I wouldn’t stay again. Not because of the apartment but because of the management team. Upon my check in the first night at 5:3pm after half an hour we had no electricity. That was due to a power cut which is understandable but at the same time i was visiting with my wife and my 16 months old daughter. Having no electricity and a toddler crying as i couldn’t cook her food.Electricity was restored at 11:34pm and finally managed to calm down and get some rest only to be waken up from the management team to go and open the door to some other tenants as the main door keypad was working. I di out of good will only to being in another situation with some drunk guests arguing with me as they thought i was responsible. Next day couldn’t leave the apartment ad the keypad wasn’t working and there was no way to comeback inside. At the evening again no electricity but this time the office has forgotten to top up the electricity meter! All in all just a joke! wish i could write more to share

This flat was lovely. Very nicely decorated and clean. The set up of beds was great for us and our two children, however this location is not for families. We booked this very last minute when we ran into an issue with other accommodations, and were able to quickly gain access to the Airbnb. The company was responsive to messages, which we were very grateful for. When booking they did share that there could be street noise from the bars, so I referred back to the description, which mentioned one bar that was open only Friday and Saturday. We were staying on a Tuesday and Wednesday, and incorrectly thought it would not be as bad. The back of the main bedroom shares a wall with a club that was open until 4:30am. There was screaming and fighting and loud music all night from the front where the street was and the back were the club was. The club advertises itself as “the most feral club in Liverpool”. If you are going to barhop, this is the place for you. Anyone else should look elsewhere

Poca attenzione al cliente Positive: Posizione buona, in zona con molti locali, zona movida, appartamento ampio forse un po' freddo. Il soggiorno è bello grande. Negative: Purtroppo c'è un problema con il portone. La serratura non gira quando si inserisce il codice (soprattutto la sera, con l'umidità) e una sera, sul tardi, siamo rimasti un'ora fuori casa al freddo con un bambino ad aspettare il tecnico. Poi abbiamo capito e da lì in poi - nei giorni successivi - siamo entrati con una spallata. Basta informare i clienti. Per il resto, pulizia all'inglese. Ma quello è tollerabile.

This place has it all. Very easy check in Positive: Perfect location and fantastic value for money. 6 of us stayed and we had great fun been together unlike a hotel. Facilities were more than adequate. Definitely come back here Negative: Nothing. All good

Great location, provided flexible check in, responsive and friendly hosts, spacious accom, check out time was abit early and lively street outside with bars / roadworks / cleaning but not an issue if looking to go out and have a lively trip. Made a birthday weekend very easy and pleasurable! Would stay again!

Really great place to stay for a girls trip.. walking distance to bars and city centre. very spacious and beds were comfortable. host very responsive and apartment was very clean. would defo recommend if you dont mind busy streets outside!

Good Positive: Great location much preferred to Matthew Street and Good size apartment. Negative: When we arrived we found a piece of smash glass in the living room, there was only 1 roll of toilet roll for 6 people over 2 nights and the windows on the front don’t keep any noise out at all so be prepared to not get any sleep.

Having a great 2 nights in Dale’s! Will come back again if got another business meeting there. Great and vibrant surrounding. Really good for young adult to have a enjoyment with the surroundings especially at night. Surrounded by bar, pub and take away food! Surely will repeat!

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful, so spacious. The location was great! It wasn’t too loud at night for me either, and we stayed over NYE!

The apartment was in a great location, close to the shops restaurant and bars! We were a party of 7 and even with both sofa beds in use we still had plenty of room to move around the apartment! It was clean and had great amenities and facilities!

In a great spot, loads of local pubs, the living room is such a great space for pres, plenty of room to dance and socialise! The host was very friendly and gave good recommendations!

The flat was immaculate and the hosts were really responsive to any questions getting back same day most the time within an hour or so. The most perfect location with everything you need in 5min walking distance. Is surrounded by bars but we didn’t find the noise to cause any issues with our stay and didn’t effect sleep and we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night! Great price and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Liverpool. :)

Great apartment located right in the heart of the city's restaurants and nightlife. It was perfectly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Lively, non-stop weekend Positive: Entrance to the property was via a keypad, then the keys for the apartment was in a lockbox so no need to wait for someone to greet you. The apartment was spacious with great facilities. It's located in a extremely busy and lively area of the city with a multitude of bars, clubs and places to eat on your doorstep. Everywhere within the centre of Liverpool is in walking distance so we had no need to get public transport. Negative: The quality of the pull out sofa beds weren't the best, they definitely could do with replacing the mattresses. The corner sofa bed is difficult to pull out as previous guests have forced the bed out so is slightly damaged on the frame, it was still usable but the thin mattresses are not the comfiest. Although the surroundings pubs, bars and clubs are easily accessible there is constant noise until around 5 - 6am in the morning, we were aware of this before we arrived. The apartment has sash windows that aren't double glazed so don't shut out the noise.

Brillant would come here again. Positive: Excellent communication with host. Walking distance to everything. Everything we needed in the apartment. So spacious. Negative: It was very noisy didnt affect me at all but my son struggled to sleep at night.

Great stay but be aware of the noise Positive: Great property, clean, easy to access, spacious. Negative: Very noisy the property is next to a bar which plays loud music from the afternoon until about 2/3 am which is very loud.

Absolutely fantastic weekend. Would definitely stay here again Positive: Great location. Staff very helpful keeping me updated on property I.e address,access codes etc and lots of suggestions on things to do Negative: We were based right next to a very loud pub. Not a problem for myself and my group who were out or still up at 4 or 5 in the morning but if you aren’t a night owl I would suggest staying further from the city.

Very smooth booking and communication, great location and easy to get in

There was a leak coming from the kitchen light - no maintenance came and no places available to move to - the lights kept turning off at the fuse box interrupting the whole stay and we were unable to use any appliances in the kitchen due to this. Dry contact lense left on the side and the bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle - one toilet roll was provided for a weekend for four people and when this ran out we had to buy more. Very disappointed with our stay and the lack of resolution- communication from host and stay was good however non of the above was resolved and a solution is yet to be given.

This accommodation was great! The location is very convenient for exploring the city and going out in the evenings. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the apartment! It was a great location for us as we were going out, however, as described, it is noisy- but perfect if you intend to stay out late. The hosts were really quick to respond. We have nothing negative to say!

Si vous êtes moindrement dédaigneux, ce n’est pas pour vous. Tout est taché: le divan, les coussins, les matelas et que dire du tapis affiché sur la photo du salon, il semble avoir été récupéré dans les poubelles…. Les couvre matelas n’avaient pas été mis, on voyait donc les taches de sang et autres substances… et oui extrêmement bruyant. C’est appartement est visiblement utilisé par des jeunes fêtards.

In town for a few days Positive: The location and communication were great. Facilities in the apartment were excellent. Clean towels and bedding provided. Toiletries also. WiFi was a useful addition. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed and very spacious apartment. Central heating was also welcome. I felt safe and secure there with lots of amenities nearby. There is a small car park opposite which was useful to have. It is centrally located and easy to access all main places of interest. Everything you need and a bit more Negative: Some of the soft furnishings and decor could use an upgrade, as could the communal carpet.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect in a busy vibrant part of the city. Walking distance everywhere. Host was really prompt and helpful when messaged. Would definitely reccomend!

The house is perfect for those looking to enjoy a night out in Liverpool... there were some stains on the sofa, but nothing that would have hindered our stay. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool.

Great apartment, very clean and in an excellent location for all your pubs and clubs. But, if you are going just for the Positive: Great location Negative: Sofa beds were uncomfortable

A noisy place and the hosts responded but did nothing to correct the issues. Hopefully were the exception but the fridge did not work, never got a spare key, and there was not enough toilet paper

Disappointed disgusting horrendous Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: The property was dirty, the sofa beds stained and uncomfortable. There was only one toilet for seven people. We were unable to sleep due to two night clubs being open until 4am then the noise of club goers went on until 5am. I emailed the company and they agreed to move us the next day to then have them email at dinner time to offer ear plugs. There was a group of lads partying with cannabis in the apartment below (the smell filled the apartment) so we were unable to catch up on sleep throughout the day. I have never stayed somewhere so appalling.

Brilliant Positive: Easy to check in, clean and easy to contact the staff and quick replies. Negative: The only small thing was that we booked for 6 and there was only 2 decent sized towels.

Lovely place to stay within walking distance to all the bars which was perfect for us and the apartment was lovely and clean! Had a fab time😊
