Brilliant stay at a clean and comfy property with full amenities and accessibility to city center. Positive: The comfort of the property in general. Its an ideal spot for 2 families (3 members per family). En-suite bathroom for one family and a separate bathroom for the other family - also w/c downstairs. Clean, comfy beds and access to the city center via public transport very doable. Finally, the fact that parking was available onsite front door was very convenient (2cars). Overall a brilliant stay for a long weekend with family and friends. Negative: Nothing really the stands out. Our only comment would be that it would be good to have washing liquid (as we had to use the dish-washer for limited items). And a rather more - of a nice to have - the addition of eg an espresso type coffee machine (widely used nowadays) would elevate the property (as we would only need to bring our own capsules). This is a personal pereference of course.

Lovely stay at Clements House. Fabulous location on a quiet street, very private with easy access to Norwich city centre and lots of excellent parks nearby. The house was perfect for our family of four - spacious, well equipped, with a huge garden and convenient off-road parking. Would happily stay again!

House is lovely but is in need of maintence and TLC. Black mold and damp in bathrooms along with water seeping through kitchen ceiling and peeling paint in most rooms. \n\nIt is very creaky so if staying with young children bare this in mind as bedtimes were made very difficult by the excessive noise of the stairs and doors. House has a lot of great potential just needs some love put into it.\n\nNice enough area.

The house was clean & very homely with extremely comfortable beds. It was easy to find in daylight but we struggled a bit to find in the dark! There is a really nice play park for children less than 5 mins walk away which our grandchildren loved. House very well equipped and the heating was efficiently run. All in all a really nice find and we hope to stay there again when visiting our son.

Such a beautiful place... We were 6 people and had the best time at this place. We came to attend the graudation ceremony of our son and it was worth it. I would recommend this to anyone at any point in time. Just the possibility of late checkout would make it even more better

Our daughter loved the garden and the location was great, close enough to the city but not directly in the hussle and bussle. The bathrooms were very generous in size and the additional toilet downstairs was great. The laundry facilities were new and worked well. The house itself is older, and there's a few stains on the entry way carpet, however the house is still in great condition overall. The host also goes above and beyond with the details like extremely comfortable beds and linen, great facilities in the kitchen. Would recommend to others needing bigger accommodation with parking.

Lovely comfortable house with spacious rooms. Beds and furniture comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Good quality appliances. Efficinet heating and the house was warm with constant hot water. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great fully enclosed garden ideal for doggy visitors-ours loved it. Convenient location in a pleasant leafy area, easy to get into the city or out to the coast or Broads. Host responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Large, clean, comfortable house, - great for friends on a city break to Norwich. Positive: This is a large house, great as we all wanted our own room. Well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Lovely comfortable beds. Very clean. We sat in the garden and that was very private and pleasant. It was very sociable to have a lounge and a dining room, where we could eat together. 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo, all very modern. We were fascinated by the loo washer downstairs and will be looking at getting one ourselves! Negative: The only thing was we could not understand the tv, and there were no instructions to be found. There seemed to be a box under the tv but we could not get that to turn on. We did manage to get YouTube on the last night, but that was all. We would have liked some instructions- short, clear, and very easy to understand- we are no longer young. We also only found the cooker and hob booklet on the last morning when about to leave. Once again,a crib sheet for appliances in the kitchen and the central heating would have been good.

Great location, but house needs some TLC, & not value for money in my opinion Positive: Good location, good off street parking, comfy lounge, Big bedrooms, great garden Negative: Small kitchen, not big enough for a family to cook in, bathrooms need updating, en-suite really smelled of cigarette smoke (spoke to owner who did offer to come in to clean on Saturday but as the en-suite has no windows & was a more in-ground smell didn’t think cleaning would help, but owner was very helpful). Split in duvet cover on one bed & very very soft beds.

Overall, satisfactory stay with minor problems which we hope will be solved for next visitors. Positive: Good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space; off-road parking; spacious living room and dining room; plenty of crockery and cutlery. Wi-Fi, TV. Negative: Kitchen too small; unsatisfactory dish-washer (never 100% clean wash), kitchen blind did not work, bathroom sink did not hold water. Customer support line not helpful enough. Photo of offroad parking deceptive - just enough room for two vehicles.

This was our second visit to St Clement House as we regularly visit our son who lives in Norwich. The house is very comfortable ,warm and has everything to hand that is needed for an enjoyable visit. The kitchen is especially well equipped & the beds are extremely comfortable too. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely outside space & garden. The host is very accommodating & friendly.

The house is exactly as described. It is very clean and very spacious. The rooms are large and plenty of clothes storage. \nI would recommend this house to anyone who appreciates cleanliness and spacious accommodation.

The house was exactly what we needed for our break in Norwich. It is ideally situated forblocal ameneties, the Broads and the walk into town was so easy. Tea and coffee is always welcome on arrival and it was a bonus to have lots of other kitchen essentials available. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and replied promptly. I would recommend and would definitely stay again when returning to Norwich.

The house was lovely and spacious and clean.with lots of kitchen facilities, eg pots and pans. I unfortunately set the fire alarm to go off (cooking bacon) and we realised that we couldnt find the back door keys easily so putting them in an obvious place would be helpful. The house was well situated with shops, takeaways and bus stops all within a short distance. In the photo, the driveway looks like many cars could be there in reality only 2. A few issues, the heating came on during the night ? Why, the back door keys,and could you please update your information leaflet especially on bins. and heating and bus time tables . The single bed was apparently not very comfy whereas the others where great. Overall we had a lovely stay thankyou. This was the first time we had used airbnb and didnt realise we went through host and stay who were easy to talk to when needed. So communication with airbnb was a none starter and i needed more info on the process of hiring and using the house .

Just returned from a nice stay. For what we needed it fit the bill. Good for parking however difficult to get out of drive at times. Location for what we needed was really good, close to Norwich and not too far to venture out to local Hingham/cromer/Sheringham/Wroxham It was nice to have a house that had a cosy family living room. We made use of the dining room and the kitchen was well equipped although a bit smaller than expected it was very well stocked. Really useful to have two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds, the rooms a real highlight. Garden lovely and big which would be good in summer. The house was a bit tired/ not as clean as hoped in parts. Overall would recommend and we enjoyed our time.

exactly as described ! quiet residential area of Norwich but pubs and shops around, walkable down into centre and Veezu cab back only £8 a time. Well equipped, comfortable beds and everything worked well. Recommended

This house was perfect for us. Located in a quiet walkable neighbourhood we felt right at home. Having a parking space was super helpful. The back garden was lovely. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen made for an excellent restful stay.

Loved the house, great layout with separate living room and kitchen, and lovely garden for sitting in. Beds were really comfy. All very clean. Host very quick to reply with any questions I had. Could have happily stayed much longer, lots to do in Norwich and Norfolk, and will hopefully come back one day soon! Thank you!

Excellent location, very nice house.

We have been using Airbnb for our UK visits for a few years now, this is one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. In a way, it's a pity that we spent most of our time sightseeing that we only got to enjoy the home when we came back to sleep. When I visit a home, I always imagine what I would change about the layout. Here I probably would not change anything. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and the city is easily accessible by car.
