Very very loud! Positive: Very close to city centre. Easy check in and out. Negative: We stayed in the Seel Street apartment, not being familiar with Liverpool, I don't think the communication saying we would hear some nightlife quite does the volume and disruption justice. It should have said unless you are comatose, you will not be able to sleep. 4 of us stayed in the front bedroom and you may as well have just been outside. With the nightclub open next door until 6am on Fridays and Saturdays we heard every single conversation, fight, car engine, bin being emptied, everything! If you are going out drinking when you're there you will be fine and the apartment is nice enough, but we all ended up sleeping with headphones in listening to podcasts full blast to try and drown the outside noise out. We agreed this could be fixed if the owners moved the layout of the apartment, put the living room at the front, and move the beds into the living room or put more beds downstairs where it is quieter and the rooms are huge so could definitely fit. Also it's a funny design in the bathroom where there are 2 showers in the one bathroom, but they do have frosted glass, just something to be aware of. My only other gripe is how often the apartment owners contact you. I must have been messaged 3 times a day, I'm trying to enjoy my break! This could have just been sent in 1 message. The apartment had everything we needed though, albeit there were some suspect stains on bedsheets and cushions hence the 3* review.

It’s a great place for a group of friends. I was there with my family and although the location is great for sightseeing and restaurants the party noise all night is throughout the week not just weekends as we had been told. We didn’t know Liverpool so we didn’t realise it’s the bar district. It’s a large comfortable flat and was clean and I would recommend it for those wanting to be out and about in Liverpool.

Die Ausstattung war top, es war alles da, was man braucht, und der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Infos bereitgestellt. Leider war die Unterkunft stellenweise nicht sauber, was den ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Am ersten Tag hatten wir außerdem einen Stromausfall. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in diesem Moment schwierig, da nur ein Callcenter erreichbar war und es keinen direkten Ansprechpartner gab. Wir haben das Problem schließlich selbst lösen können und den Strom wieder eingeschaltet. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Heizung im unteren Bereich lief dauerhaft und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Trotzdem: Für Gruppen, die zum Ausgehen nach Liverpool kommen, ist die Unterkunft ideal. Trotz kleinerer Mängel würden wir wegen der unschlagbaren Lage für uns wieder buchen.

Great location to visit the city centre. There was noise as but we chose the location for the night life so it was expected, we stayed midweek, I can imagine weekends would be very noisy but the location for nightlife is perfect. We booked for 10 people so sadly the apartment was not equipped for this, we did have to go and buy more glasses so we could all have a drink together. Other than this, we would definitely be back

The stay was good, easy to check in and out and it’s a great location. However it was really noisy because of the nightlife and therefor quite shabby out front (broken glasses and bottles, trash etc.). For seven people staying together in the city over a weekend it’s a nice place with good potential, but needs an overall dusting/cleaning.

La ubicació es bona tenint en compte l'oci de la zona però poc tranquila. Per la resta bé, la roba de llit tenia alguna taca però en termes generals estava net.

Let’s go for it No way to get in Phoned & phoned for nearly 20 minutes trying to get decent instructions to get in Code worked but front door wouldn’t open No chance of anyone coming around so do it yourself I’ll enclose video so you can see how it went We finally get in to a dirty filthy living room come bedrooms Sofa bed atrocious it collapsed in the middle Kitchen ok Bathroom ok separate toilet ok Downstairs bedrooms ok but dirty & dusty The linen had stains on them plus the duvet for sofa bed just about covered 1/2 the bed We actually bashed the pillows & cushions to get rid of dust 2 hand towels between 10 1 bath towel each which after 2 days I enquired for a change to which they replied “NOT OUR POLICY” the heating & hot water kept going off so we had to use the little electrical heaters I was so ashamed of this apartment for my guests that I offered them a meal in town I’ve never ever been treated so badly in Liverpool The last thing that broke the camels back were the instructions they sent me Load dishwasher & press to start throw rubbish away fold up nice & tidy towels sheets & put on table Turn heating off (what heating???) Never again host & stay

The apartment is very well placed with a lot of night life in the surroundings. It's perfect for bug group who come to party. On the negative side, the shower heads are nasty, the decorative pillows have stains, they don't provide shower gel, you only get one toilet paper, the carpets have a lot of stains. Overall you get a place to sleep and is good for party groups who won't care about those negative points.

We had a great stay and the location is perfect, very central. However it is extremely noisy with the club next door being open until 6am with loud music. When we arrived the code we received for the lock box was incorrect so we had to phone the company, the hot water also wasn’t switched on. There is also an additional fee you have to pay as a deposit for damage which is non refundable (about £35) which I felt was unclear in the description of the property. Other than that the place is comfortable and good for larger groups.

Great apartment in amazing location Positive: Fantastic location, comfortable beds. Spacious and well decorated. Negative: No air circulation in most rooms so the apartment was extremely hot. Shower room got extremely had lots of condensation as a result. Only 2 toilet rolls for 10 guests. Asked for a late checkout and didn’t get a reply until 2 hours after we had already checked out at the standard time.

Good option for large group accommodation in the middle of the Liverpool night scene. Positive: We were a hen party looking for central accommodation in Liverpool city centre. The property could accommodate a group of 9 and had good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in the middle of a lot to bars and dancing. Negative: What was great about this property was also a negative. We were in the middle of the nightlife, on a main pub and club street, so getting to sleep was very difficult on the Friday night with most places closing around 4am. However, it was really convenient for our Saturday night out.

Communication leading up to the stay was good. Door to the property was unsafe, did not lock when you left and felt as though one hard push would get you through the door. Spent 1 night with the sofa against the front door to feel better about sleeping. Property was dirty, stained and not maintained properly. Pillows were flat… wouldn’t have made much difference if they weren’t there. Mattress had big dent in one side so couldn’t sleep on that side. Bedding was stained, kids had to sleep with their jumpers on their pillows. Radiatior dials upstairs weren’t working, just kept turning until they came off. No heating. No hot water. 2 x fault codes on boiler. Mould in bathroom. Complete ground up renovation works taking place next door - walls to the property are so thin it feels and sounds like the builders are in the rooms with you. Left the property prematurely (after 1 night) and had to find a local hotel instead. Ruined our trip. Communicating with landlord for refund.

Positive: We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.

Had an excellent hen do weekend in a fab location! Positive: Great central location and perfect for a large group / host was easy to communicate with too, thank you! Negative: Along with the great central location there was also a lot of noise, nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix however could maybe provide earplugs or soundproofing to reduce the outside noise.

Amazing apartment, perfect for hen/stag do’s Positive: Good central location, not far from parking and train station. There was an issue with the boiler, an engineer came out to fix it within 2 hours of it being reported. Overall, I would stay again! Negative: It was very loud during the night, but that’s to be expected with the location. Some of the duvets, pillows were stained - pictures attached

Spacious, fit for purpose Positive: Lovely kitchen area and bar area Negative: We completely understood going in that the property was located on an extremely busy road filled with night life but I don’t think we were quite prepared for how loud it would be when trying to sleep - I don’t think the windows were double glazed and it felt like you were outside part of the conversation when lying in bed. That being said the location was perfect for what we visited Liverpool for which was celebrating a hen party.

This was a very reasonably priced, comfortable and spacious place to stay. In terms of access to the town/conference centre the location is great. However, as a warning, it is located right by clubs and bars and 2 of the rooms face onto the street. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. However, Dale proactively got in touch with us in advance to let us know about the noise levels, which I really appreciated. We were all heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem for us. The key code and key safe made it easy for the three of us to come and go at different times. Everything spotlessly clean and there was an iron and ironing board. Overall, would stay again, particularly because of the very reasonable pricing.

This property is well set out and in a great central location. On the listing it mentions some noises, but nothing can prepare you for the all night till 4am nightclub noises. Then drunks shouting till 6am. This is on week days. We was staying at this property for work and ended up getting another place after 2 nights of no sleep.

Great stay, the accommodation was just as anticipated; looked like the photos, was clean, and had plenty of space. It's situated right at the heart of a lively area of town, which is exactly what we wanted for a girly weekend, as it's walking distance to most places across the city centre. Noisy at night, but that's to be expected in this area, and we fully anticipated this. This didn't bother us as we were out until late and slept through the remaining noise. Communication from the host was thorough and they were quick to respond to queries we had. The only negatives and these are very minor as our stay was great: it smelt a bit like old cleaning products when we arrived (but not enough to cause offense!), the wifi didn't work for us and it could have done with more seating in the communal lounge area, as there was only the couch and a small chair between the whole group. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a busy/ lively weekend in Liverpool!

What we needed for a girls trip but definitely take some good ear plugs if you want any sleep. Positive: Property was very central so everything was easy to get too, good facilities, most of the beds were comfy. Negative: We knew about the noise before booking as the company had warned us (and we ourselves were out until late each night) however it is worth noting that the place is situated between two all night clubs so music went on until 6am. Although it did get slightly quieter in the early hours, you could still hear every word of the songs being played. Also, the front rooms then had the noise of people emptying from the bars and pubs. Definitely need a good pair of ear plugs. Also the apartment had a bit of a fusty smell. No hot water on arrival but was solved quickly when emailed the company.

The host is great and very active with their messaging. The property is well located, however bear in mind it is next to a club so you often hear music/ vibrations The property is clean however there is signs of a good amount of use (worn out paint etc) The flat is well furnished. We had the following issues: 1) The boiler was off on arrival and frequently turned off 2) One of the room's heater cannot be turned down - you may wake up boiling. The only way of sorting this out is turning the boiler off. There's a lot to do in the area. You're right next to some great restaurants and bars. Overall, a pleasant stay. With adjustments to the aesthetics and attending to the radiator/ boiler would make this perfect.

Horrific Positive: Basic Negative: The noise is absolutely horrendous !!! Next door is in joined to a nightclub open till 6am not 1 hour of sleep in 2 nights !! Unfortunately for us we had children so it was even worse ! Police outside in the street and the full apartment shaking this should be told when booking ! We were warned about the noise but did not realise it was going to be quite as bad as what it was. It was like we were trying to sleep in the bar itself. The apartment could have been sound proofed a lot better. The apartment itself was fabulous, clean and well maintained. There was a homeless man on the doorstep and several dubious looking men just outside which was a bit intimidating. We enjoyed our stay but had we realised the noise levels were that loud we probably would've stayed somewhere else.

Booked for family stay for my daughter’s graduation from LJMU over a Tuesday & Wednesday night as location was perfect walking distance for Liverpool Cathedral and Student Life Building and enough bedrooms for us all. Accommodation was clean with fresh towels & bedlinen provided, tea, coffee, sugar & milk sachets. If you want to embrace the excellent access to bars, clubs & restaurants this is the venue for you but as described by the host expect loud music from the Irish bar next door until early hours which could be heard in the ground floor bedroom but was not bothersome in the 2 x double basement bedrooms. If you’re planning to go out partying anyway you wont notice it! Double shower room was a quirky feature which we thought would speed up getting ready but water pressure did not seem to support the 2 x showers being occupied at same time. Would recommend for clean accommodation with comfy beds, crisp bedlinen, soft towels & great location.

This house is in the perfect location, in the heart of all the bars, pubs and nightlife. The outdoor area is a great place to relax and listen to music from the neighbouring pub. The facilities were as advertised. The host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations and offers. Great location for a base for a stag/hen do. May not be suitable for all types of bookings but did exactly what we needed it to. Would definitely return for similar events.

We had a great time with friends but wouldn’t stay in this accommodation again. Positive: The flat was a good size however there wasn’t enough seating area for 8 people. The cutlery & Glasses were dirty too. Negative: The noise in the early hours was on another level. From 12-6am! It did say in the notes that it was a busy area and may be noisey at night but we didn’t expect it to be so bad.

We stayed for a weekend as a group of 10 and had a great time - it’s an amazing location if you want to be right in the thick of it. It is loud but we were pre-warned about this multiple times and is what you get for such a central location so wasn’t an issue! We had a miscommunication with the host on whether there was a dining table - there wasn’t but we were told there was so worth noting there’s nowhere to all sit down together to eat if this is something you’re planning. Luckily it was nice weather so we could use the outdoor table!

Space was lovely, on 1st floor was a bedroom that sleeps 4, the living room, toilet, kitchen and bathroom with 2 showers, also access to the outside courtyard. Downstairs was 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2. A perfect place for our hen do of 8 people, there is also a double pull out sofa bed as well. Property was the perfect location, very central, 2 min walk to bars, and 15 from Liverpool lime street. There is an Irish bar next to the accommodation, so loud music does go on until early hours of the morning which we knew about and had no problem with. The host is really quick to respond and helpful in recommending places which was a huge plus, only downfall being we said we were going to run out of toilet roll but they do not provide extra, so would be expected to buy your own if you run out, feel like that let it down slightly. One of our party left something when we left, which the host did post to us which we were really grateful for! Overall would recommend for a hen party/ weekend!

Great stay in central location

Not the place to take a family. Would be great if I intended to stay drunk for the whole trip. Positive: Great location for adults wanting to party. Access was easy and the online chat people were helpful. Negative: The noise was beyond what I’d ever experienced in a property. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a packed bar while a DJ played. The photos of the property were obviously old, as some of the furniture was no longer available and the wear and tear needed addressing.

Positive: Very good location clean and tidy room are good size . Negative: The noise music blazing it go through the whole house. The whole house vibrating music go on 2/3 am we was there Sunday and Monday night.. also there £35 non refundable of damage .l think people get the money back if there no damage.

Great location for nightlife, it is quite noisy late but that is made very clear to you when booking and wasn’t a problem for us! Able to walk everywhere so very convenient. Nice space and lovely clean house. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable townhouse Positive: Modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Great equipped kitchen. Loved the double shower room. Negative: The accommodation is in a central location to all the nightlife. Unfortunately the night club adjacent to the accommodation played music loudly outside of the building, which is open until 6am. This disturbed sleep for some but didn't spoil our weekend.

Positive: The location was excellent, we walked from the train station when we arrived and walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely return and recommend. Staff were always helpful and, although we didn't meet in person, all emails were answered very swiftly. Negative: Was a little noisy, but you have to expect that being so central, didn't put us off though.

We lived staying at this wonderful large multi level town house in the vibrant Ropewalks neighbourhood in one of my favourite cities - Liverpool. The house is spacious, clean, front rooms well lit and walking distance from everything. yes there is a bar next door but the host told us about this in advance. Very well stocked bathroom for towels shampoo and soap as well. Great responsive host. no complaints. Just learn how to use the hot water boiler. thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good location but be aware it is very noisy at night. There seems to be a major issue with electricity in this apartment Positive: Spacious, clean beds and good location. Negative: We had no electricity for nearly 24 hours. Spent our first night in darkness with no heat and we were unable to charge our phones. No contact or reply from host to solve the issue until the next day and it wasn’t very helpful and responses seemed to be AI generated. Simply not good enough for the money we paid. It really tainted our trip having this ongoing issue hanging over us wondering if we’d get it sorted for second night, which we eventually did. We had to go into various electrical fuse boards for not only our apartment but for the whole building which we didn’t feel very comfortable doing. There was a sign in room about electricity also which indicates to me it is a common issue guests have so I don’t understand why the host didn’t confirm we had electricity when we checked in as they knew our check in time. Also one of beds in front room had broken spring.

Host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is lovely and as described though showing some signs of wear like marks on the carpets and walls so not as pristine as the photos. Great location for a lively weekend near clubs and bars but very noisy - the hosts were very upfront and honest about this!

Exactly what we were looking for Positive: Property was nice clean spacious Negative: It’s very noisy at night. Was fine for us as that’s the type of weekend we had planned but the rooms to the front you can hear everything on the street outside

Location was amazing, bang in the centre of Merseyside with loads of bars and food places nearby. The apartment was nice and clean and matched the pictures. Host was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to go in the city. Only thing is that the boiler would sometimes randomly cut off, but can be fixed easily by just pressing the restart button.

We had a few issues with the boiler and as a result had no hot water or heating, once we realised the hosts were quick to respond to my message and provide further instructions, however the instructions provided didn’t really match our boiler type and so we had to sort it out ourselves. Despite this, once all sorted we had a great stay. A really good place to stay to enjoy the nightlife of Liverpool, and therefore not very quiet at night- but the host had made us aware of this straight after booking which was appreciated.

The apartment was exactly as described and is in a great location as everything is within walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful. One thing I will say is that there are a lot of stains and marks on the walls. The living room doesn’t appear to have been hoovered as there was dirt under and around the sofa.

A brilliant place to stay in the heart of Liverpool. In amongst the busy bars and nightclubs. If you want a quiet early night it is definitely not for you but perfect if you want the buzz of nightlife till the early hours. The place was great with lots of space and the hosts were helpful. Hope to go again.
