Lovely house in a great location. 15 min walk into the historic centre.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated apartment with a super comfortable bed. Just a 15-minute walk to the city centre and packed with great amenities. Host communication was excellent and the value was outstanding. Would definitely stay again!

Great little place to stay, very clean and tidy, one parking space, only 10-15 mins walk into town.

This house was a perfect size for myself, my husband and or 8 year old son. It was easy to find and there was off road parking for 1 car. The property had everything we needed to get our stay off to a good start. There is a handy guide in the property which included a short cut on to Haxby Road (this cut through also takes you past a lovely play park and an Indian Restaurant). It is an easy walk down Haxby Road in to York. It took us around 20 minutes to walk in to the city. We visited The Chocolate Story , The Jorvik Center, York Railway museum (all in the city center) as well as exploring the other city delights such as York Minster, The City Wallls and The Shambles etc. I would definitely recommend this property. The only slight downside was, as others have mentioned, the house keeping staff need to pay a little closer attention to hoovering around the skirting boards and under the furniture. Location of this property is brilliant for staying in York, and only a short walking distance away from the centre. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Check in easy. Unfortunately when we arrived it was clear parts of the floor had not been hoovered and were quite a mess, which was disappointing when travelling with young children. There are some parts of the property which need some maintenance, which we have fed back. Although communication back was prompt, the issues were not resolved during our stay.

Super great location. Fab shower in the bath. Had everything we needed for a stay.Really easy to book and communicate.
