Located just on Seel Street, housing some of Liverpools most trendy bars such as Heebie Jeebies, Peacock and Alma De Cuba! Just around the corner from Bold Street and all the amazing bars and restaurants available such as Leaf, Mowgli, Crust and so many more!

Sleeping up to 10 guests, with 3 bedrooms and a super comfy sofa bed, this is the perfect place for groups looking to enjoy the city in style!

Our stunning Georgian property offers a master, ground floor bedroom with twin double beds and plenty of extra storage space. Two further bedroom downstairs, each offering a double bed, dressing table and plenty of inbuilt storage space!

The living area has an additional super comfy double sofa bed with a full pull out mattress, so in total we can sleep up to 10 guests for your stay. We are delighted to confirm that we have now upgraded to a new super fast Wifi. You can stream all of your favourite shows on our large smart screen TV!

Get ready for a day of exploring or a night out on the town in our stunning twin bathroom, boasting twin sinks and double shower units along with a second separate lavatory available!

This house will definitely spoil you with a further outdoor private courtyard offering plenty of seating space to enjoy a drink or a meal in good company! And don't forget the hidden bar area, perfect to prepare a cocktail with your very own drinks fridge available - Shall We?!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials you may need, including your very own Nespresso machine to start off the day with a kick ( starter coffee pods provided) perfect to be enjoyed sitting by the breakfast bar!

The area

Located just by the night life district, close to the historic Jacaranda venue where the Beatles first played even before gaining their fame! How exciting? Not to mention, Wreckfish Bistro, one of our favourites fine dining places in Liverpool!

The house then is literally a 5 minute walk from one of the city's main attractions such sh the Bombed Out Church and not far at all from the Liverpool Cathedral, 4th Largest church in the world!

Also, 4 minutes away from Liverpool One, and roughly a 15 minute walk to the beautiful and iconic waterfront!

The house is just off Bold Street, well known as one of the most extravagant Streets in Liverpool, which a big variety of different cuisines from all over the world and also has several Off licences and Tesco for all your essentials.

The house is easily reachable from Lime Street Station - only a 9 minute walk away, and you can find the Liverpool Central station just 4 minutes away! The main Liverpool One bus station, a hub for all the National express and Megabus is only a 9 minute walk.

Not to mention that this location is very close to Hanover street, main city road connected with most of the city buses and plenty of local Cabs!

Notes from your host

Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.

Other Things to note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

In order to silenced the alarm, there is an fire electric box in the hall way with the key to disable it, kindly pressed the silence alarm button first and then the reset alarm button to ensure it wouldn’t go off again. There is instructions wrote in pencil next to the box.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

“Booked for family stay for my daughter’s graduation from LJMU over a Tuesday & Wednesday night as location was perfect walking distance for Liverpool Cathedral and Student Life Building and enough bedrooms for us all. Accommodation was clean with fresh towels & bedlinen provided, tea, coffee, sugar & milk sachets. If you want to embrace the excellent access to bars, clubs & restaurants this is the venue for you but as described by the host expect loud music from the Irish bar next door until early hours which could be heard in the ground floor bedroom but was not bothersome in the 2 x double basement bedrooms. If you’re planning to go out partying anyway you wont notice it! Double shower room was a quirky feature which we thought would speed up getting ready but water pressure did not seem to support the 2 x showers being occupied at same time. Would recommend for clean accommodation with comfy beds, crisp bedlinen, soft towels & great location.”
