Good location, not great facilities Positive: Great location. Very big. Check in was smooth and easy. Negative: No parking nearby as it’s all residential, car park nearby was rather expensive. The apartment is big but very cheaply facilitated, eg the couches are like park benches and the TV doesn’t work. No scissors in the kitchen, no kitchen roll etc. saw a previous review to say TV doesn’t work, I was assured it does, spent ages trying to fix it and was back and forth on email to the ‘owner’ who were useless, started asking me to provide the serial number of the TV - like I have the patience to do that on my weekend away! No instructions on how to use the heaters, no help from the ‘owner’ on that either. A manual would’ve been handy. Found one online and the two heaters in the living room do not work - I was told to check if I’d turned it on at the wall (lol) just useless communication. I think 4pm check in and 10am check out is poor. Very limited time to spend inside the property which is over £120 a night. Can’t fault location just so many things which could’ve may my stay better.

Location central, apartment good for 2 people staying a week, maybe too crowded if 4 people stayed that long

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. In der gesamten Wohnung, besonders im Badezimmer, war ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrzunehmen. Zudem gab es in jedem Zimmer Schimmelflecken, was den Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die einzigen Fenster befanden sich in den Schlafzimmern. Der Innenhof war allerdings so zugemüllt, dass man die Fenster kaum öffnen bzw. lüften wollte. Auch der Zustand der Einrichtung war nicht optimal: Auf dem Teppich waren Flecken, und in der Küche gab es nur sehr wenige Küchenutensilien – unter anderem fehlte eine Schere. Die Hocker in der Küche waren zum Essen außerdem viel zu hoch und dadurch unbequem. Positiv hervorzuheben kurze Entfernung zur Innenstadt und Winter Garden. Auch abends war kein Lärm von den Pubs zu hören.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here and will definetly be returning in the near future.

Great stay, responsive to issue, great location

Positive: was very clean good location Negative: the bath don’t unplug after using it iron board fell to bits on first use tv never worked for 3 days days and getting in touch with staff for help was a nightmare if wasn’t for a family member still wouldn’t have working tv as iron board laid in room for a week waiting on someone to come out!

The apartment is spacious and big enough for four people. Rooms are relatively clean, and there could be more kitchen/bathroom essentials, but the only real negative is the bad smell in the bathroom. Had a good stay.

Loved my stay at the apartment really clean and modern and 2 minute walk to the fronts would definitely stay again !! 😁
