Seagul cottage was fab for large family. Positive: Nice and clean plenty of room.comfy beds.hot tub was great.location fab .parking just outside. Will be back. Negative: Not a lot really..maybe attic room could do with small dressing table ..maybe a floating shelf stool and mirror. Overall everything was great.

Good location to the coast and city centre plenty of rooms for all family sizes. Hot tub as great! Felt like it needs some maintenance tho! Games room was a dart board which was broken, no bbq grill, blankets provided smelt unclean tried to wash ourselves then washing machine leaked. Towel rack broke, mould on ceiling of bathroom.

A nice place inside. Close to the harbour. Don't be put off when you first see it. The double beds are huge and comfy. The single beds more aimed at kids although medium adults would be fine. The hot tub was fab. Enough crockery to satisfy the number of people. All in all good value for money and well positioned.

Seagull Cottage Review Positive: Great location, close to town. Clean & fresh on arrival. Rooms were spacious. WiFi included (which kept my son's happy). Appliances in kitchen were useful. Negative: Unfortunately there was sand in the hot tub (clearly from previous guests) which put us off using it as much as we'd hoped. Carpet on the stairs needs replacing (thread-bare!) Also lock on outside toilet door needs replacing. My son got locked in (luckily he found it funny so no drama for us but could be worse for other guests!)

Positive: Size of it, the location and the hot tub was clean and prepared for when we arrived. Plenty of towels and pillows. Sofa is comfy. Quiet area and neighbours. As a parents I appreciated the little motion detection lights on the stairs. Negative: Signs of damp around the property, peeling wall paper in random spots, the locks and door handle on front door are very stiff and hurt my wrist trying to lock the door and the kettle is gross, so we bought one. Didnt get the key lock code till after I'd spent 20/30 minutes trying to get in touch with host and stay, however staff were lovely once I'd got through. I'd say the place just needs some touching up, a good deep clean, the stair hand rails were very sticky, garden needs some tlc and the house some more homely touches as it felt very bare, the top bedroom bed is horribly hard and nowhere up there to get ready, like a dressing table, little touches like more toilet roll ( 2 rolls for a 4 bed house with enough beds for 7 people over 4 days isn't close to enough) enough hand wash and things like a little bottle of milk, bread and salt and pepper would make you feel appreciated for booking. Just niggly little things but they make all the difference to your comfort and ease of stay.

Hard to get a good nights sleep with motorbikes making noise outside at all hours through the night and a very strong sm Positive: Big enough for 2 small families Negative: The location was full of undesirables hanging about and lots of noise into the early hours of the night ! Not a nice area at all. Was worried about the cars getting broke into.

Excellent holiday home for all Positive: Loved the hot tub and the space there was for the whole family. Lived the fact there were tvs in every room to give people the space they needed. Knives/forks set and plates and dishes there's plenty of them and really nice sets. Love the privacy blinds on the front of the house. Love the cute additions that was there for kids Love additions of cleaning products/other products that were left for us to use. Love the user guide ( think that's brilliant) Love the extra fridge freezer. Really handy for larger families ( just check both of them we found sometimes they didn't shut properly sometimes though was unsure if this was user error). It felt homely and was easy for us all to spread out so we wasn't under eachothers feet. Love the set up in the living room and dining room (real family time set up) Negative: Needs new pillows and deeper matress sheets as they kept coming off. Tv in living room looks like it's about to go as it has 2 highlighted balls in screen.(didn't not like but thought this should be highlighted to you) Update how the curtains are hung at the top on the rail (mainly livingroom) Update pans and Pyrex dishes. Maybe spruce up back garden. Weeding/paint decking/jet wash down. Clean or change rug in living room. Makesure cleaners do a deep clean for example pull beds away clean behind/underneath All in all we loved the property. Perfect family holiday home. Everything about it was easy, spacious etc

Disappointed but has potential to be great with a bit of care and attention. Positive: The bedrooms and upstairs bathroom was contemporary and clean with plenty of towels and the Hot tub was great we used that every night. Negative: The outside area was Filthy had to clean the Dirty furniture and sweep up broken glass (we had 2 small children and had to ensure it was safe) but still dirty in need of renovation, the BBQ was disgusting and unusable previous residents had used it as an ashtray, Front door key snapped in door and we had to get another cut at our own cost. Kitchen was not cleaned properly many of the utensils and glasses were put away dirty and we had to wash them before use. Under the sofa had not been cleaned for some time with a build up of dirt visible when using the recliners. Disappointed but has potential to be great with a bit of care and attention.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Seagull cottage. The property was clean and well laid out, spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Heating good & easy to control & the log burner was a lovely feature, very welcome on a cold wet evening. Good WIFi & Netflix were also an added bonus. Kitchen well stocked with utensils however we couldn’t find a potato peeler - not really a big issue though. Hot tub was lovely, however wasn’t turned on when we arrived so took until the next morning to heat - my daughter was a little disappointed having to wait and was straight in when up to temperature. The only downside for us was there’s only 1 bathroom with a 2nd outside loo - there were 7 of us so a bit of a queue for bathroom ! The cottage is very close to the seafront with lovely beaches & the usual arcades. We also enjoyed the panto at the Spa which is less than 5 mins walk away. Lots to do in the area too. All in all a lovely stay

Me and my family had a lovely Christmas stay at Seagull cottage. Plenty of space to host all 6 of us and my dog. The beds were very comfy and the house was clean on arrival. Perfect location for the beach and there is a convenience store a 2 min walk away which has everything you need. We brought all cooking utensils with us with it being Christmas, but they were not needed as everything was already provided for. Only cons would be the Dishwasher isn’t the best so we hand washed everything (which is fine) we was just in a bit of a rush as we’re checking out. And a nice to have would have been some logs for the fire and some instructions on how to use it, luckily I had my grandad with me who has one of his own but without him I wouldn’t have known how to use it. We would come back should we find ourselves in Bridlington again!

Lovely house in a perfect location. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone and the house felt very homely. Loved that it was decorated all Christmassy! The only niggle was the cutlery, plates and cups weren’t clean and had to be re washed but that wouldn’t put us off returning in the future! We had a lovely family weekend away.

Lovely family stay. Great having the ability to park close by. Did not touch the car till we left. Lovely bedroom configuration which allowed two families to stay together.

Location is great for the beach and the main street, Jacuzzi was really good especially as the weather unfortunately wasn't nice enough to really enjoy the beach. House has everything you need for a family holiday.

great house for the price, stayed as two families with 4 children between us. brilliant location, hot tub was amazing for the kids and adults. few minor issues, sheets were too small for the bed so popped off when sleeping in them. also not enough towels for all guests but only minor issues

we had an excellent stay, house was very good and had everything we needed. There was six adults and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was a massive plus and very clean. 5 minute walk in to town. Everything I got in touch the host responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. If we are ever in Bridlington we wo7ld definitely stay here 5 * from us all

Great location a short walk from the harbour and beaches. We loved the hot tub which felt fresh and clean. House decoration was modern and homely without clutter. Plenty of space for our group (5 adults and 2 children). Thank you!

Disappointed Positive: The house was lovely, and the beds were comfy. Great location, just a 10 minute walk into the centre of bridlington. Negative: The house wasn't clean, dog hairs everywhere, tried to hoover them up, but both hoovers don't work. Shower isn't very powerful. Sand in the hot tub. Outside where the hot tub and "games room" are has a really strong smell of dog urine. The games room was a dartboard hanging from a shelf. All the family got bites.

This house was absolutely fine for what we needed it for and what we paid for it. It needs maintanance in the bathroom, and lot better kitchen facilities (don't plan to cook any large meals, or take your own peeler, scissors, sharp knives and large pans if you do!), and the living space was a bit small, but it was really close to the south beach, the bedrooms were nicely decorated and a good size, and we weren't stressing about having a dog there.

Negative: Nothing really only that there was only one wine glass and the dishwasher required salt and rinse aid applying which we hadn’t got.

Good venue for family get together of 4 adults 3 children, a baby and a dog. Great location for walking into Bridlington. Kids loved the hot tub and the house was clean and tidy on our arrival. Easy to heat and plenty of hot water for baths and showers. If you have one than one member of the party who likes a glass of wine- take a glass with you as there is only one glass in the property.

A great place for our family reunion! We loved the huge sofa & amazing hot tub. The separate dining room was perfect for our murder mystery night as there was plenty of crockery and cutlery - a few more 'glass' glasses would have been good. So handy for the beach, amusements and town - all within walking distance. The house was so tastefully decorated & so relaxed - a real home away from home.

The place was nice and close to the beach. It had most things we needed. Host was responsive to questions and issues we had.

We had a great time! A lovely home and the location was fab. The bathroom needs some TLC and some grab rails for safe manoeuvring for all the family in and out of the bath/shower. Would stay again.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Spacious house but in need of some TLC. Bathroom and kitchen need an update. The bathroom has signs of damp, The kitchen oven smelt very strange and didn't seem to get to temperature. Windows need replacing in the kitchen and dining room as they were clearly leaking on the day we had rain. Cover on the hot tub broken. Peeling paint on the exterior of the house and the garden areas need clearing. No hand towels provided. No welcome pack, not even a bottle of milk. Raised nail in the dining room floor that we managed to knock down after one of us injured our foot on it. Overall quite disappointed.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. The property is in need of some major TLC Positive: The size and beds were comfy Negative: Toaster didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly, the whole property needs to some TLC it’s very run down.

The company was great to deal with, but the property had a few things letting it down. Hot tub was quite dirty. All of the towels were stained with dark brown dirt stains a couple with what appeared to be earwax. They brought clean ones, but only 4 when there was 5 of us staying. Little bits of maintenance like the lock on the bathroom handing off and the toaster not working (required it being held down to toast) The beds and bathroom however were very clean

Ok, clean house, but wouldn't stay there again 😔 Positive: Beds were comfy n clean. Negative: Hot tub doesn't work properly, it was shabby and dirt in bottom. Bar, was full of cobwebs! Only one key for the house. No good when there's 3 couples staying.

Can't fault our stay at Seagull Cottage. A great place and would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Bridlington. If we return we will definitely stay here again.

Positive: Nothing to like about this property! Negative: The place isn't fit for purpose.. dirty kitchen oven grill toaster dishwasher not usable. The place is damp in every room the floors were all dirty on arrival. Really not a nice place and shocking considering the price we paid.

Our stay was great! So relaxing and the home is not far from everything you need. Positive: The toilet outside for the hot tub was great! The space in the bedrooms was really good plenty of space for more than who we went with so will definitely be back! Negative: The only thing I would say and this isn’t something I disliked. But something for the kitchen floor to stop getting so wet when u are travelling in and from the hot tub.

Excellent host, great place to stay. Positive: Excellent property, great host, all worked well for us and would certainly recommend and use again. Negative: Not anything to say here really.

It was wonderful to stay there, easy walk to the beach front with lots of food places and things to do within the day. The hot tub was great and the highlight of the trip! Digital parking permit registration enrolment was a simple and easy process to go through, over the phone and was well communicated. We did have to go out and buy extra toilet roll and hand wash as there was limited in the upstairs bathroom. Also one of the bathrooms is outside just to make guests aware - we wasn’t entirely sure where it was at first and then found out, unless I read the description wrong. Overall lovely stay and great hosts, but if you are with 7 people may have to bring extra loo roll as there wasn’t much provided.

Positive: Cottage was clean and good location. Negative: We had no heating and hot water . This Was fixed on the second day . Host and stay have finacially compensated us for our inconvenience , it was a real shame as cottage its self was really nice. And these things do happen.

Expensive for the condition and furnishings of the property Positive: The spacious rooms , the hot tub. Negative: One of the front bedrooms had a lot of mould around the wooden window panes and desperately needs a new window and the beds were not very comfortable the double beds were two singles connected together also the TVs are very old and need updating especially the one in the downstairs lounge which wasn’t a smart Tv and was far too small for the room and poor quality

Really good place to stay, location was good with shops and the beach nearby. Lots of space. Out shed was a fun extra bit with a darts board. Hot tub was lovely! Had 5 of us in comfortably. Communication with the host was great. Only thing I would complain is the toilet downstairs is outside and the door didn't even lock.

It was amazing we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night after walking along the piers. Positive: It is a beautiful place to relax in, everything is easy to access, loved that their was a toilet outside near the hot tub so we didnt have to trail water inside the property, is a big property has 3 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. Over all we had a fabulous time staying here. Negative: Their is nothing bad to say about this property!

Good location, fab hot tub. House could be lovely. However cleanliness let it down. Needs a good deep clean and regular monitoring to ensure all aspects of cleanliness are maintained. Especially when the cleaning fee is a substantial part of the overall cost.

Had amazing weekend here, space was really big and had good facilities! However a few of the furniture/areas in house appeared to have some damage and bathroom was abit dusty with no toilet roll provided! Would definitely come back in summer, beds also really good size and super comfy!! Thank you !

Lovely and quiet, beds were very comfortable! Needed some basics such tea towels and salt and pepper. But that’s just being picky!! Had a lovely time!!

Spacious with the essentials. Hot tub brilliant. Some little issues. Positive: It’s is very spacious. Lots of living space and also big bedrooms. The WiFi is very good. Hot tub is great. Lovely reclining chairs. Parking was easy and convenient. Good streaming services on the TV and great kitchen facilities. Negative: The area around is not very welcoming. It looks a bit derelict and the next door property had a few abandoned shopping trolleys. It did put us off. It certainly isn’t a cottage. The inside is a contrast though as it’s very nicely decorated. The rooms were a bit dusty. The ‘games’ room was just an old shed with no darts. The TV remote was very difficult to work - instructions would be good. Take toilet roll and washing up liquid as there was none. The second outdoor toilet’s door doesn’t close so was useless and also mucky.

Great location, great house, great furniture and fittings, well equipped kitchen, nice hot tub. The couple downsides is the parking can be hard work, there isn’t hardly any cleaning supplies in the cupboard, no dishwasher tablets, no extra bin bags and no cleaning stuff to use either. The heating was a nightmare to put on too, had to message them to find out what was going on and it eventually worked, not as simple as the instructions they give. Don’t give you any kindling or wood to get you started either. These small things didn’t put us off and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat

Good quality holiday accomodation in Bridlington - easy access to leisure facilities in well furnished and sizable property. Parking permit required was not sorted by the Hosts as promised, and dirty crockery and cutlery found in cupboards was very disappointing for the overall price paid. Light bulbs in bathroom were temperamental, but otherwise a pleasant and comfortable stay.

A lovely house very close to the beach front. The house was very spacious and well decorated throughout. Amazing hot tub in the garden which was nice and private… the house does have neighbours but we didn’t feel we was being overlooked at all. Good facilities for brewing up, they even gave us some milk which was a nice touch.
