Apartment pretty needs some maintenance and car park needs sorting and a new key cut Positive: In a central Place but very dodgy pm for lone female traveller Nicely designed but mould on windows and bathroom need be silicone seals makes place look dirty when actually it isn’t Negative: The parking was stressful and an absolute disaster despite contact each day of 3 day stay gate couldn’t be opened so had no access to vehicle for stay and couldn’t leave on time No help given despite being told each day the problem had been solved last day locked in car park just told to get a locksmith at own cost Luckily a resident let me in and out eventually Also situation of key box fine if walking but a problem if driving as have to drive to collect and block road while collecting which upset other road user who was impatient to progress and couldn’t get past

Windows filthy and as they open inwards no excuse for them not being cleaned Carpets filthy and stained Mould on the blind, ceiling, and around the window Sofa is filthy and stained Building stinks of cigarettes Room smells dirty and musty Extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t work Doors definitely not fire rated No care taken in any of the finishing around anything, bath needs re sealing Shower barely works no pressure at all Bathroom sink the tap doesn’t work Toilet takes 2-3 hours to refill Definitely not good enough for 4 people Oven barely works if what your cooking says 10 mins it will take half hour 40 mins Outside of the room disgusting Apartment block disgusting feels like a dirty London block Elevator something out of a horror movie Bin bags in the hallways/corridors and they smell Not worth the money at all Will never stay again

Nice flat very central Positive: Couldn’t get more central. Negative: The centre of Brighton is a bit rundown. My dog got glass in his paw from all the smashed glass around. It’s quite a dirty area with a lot of drug users loitering. Property itself nice with a view of the sea.

Great staying! Positive: Perfect location, comfortable and clean. Good value for money. I had a lovely staying. Negative: I would have liked to be provided with a second set of key as two occupants should be indipendent in accessing the flat

Great location and perfect for a weekend. Responsive host and easy to contact. Slightly frustrated because the toilet did not flush. There was really poor water pressure in the bathroom. We contacted the host and they said they would organise someone to come out and sort it. It looked like no one came out. Very frustrating! The windows were really difficult to open in the living room. Black mold noted around the window. Not enough towels. Otherwise just what we needed, thank you.

Loved this place , just needs better cleaning Positive: Fabulous location , lovely apartment , perfect views of the sea . Car parking included was a real bonus . Negative: It was dusty and needed better cleaning , the skirting boards had lots of dust , in the nooks and crannies. Cleaners need to be more thorough . Carpets need a good shampoo .

해변 바로 앞에 매우 뛰어난 위치입니다. 그런데 체크인할 때 까지 청소가 안되어있었습니다. 그리고 먼지가 많고 전체적으로 청결상태가 부족합니다.

Won't stay with host and stay again Positive: The location was great walking distance to every where we wanted to go Negative: Walking six flight of stairs as lift was out, cleanliness of stairs, window fell out due to corroded hinges, settee had Staines on, maintainance didn't clean up after them selves after screwing window back in, communication with the office was hard work

Positive: Ideale ligging om het bruisende Brighton te ontdekken. Heel levendig sfeertje! Negative: Op de fotos ziet het appartement er prachtig uit, maar het verdient ondertussen wel wat onderhoud. Het raam in de slaapkamer was dichtgemaakt en kon niet open. Het zicht op zee vanuit de kamer is prachtig, maar de rolluiken zijn aan vervanging toe en de vensterbank verdient een opknapbeurt.

If you’re looking to be right in the heart of the action then this place is perfect ( except some noise) sea view , walking distance to everything, bars /restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Pier opposite, secure of road parking. Good response to questions, overall good experience would recommend.

Positive: Lovely accommodation, very tidy and clean. Brilliant location. Can reserve a parking space right outside the accommodation. Negative: Hallways were quite dirty and there was some disorganisation from the staff with the keys.

A perfect little apartment in the heart of Brighton. The only downside was it was quite noisy at night and there was difficulty finding the parking, after a few phone calls to Host and Stay we managed to get this sorted and locate this. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il est très bien placé, avec une très belle vue dégagée sur la mer et la ville. La literie est très confortable et le salon est très cosy. Effectivement, le quartier est assez animé la nuit, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

I've given a balanced review as, if our problems weren't there, we would have had a lovely stay, the apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and great location. We were annoyed about the parking instructions, telling us to park in bay 18 nearby with no other specific instructions where bay 18 was, so that was misleading, ending up in the NCP car park at £75 for our 2 day stay. When we got the keys, there were 2 sets, neither said apt 20 on them so we had to ring the office to ask about this. Then, the toilet didn't work in the apartment, cistern didn't fill up so this caused a problem for the duration of our stay. We feel IF everything was OK, then value for money, yes I guess, but feel aggrieved that we had these problems after paying so much for the apartment. Awaiting feedback

Firstly, I’ll start with the positives. The place is lovely. The decor is modern and the view from the windows of the pier and sea is stunning. The negatives. The property is managed by host and stay who are completely useless. They have absolutely no idea about the property. The only check in details provided are the address and the code for a lock box (no location specified). We called host and stay 3 times before one of the staff realised it was located on a completely different street to the property. However, the information was simply that it was at 20 Charles street. After an hour and a half we still could not find the lock box. To make things worse, no one could tell us where our parking space was actually located. One lady from host and stay even said she would call housekeeping for more info and get back to us, she decided to call me 24 hours later to see if we had checked in… To me this service is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.

It is a lovely, very clean apartment. Very close to the pier and beach. The view from the bay window is so beautiful and relaxing. To be able to sit and watch the sea, as if your on the beach.

We had a great stay over the weekend, the central location which made exploring Brighton very easy, and the lovely interior and comfy bed made it well worth the price. The big windows were really nice and we enjoyed the view. Thanks very much and we hope to return again!

Positive: Overall properly was

Perfectly situated in the heart of Brighton - easy walk to The Lanes and The Pier. The apartment itself was clean and tidy - bit tired in places but nothing that had an impact on our stay. (it should be noted that It is above a bar so can be a bit noisy some nights/early morning.) The downside was check in. We were told we could use the parking bay earlier than check in, but the instructions as to where it was and how to get the keys was not clear. It wasn't until a second phone call to Host & Stay that it was explained the lock box was on a completely different road! Despite this we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed seeing Brighton - from the bay window we were able to see the starling murmerations which were spectacular.

Great stay in Brighton. Comfy bed. Good amenities. Lovely view.
