The place is good for big groups. But only two toilet rolls isn’t enough for 10 people! Also the noise is very loud from the bar and clubs next door till 5am, then you hear them recycling / moving 1000 of bottles So it’s very loud! Needs to get better insulation for the sound!
Positive: Great location for nights out. Everything we needed it to be. Negative: Would only say that the amenities provided weren't sufficient for a place that sleeps 13. An extra shampoo and toilet roll here and there wouldn't have hurt.

Perfect place for a stag/hen do, right in the centre of bars, restaurants and clubs. Apartment was really clean and tidy, plant of space for all guests also. Just note that it is above and Irish bar and next to a techno night club so as long as you can deal with the noise it's the perfect place to stay

False advertising! The communal area looks nothing like the photo on Airbnb. it's shabby and ill equipped. The photo shows plenty of comfortable seating and on arrival we found ONE sofa and it was stained. When I complained I was told the seats were damaged by a previous guest and they hadn't had time to replace them! We should have been told this and been given the opportunity to book elsewhere. We weren't! So 3 of our party sat on the floor for our special night IN with gifts, champagne and cake for our friends special birthday. The coffee table has chunks missing from it and the dining table is horribly stained. The large lamp in the communal area didn't work and neither did the one ancient hairdryer. It was not a pleasant place to stay. Also it had been glossed so recently that it was still wet and the fumes were very strong. Had I seen a true photo of the lounge I would never have booked this place. I would not use Host and Stay again as they spoilt our special trip.
Dale’s place is perfect for big groups wanting to be right in the thick of the action. Perfect for accessing nightlife, concert square super close and only ten mins walk to Matthews Street. It was seamless getting in and communication was both proactive and quick when responding, at a very reasonable price!
Excellent location, clean and great price. Positive: Very good location for the main party area. Negative: Could be noisy late on a night, but if you know the area you know what you are getting.
It was ideal for a weekend partying in Liverpool, close to everything, bring earplugs though. Positive: It was in the heart of the nightlife above an Irish pub with live music. Pubs, restaurants shops were straight outside, really convenient. We were warned about the noise prior to confirming our reservation. Negative: We had to figure out how the door code panel worked as it was a blank screen. Worried about the macerated toilet but think everything was ok.
Awful Positive: Nothing Negative: Unfortunately, a number of serious issues during our stay left us extremely dissatisfied and caused discomfort and distress to several members of our group. The following concerns need to be addressed: 1. Damp and Leaking Radiator: Upon arrival, one of the rooms had a damp floor with a strong unpleasant smell. This worsened during the stay, and we discovered the cause was a leaking radiator, which was releasing dirty, rusty water across the floor. The flooring became heavily soaked, and the individuals staying in that room have felt unwell since the visit. I have attached a video showing the extent of the issue. 2. Lighting and Safety Issues: Many ceiling lights throughout the apartment did not work, and the lamp in the front room was missing a bulb, rendering it unusable. We had a disabled guest with us, and the lack of sufficient lighting created a significant safety hazard. 3. No Response to Maintenance Request: We reported the issues to your team and were told that someone would attend the property at 10am on Saturday to assess the damp floor, lighting, and locks. However, nobody arrived, and we received no follow-up or explanation. We remained in the apartment until 12pm, so we did not miss a visit. 4. Faulty Bathroom Lock: The second bathroom had a faulty lock, which resulted in someone being locked in. This was extremely concerning and meant we were unable to safely use that bathroom door lock for the remainder of our stay. 5. Insufficient Toilet Paper: The apartment was advertised as accommodating 12 people, yet there was not enough toilet paper provided. We had to purchase additional supplies ourselves, which should not be the case. 6. Missing Bedding for Sofa Bed: The listing stated the apartment had 11 beds for up to 12 guests. However, upon arrival we were missing a bedding set for one of the sofa beds. When we requested an additional set, we were refused, which meant one person had no bedding for both nights of the stay. 7.
LFC Fun stay. Pro tip: for those with younger kids, pick the room NOT on the street.
Don't go here Positive: It was clean Negative: Like student accommodation when the listing promised luxury. There were not enough seats for everyone to sit down in the living area. Tv didn't work. Stairway smelled of vomit. We paid £1k+for 2 nights and are very unhappy with the standard

Absolutely lovely place and wonderful host!
AVOID - the noise is as depicted, which is fine, in terms of amenities it was barely just fine for a very low maintenance group. However we were left with missing bed linen, called to ask for this to be resolved but encountered horrendous customer service, after 40 minutes they finally said they would send some the following day, which did not arrive. We had to buy a sleeping bag. Have asked for contact with the complains department, and I am yet to hear anything. The customer service was so bad I would avoid this whole company again. I will be pressing for a refund.

We had a terrible stay at this flat. It was awful, the flat was not anything like the pictures, I was informed that it was in the heart of the city and there may be fine background noise, they was a club approx 6 meters away that played techno music until 5 am and it was so loud and we did not sleep. The flat was scruffy, marks on walls and doors, dirty rugs, white stains up the curtains , iron that had complete black in the bottom, ironing board that did not stay up as very broken. One of the bedrooms stunk of a smell like wet dogs and the carpet was wet and saw a big stain on the ceiling so guess there was a leak. Also the flat was not ready when we arrived !! I have made a complaint about this property and filled in a form but have heard nothing from them. I called Monday and today and was told I would get a return call , I have heard nothing.
The apartment was exactly as described, the zone is crowded as is in a bar and restaurant zone. The apartment is perfect for a short stay as is very centric, I would stay again no doubt.
lovely falt, excellent location, the hosts were great to communicate with. only problem being there weren't extra keys but this did not diminish the quality of our stay

Brilliant location right in the centre of bars and restaurants, music can be heard from inside the property until early hours of the morning but this had already been explained in the property details so we knew beforehand! absolutely great communication and very helpful would stay there again!

Clean apartment, good location. Very noisy at night until 4am. Would say it was very expensive. Negative: The nose until 4am. The apartment was a little grubby could do with fresh paint. Mattress wasn’t the best.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location as within walking distance from most bars. Well furnished and clean. Only criticism is the wifi was slightly slow which affected the tv.
