Flat was modern, well equipped, secure, peaceful and warm. Good wifi. Dedicated parking space in off road car park felt safe and secure. Great value.

Disappointing Positive: The location was good Negative: Dirty, kettle was broken, one bath towel for 2 adults, mattress was not fit for purpose, terrible communication with managing agent.

Amazing location out the way enough from the centre to feel peaceful and like you can relax but also close enough you can walk there or to shops or even a 5 mins drive from anywhere you what to go in rugby and around

Positive: Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole, situato in un’ottima posizione rispetto all’Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex, in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto privato ben segnalato e l’appartamento dispone di quasi tutti i confort che puoi trovare in un appartamento moderno (lavatrice, bollitore, microonde, forno, Smart TV con accesso a internet, WifI, stendino, ferro da stiro…). Negative: Vorrei consigliare di mettere a disposizione una scopa e una cassetta grandi o un aspirapolvere, per riuscire a pulire meglio durante l’alloggio e a fine, così da lasciare la casa pulita.

Good location and spacious enough, but the beds need some investment. Negative: The bed was uncomfortable, the sofa bed was terrible and did not have adequate bedding supplied and there was no bed at all for the fourth guest.

Good location with free off street parking! Positive: Good location. Allocated free off street car parking. Modern apartment. Loved the pillows! Negative: We were unable to get on the Wifi during our five days stay as advertised. We contacted Customer Service and spoke to someone who said they would get back to us but they never did. The password given on the QR code was incorrect. Bed was rather uncomfortable. The one bedroom was more like an attic room so had a low roof in parts. Oven was unclean with a build up of grease. We only used it once but there was a lot of smoke so we were afraid the fire alarms would go off. Most disappointing for me was there was no electric fan. We arrived on a 37 degree day. We have been travelling for four weeks and every place we stayed in provided a small fan which certainly helped in UK's fifth or sixth heatwave of the year. A fan would have been very much appreciated even though it didn't promise one when we booked.

It was great for what we required. Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable enough for what we required. It was a great private location with good parking space, although it was a little difficult to find the parking in the dark/with instructions provided. Negative: The WIFI password was not correct so had to use our data all the time. There was not enough towels at arrival but the response from the host was prompt and was resolved ASAP.

All was fine except for the aforementioned. Positive: Location, cleanliness, and apartment layout. Negative: The bed was s……, couch was uncomfortable. Oh, did I mention the bed! There weren’t house instructions and no WiFi available the first day. QR code wasn’t correct.

A great location for us to visit family in the area, host was really responsive to initial question/issues we had & resolved these very quickly.

Positive: Nice area. Nice decorations Negative: Smells bad like ciggarrets, the mattress is absolutly terrible broken which will give you back pain. Spiders everywhere...

Close to central with easy access to the property. Had good nights rest as it’s a quiet area with private parking. Positive: Clean space, modern interiors, good internet (sometimes patchy), clear instructions and all facilities + utensils provided. The best feature was quiet area even though it was facing main road with private allocated parking! Negative: The bed mattress was not the best, it had a traditional spring/coil mattress, so it wasn’t very comfortable compared to modern memory foam ones. Still was able to have good nights rest.

We arrived to check in at 4pm to find the cleaner had arrived a few moments before us to begin cleaning. We proceeded to wait another 2 hours before we could check in and we had all of our luggage and food shopping in the car. Once we could check in, the cleaner informed us on the way out that the only sofa in the property was broken. We were due to stay there for 2 weeks and we reduced it to just one night. We just kept being sent generic automatic messages by the hosts. It was unfortunate to have had a negative experience here.

Very good apartment in a good location. Would stay here again.

Great Location in Rugby. Positive: The location on Dunchurch Road is ideal for getting to the town centre, hospital and retail parks. I liked there was a parking space. TV with a range of viewing channels. Quiet neighbours, peaceful and although Dunchurch Road is a main road, I was not at all disturbed. Negative: There did seem to be a smell of stale cigarette smoke which I reported. Needs a bath mat as you have to climb into the bath to use the shower, to prevent anyone slipping.

Pleasant stay in a modern and clean apartment, which is in a good location. Positive: Good location for town and getting around the surrounding area. Free parking onsite. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. We will definitely stay again when visiting family. Negative: The kettle wasn’t working when we arrived. I contacted the agent Saturday pm and a new kettle arrived Monday. We appreciated the landlord bringing it to us. The mattress isn’t the best (very soft) but we got used to it.

The flat is beautiful, clean and it is located near to the centre. I do recommend.

The place was left incredibly dirty when I got there and I had to request for cleaners to come. Bed was not clean and not made, kitchen had food on the floor and dirty dishes in the sink, bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. However, after the cleaners came the place looked much better, the location of the place is amazing and the apartment in itself is how it looks on the pictures. Started rough but ended up being great.
