Positive: The area was lovely and the lodge is gorgeous! Perfect hide away and perfect for birdwatching or any wildlife. Negative: We loved it all nothing we didnt like.

Lovely place in a great location for driving to the coast. The hot tub and outdoor area were excellent. Communication was great, and finding and accessing the property was super easy. The only let-down was the cleanliness. Some glasses still had lipstick marks, and no washing-up liquid was provided as they don’t consider it a standard kitchen amenity. They responded promptly and sent cleaners the next day, who cleaned a few glasses left on the side (but not those in the cupboard) and left washing-up liquid for us. There was also old rubbish down the side of the beds, a few dusty cobwebs, and the shower drain needed cleaning. Overall, though, it was a good base for relaxing in the evenings.

Lovely stay with my family and kids. Only thing which I found bit funny. When description says "secret garden",you expect it will be very private. All other guests had to pass by our house to reach their own accommodation.😂 Which is not a problem, but probably shouldnt call a place secret😅 Anyway I would recommend and would come back myself! Thank you.

All good but empty hot tub was a let down and and not enough wood cost £10 extra to have more

Lovely Stay, hot tub a bonus, lovely private meadow, just a short stroll to the river, and a 10 minute walk in to town. Lots to do and see around here, including boat hire on site.

Lovely place

The location was gorgeous. Easy check in. Everything was perfect. Floor was slightly dirty and for the jacuzzi there was no where near enough wood supplied so we had to go looking for it to the shops. Other than those two small things this was a great place to stay
