We’ve just spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment , location is excellent , 5 min walk to Whitby centre , Lovely and clean , has everything you could want , all amenities in place , lovely shower room , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay , fantastic and will return , Many thanks John and Gill X

It was the best accommodation we had during our 6 weeks holiday in the UK. Positive: We loved everything about the property. It was extraordinary well equipped with everything we could have wanted , the location is fantastic and it was so comfortable. Negative: The information about parking was misleading in the information provided by the property. The information states that free parking is available. In fact there are 2 parking spaces available for the five apartments so one has to be very lucky to get one of them. In addition there is absolutely no information about the location of these car parks which are in fact in a small space on the side of the apartment block. PLEASE provide detailed information about parking for future guests.

Lovely, cosy apartment, within walking distance to main attractions. Positive: Great little apartment, comfy and cosy. Maybe a little far for some people - about 20 mins to the beach. Absolutely fine for me and I came back to eat lunch so i could save a bit of money not eating out. Right next to Pannett Park which was excellent. Good shower (once I understood how to work it). Good heating, kitchen had everything I could need. I'm an anxious person so having instructions about how to collect the keys etc really helped me. Negative: The bedroom blinds don't keep out much light so I was woken up at dawn. Can be solved easily by taking a blindfold with you.

Lovely stay in Whitby, perfect location to walk into town for food, drinks and shopping. Near Sneaton Castle we attended for a wedding so worked well for us. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Parking limited but we managed to get a space. Host & Stays communication was amazing! From booking, before our stay and during our stay in Whitby they regularly gave clear instructions and information. Would stay again and recommend to others!
Clean and comfortab.e but Parking could be a problem in busy season. However we were able to park there. Husband has mobility issues so could have been difficult finding somewhere nearby. However it was a lovely clean and comfortable apartment in good location and we enjoyed our stay. We love Whitby and area
In Whitby with our walking group, so well placed for exploring the area. Positive: Location, being close to both bus and train stations. Spacious, and generally good facilites. Negative: Lack of ventilation. Windows painted closed. Lack of transparency regarding parking. Only one space is really available between 4 apartments. Fairly noisy as on main road. Seemed to be a bit damp-smelling. More towels required to allow a change and more cooking dishes, no mixing bowls.

Positive: A very nice location. Close to the train and bus station and an easy walk to the town. The apartment itself was lovely and had all you would need in terms of facilities. Check in was easy due to the very good communication before. The onsite parking is not explicitly marked but we managed to use it for half our stay. There are various public parking options close by, but as always with Whitby the early bird catches the worm in that regard. Negative: My only slight negative would be the mattress in terms of comfort - I understand it is a personal preference and the owner can't cater for that.
Appartment very comfortable and clean. Very close to all amenities. We were happy to get car parked at the property which made the whole experience easier for packing/unpacking our car. Delighted with our stay and weekend.
Great apartment has everything that you would need. Location spot on very short walk into the centre of Whitby. Amazing shower! Only tiny issue for us was we thought we had a designated parking spot, this was not the case there are 2 spaces for 5 apartments which are on a first come first served basis. We did however find free parking not too far away. Would definitely book again.
Beautiful location and clean apartment with comfy beds. We had a couple of issues, one being that the windows in the apartment don’t open also the parking became an issue which we have tried to resolve with host. I think it better for the host to state there is actually no parking and for renters to find an alternative. I don’t want to go into everything here but I do believe these comments are fair. I would also request larger towels. I think most people would appreciate bath sheets these days. Whitby is just wonderful and if you can deal with these issues the apartment really is in a perfect location

Great place in an incredible location so close to the center of Whitby. The flat was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we needed. the flat was nicely decorated and easy to find. As others reviews have said, although it does technically have parking its pretty much impossible to park there and is always full but we were able to find on street parking a short walk away.
The apartment was really central and it is was a great help being just five minutes walk into Whitby. I thought that being next to one of the main roads into the town it would be noisy - especially with England having a world cup match - but it didn't disturb us. It was a perfect place for two people to have a short getaway. We didn't manage to park outside of the apartment but following the hosts instructions we did find off street parking further up Spring Hill.
Noisy, and tiring Positive: Clean and tidy and well equipped. Negative: Windows do not open so no ventilation. Fan provided but that just circulated hot air. Bedroom needs curtains. Blinds at window let in light so awake very early in the morning. Apartment is on a very busy road. Very loud road noise from about 5:30am until after 10pm. The two parking spots for all apartments in the building are right under the living room window. Permanent resident of downstairs flat seems to have a small garden under bedroom window which was used often during my stay.
When I come back to Whitby I will certainly book here again. Positive: Everything you need for a home from home experience. Everywhere immaculate. Negative: The only thing I can think of to improve our stay would have been curtains as well as blinds in the bedroom as it was very light from early on.

We had an enjoyable well awaited chill break ! Highly recommended and wouldn’t think twice about rebooking in the future Positive: It was like home from home and immaculately clean. The welcome pack was a nice thought .The host was constantly in touch with us with information and had contact details if any issues came up but we didn’t need to contact them. Easy access to the property.It was in an ideal location for us as we travelled by train, very close to the shops and all the attractions were easy to visit from there too Negative: There was nothing negative to say about the property

Very pleasant stay here in Whitby. Very clean and homely place. Unfortunately there was no parking available with the accommodation, which was a little misleading. We parked down by the harbour which was a seven minute walk away, and paid for the 24 hour ticket.
Really cosy, great facilities and location! Positive: The facilities were great, it had everything you needed. We like the fact there was a dvd player too, and it was in a great location Negative: There were no spare triple A batteries for the TV remotes, and there was some noise when people went in and out of the building, but other than that a great place to stay!

High standard self contained flat in a good location. Positive: Very comfortable apartment, high spec with everything you need and a few things you don't. Good central location near the park. Good wi-fi. Negative: It was very hot and the windows don't open (except for one) As the planet heats up this is going to be an increasing problem generally. However, a fan was provided. There is no parking. (I didn't drive)

A beautiful apartment in beautiful Whitby.Will return! Soon!! Positive: Immaculate, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable AND perfect location for exploring Whitby. Negative: NO PARKING. We knew that before we arrived but would have appreciated some guidance as to where we could park. We went to the Long Stay at about £12 per day but needed renewing before 9am - a bit early after full walking days before. In fact talking to a local resident as we were parked outside loading up to leave he told us several places just up the road near allotments where we could have parked for free and closer to the apartment. Information about parking locations should have been included in the very detailed information and instructions about the apartment. We paid nearly £40 on parking which could have been avoided. A relatively minor inconvenience in a lovely few days in beautiful Whitby and surrounds
Sandpiper was a lovely apartment, everything needed on place and lots of facilities. bit confused on the parking but found free parking 2 min up the road.
Central to what we needed, lovely apartment. All amenities close by. Positive: Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and cosy. Negative: We were unable to open the windows, thank goodness for the fan as it was very much needed. Thank you. We had to park in the long stay car park by the harbour for an additional sum of money, we were aware that parking would probably be an issue though so we’re prepared to park elsewhere. Just for others to be aware.
Perfect weekend stay Positive: Spotlessly clean apartment with everything you could need. Clear instructions for entry. A short walk away from the town. Blankets for cold nights, a fan for hot nights. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. Neighbours were very helpful too!! Free parking in walking distance. Negative: The only reason I've not given a 10 is because the property is on a busy road, and it would benefit from blackout blinds in the bedroom.

perfect location to get everywhere on foot. close to all the sights. clean and comfortable. brilliant shower! hot hot water in both kitchen and bathroom on demand. it was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. we managed to park outside the apartment but I imagine that's not always possible so do bear that in mind if you are travelling by car as the on road parking is in high demand, parking permits are not available and the long stay car parks are not cheap. brilliant location for the train or bus so close to everything a short walk from large coop supermarket, train station and harbour.
We had a great weekend, the apartment was well situated to park the car and walk everywhere. Isn't really a parking space, felt this was a little misleading, but plenty of parking close by so not an issue once we had unloaded. The apartment was clean bright and airy.
Perfect in every way. Would love to move in!!! 🤣 Positive: This apartment has such a homely feel! Very light and airy. An exceptionally clean apartment and has everything that you could possibly need. We loved that the tvs linked straight up with the popular tv apps ( Netflix, Utube etc). The bed was comfy and very clean. There are plenty of draws and great lighting options!! The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was a dream, especially after long walks! The ease of changing the temperature on the heating system was great. Negative: Nothing at all.

The apartment was in an excellent location and was extremely well equipped. However parking is not available. The mattress did not make for a comfortable good night’s sleep. Musty smells in building. Kitchen equipment not cleaned properly so any we used made you give them a quick clean. Milk was left to make a cup of tea etc however curdled in our tea no date left.
Comfortable, spacious and cosy apartment with luxurious finishing touches. Plenty of space to rest and relax. The apartment is next to the road, so it’s a little loud in the living area, but they have done a good job to mute this in the bedroom. It’s a quiet place, so traffic does not continue through the night and we slept very well. Perfect location for quickly walking into Whitby (5 minutes) where you can park and find the bus/train station. We used the long stay car park (Endeavour walk) where there were always plenty of spaces. The instructions sent ahead of our stay were fantastic and instructions for check in very good. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Ideal location and lovely furnishings. Did think it would be bigger than it was. Downsides - hearing a lot of traffic noise as you're right on the main road but during the night it's quiet and our sleep wasn't disrupted. Found it quite warm even late September and I'm someone who likes to have open windows whilst sleeping for fresh air and circulation, but unfortunately as far as we were aware there were no ways to open the windows which left me rather stuffy. We also noticed whilst trying to figure out if we could open the windows that the flooring in the living area by the window nearest the start of the kitchen is very loose and not stable. The parking is 1 space for all flats so if someone gets in the space it's not ideal, luckily for us when we arrived we were able to park and unload our suitcases and bags. However, I can see this being quite cumbersome if you weren't able to get right outside and had to go further up the road, up the hill.
