Was central to all bars and restaurants which is what we wanted. It was clean and tidy. Some stains on the carpet and furniture but the bedding and towels were clean. The front door to the Accommodation wasnt secure, you could just push it to open however the Apartment doors were lockable so felt secure enough. The noise outside was very loud from the pubs and clubs so nobody got a good sleep. It was a hen party so we thought it wouldnt bother us but the noise didnt stop until 6am snd then you could hear the road sweeper. It was cheap and close to everything so overall it was a good stay.

The accommodation was perfect for a hen do. Great location as city centre so everything walkable. The host answered quickly as there was an issue with the electricity but it was sorted very quickly. Overall I would recommend.

We stayed here for a hen do and the location was perfect. Was quite noisy, but expected after reading other reviews and description. Apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay.

Responsive host, clear instructions and guidebook. The location is amazing for groups on a hen do/event as the clubs and restaurants etc. are right on the doorstep. There is a club literally adjoining the property so it is loud until early hours in the morning but this didn’t bother us because we knew about it before the stay and we were on a hen do ourselves.

The apartments were located in the most perfect place if going for a party / hen weekend! Close to all the best bars / clubs so no need for a taxi. Opposite there is a car park which helps if you have lots to unload and don’t want to walk with heavy items etc but would only recommend parking there for an hour as it’s expensive and then parking at parr street car park which is a 5 minute walk and £16 per 25 hours which is very reasonable for city centre parking. The apartments were clean and the bedrooms were all great sizes. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again for a hen party. The only downside was the extremely loud nightclub next door but we were made aware of this before booking and I think this is reflected in the price. It is very very loud until 6am so if you are wanting a good sleep then be warned that that is unlikely! But again, for a hen weekend where you don’t expect to sleep it worked fine for us! Would recommend cocktails at blush cocktail terrace!

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location for a girls weekend in Liverpool. It is noisy due to the location of the building but that didn’t bother us at all! The apartment itself was beautiful and very well kept, had everything we could possibly need and was the best spot for our girls weekend! Host was responsive and super helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely stay here and would recommend!

We stayed at Seel Street for a Hen party. The property is spacious and was clean, and slept 16 of us across two apartments which was great. It is very centrally located (10 min from train station) and right in the heart of the 'going out' area of Liverpool, which was very convenient. Having code access & lockboxes also worked well for a really big group. Note it is incredibly noisy - you are on a busy street and surrounded by clubs which are open all night so if you are looking for a good nights sleep you will not get it here! I also think the kitchen/dining area for apartment 1 (which sleeps 10) is very small - I'm glad we had both apartments as the living area for apartment 2 is far more spacious. Overall it was great for a two night hen where sleep wasn't a priority!

Nice apartment - very central

Excellent location and was perfect for a hen do. Only few things were the building bins were in the corridor right by the bottom flats door so was smelly and leaking bin fluid over the floor and bottom floor flat ran out of hot water on our second day. Would be good to have extra mugs/cups to accommodate all guests

The location is great if you’re looking for a very central stay, surrounded by loads of bars. It is SO loud until around 4am. I might as well have been McNasty’s. I realised it would be loud which was fine, I just didn’t realise how loud it would be. The beds weren’t incredibly clean or comfortable - I think they’ve just been used a lot.

Positive: Location of the apartment was brilliant. Coyld walk everywhere we needed to go and was able to get food at all hours of the day! Spacious and had all amenities. The only thing that would make planning better is a floor plan of the apartments so we could see how many sleep in each and locations of beds to sofa beds. Negative: Dirty. There were marks and stains throughout the apartment that could easily have been cleaned. Dirty hand prints and spill marks on doorframes and skirting boards. Rugs curled were trip hazards, especially for older members of out group We were warned about the noise but unaware that the terraced house we were in was next door to 2 nightclubs that are open until 6am.

Below expectations Positive: Location Negative: The ground floor flat living room window didn't lock could open up from outside so didn't feel safe, heating was crap, tv didn't work, no extractor in the shower room, wasn't the cleanest
