The flat was beautifully decorated and lit, well placed for a holiday in Brighton and great value for money

Really enjoyed my stay in a perfect little haven. Everything we needed and super bright airy space. Location was perfect just far enough away from the craziness of Brighton but easily accessible. Will definitely be back!
Lovely location very close to beach and 20 min walk to Brighton pier. Close to restaurants and nearby shops. The bedrooms were clean and beds were made, however the hard floors in the living room were rather dirty leaving us with black dirty feet. The toilet did not flush properly.
This would've been a wonderful stay at the flat is very nice and very spacious however the beds mattresses in both rooms were so cheap and incredibly uncomfortable that the first night I did not have any sleep at all and the second night I opted to go and stay with a friend which renders the whole point of renting an Airbnb pointless.
This place was lovely, it is a reasonable size and a good location. Great for people who want to be close to the lanes but equally a little bit away from the busy streets.
Die Küche war teilweise eckelhaft dreckig! Ansonsten ist es eine schöne Wohnung, aber auch das Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer ist nicht so gut.
Departamento amplio, bonito, iluminado y muy bien ubicado. Positive: La luminosidad y ubicación, el departamento en sí es bonito. Negative: Los utensilios de cocina muy antiguos, sucios, horno sucio, ollas sucias, desordenado, no hay suficientes vasos. Las sábanas de las camas no eran acorde al tamaño de la cama. Una de las camas era muy blanda y antigua, sentia sentian los resortes.

The location of this place is absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and the long-stay parking area (£13 per day, free overnight). The layout of the apartment is well thought out, with two spacious bedrooms and a very large lounge area. The massive couch is incredibly comfortable and could easily double as a bed, making it a great spot to relax together during downtime. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge and a dishwasher, which was a nice bonus. A couple of minor downsides: the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly, so we avoided using it, especially when all three of us were brushing our teeth. The iron also wasn’t working during our stay. A bit more attention to detailed cleaning—like dusting and a general polish—would really elevate the place. Overall, We’d happily stay here again!

A ncie cozy stay with lots of space! A bit on the older looking side but generally clean. Creaky floorboards can cause a lot of noise for downstairs even without shoes. Overall a really nice stay and a good distant to key attractions. Lots of parking close by and a convenient co-op across.
Positive: The apartment was very cosy. The location is good, near to the sea, the supermarket and the local buses.
Positive: The location for the promenade was only a 2 minute walk with shops/pubs close by Negative: Accommodation was tired and well lived in, could do with a little tlc in places and a microwave would be very useful
Nice and spacious apartment, a stones throw from the seafront in Hove, and very short walk to the shops and restaurants on Church Street and George Street. No TV, but decent WiFi. A good excuse to read a book for us! Also a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and oven (but no microwave). In terms of access, entry to the first floor flat is up approx. 25 to 30 steps with handrails - no elevator. Street parking is permit only but there are a small number of disabled parking spaces nearby with no time limit (blue badge required). There's a bus stop within about 50meters - buses go every 15 minutes directly into Brighton. Finding the flat was a bit confusing because the building stretches around the corner and the entrance is actually the first door on the next street over. The master bedroom faces out to a busy road but it did really quiet down in the evening and we didn't notice any noise disturbance at night. Overall a really pleasant and comfortable stay
