car. The narrow road to the property made turning around difficult too without someone directing. Not much can be done about the location, but more warning would be good, especially if a neighbour is likely to block the space.

Lovely house. Great location close to all village amenities and short walk from the beach

The house was lovely, in a great very handy for the shops, restaurants and less than 10 mins walk to the beach. Good location for going up and down the nearby coast. House felt spacious, seating outside in rear garden. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of space. Down sides - parking could have been more accurately described The washing line needs to be fixed in as it kept falling down. We could have used a colander during our stay but couldn't find one.

This property is awful. Mouldy windows overgrown gardens awful smell loose live wires. No radiators downstairs except in the living room so even when the heating was turned up the house was still really cold. Faulty drains and sockets not in place properly meaning live wires were noticeable dangerous if children stay there
