Fabulous apartment - Stayed for work but would bring my family here Positive: Home from home - beautiful apartment, great hosts and communication. Stayed for work but would equally be happy staying with my family. Negative: Nothing to change

3 nights stay with my best friend was great. immaculate apartment lovely big king-size beds. spotless shower room.lovely thick carpets. comfy beds with quality linen and towels kitchen equipped with everything you could think of. complimentary tea coffee noise (live bands) from the pub opposite (Fri&sat) disappeared after 12 if you shut the windows the road noise lessened too. the key lock outside was very clunky and caused us a little irritation but we gently perserveered. two flights of stairs as described but not a problem for us. a good ten minutes walk to the train station or town and a bus stop right outside the commercial pub. we visited the SJT theatre oppo the train station. A short taxi ride to the Spa south shore approx £7 to watch a tribute band. parking is at the local Sainsbury's just back from the apartment bout 4 min walk and I left my car 4 days for £15. it was safe and cameras are dotted about the car park. sofa was quite hard but served a purpose. overall fantastic

Excellent location, comfortable stay with excellent facilities Positive: A lovely apartment. Very clean and in a brilliant location for central Scarborough also 10 minute walk to the train station. Everything you need for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend! Negative: A bit of noise from the pub opposite. However if can’t beat them, join them!

Positive: Excellent communication including email with information packs. Excellent lounge diner kitchen set up. Smart TV books and games comfy chairs all cooking utensils in good order. Comfy beds (kings size and super king soft bedding and towels. Good location for leisure centre where grandson was competing short taxi ride to seafront resturaunt.

A most enjoyable stay in a clean, comfy and well equipped apartment, close to great amenities Positive: We had a very enjoyable stay at Sanderling Chase. The apartment was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we slept well each night of our stay. There was plenty of hanging space and drawers in the bedrooms for our use. The kitchen/dining and living room were comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The living room had been decorated with a pretty Christmas tree which was an unexpected bonus. A parking dial is kept by the front door enabling us to park outside the property free of charge for 3 hours, which gave us plenty of time to bring in our belongings. Tea, coffee and milk supplies were provided for our arrival. The large Sainsbury’s store, a 2-minute walk away was very convenient both for grocery shopping and for parking which is inexpensive at £4 per day. There are also many good quality shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the immediate area. On this occasion our visit to Scarborough was to see the annual arrival of Father Christmas at the harbour but there are plenty of good reasons to visit all year round and we will certainly stay at Sanderling Chase again and use it as a base to visit the many attractions on the North Yorkshire Coast. Negative: We didn't want to come home!! There was nothing we didn't like.

Poor Positive: Close to shop's, Negative: Very bad steep stair's to living room, then another set of stair's to bedroom 's, for two eldley people,

We enjoyed our stay ,the house was so clean

I stayed here for the weekend with my partner and parents (we like our little getaways every couple of months) Sanderling Chase was very modern and we were very impressed by how lovely and clean it was, the place was faultless, beds were very comfortable and such a fantastic place to stay. Excellent value for money. We had a little trouble with opening the key lock but a quick phone call sorted out the problem straight away. Would highly recommend the place to anyone we will definitely stay again. Of all the air b&bs we have stayed in this was by far our favourite. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊.

This location was ideal for me, I’m currently having a bathroom installed I live in Scarborough so I know the area. A great location the interior is very nice and beautifully decorated. I think I’ve taken away a few ideas to improve my own space. Well kept and extremely clean. A pleasure to have stayed thank you.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and the apartment itself was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay very comfortable and hassle-free. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and all of the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. One small suggestion for future guests would be to sort out parking as soon as you book, especially during busy seasons, as overnight parking can be quite limited. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment within Falsgrave and with easy and flat walking distance of the Stephen Joseph Theatre and the wonderful Stumble Inn and the excellent Craft. 2 large double bedrooms and clean and comfortable surroundings.

Very nice place - far from seafront and be aware of noisy pub Positive: Spacious, modern, well equipped, comfortable beds, smart tv Negative: Very noisy pub outside which was loud until 2am, check in/out is too late/early, lockbox was tricky, narrow stairs, 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 3 days is not enough, 1 milk sachet and 4 sugar sachets is quite pointless and tight, quite a long walk to town and seafront if you're wanting to explore on foot, one bedroom door doesn't Latch shut properly so kept moving in wind

Lovely stay in a great place

Superb Place to Stay Positive: Fantastic apartment in a great location . It was spotless , warm and quiet . We had a great 2 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer . This is the fist place I will look for when we visit Scarborough again in the future Negative: Nothing .

Very clean and tidy, location is great as train station is nearby as well as supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Spar. Provided a guide on how to use the appliances and any taxi/bus services which was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for our 2 day break Positive: Perfect accommodation, so handy for our stay as needed to be in Falsgrave area. The place was immaculate. Comfy beds, excellent shower and great kitchen. Plenty utensils provided. Such a lovely place. We never noticed any noise from outside, but it was November so windows closed. Host n Stay extremely helpful, we only booked same morning, packed and left for our 2 hour journey. So near to shops, bakeries, takeaways and 2 of our fav bars, Tap n Spile and The Firkin Inn (now Follys). Lovely walk down to beach for Remembrance Sunday. Fantastic fish n chips at Lifeboat Cafe too. Love Scarborough. Moved car on the Sunday morning to Sainsbury car park. Paid £4.50 via the app till 10am Monday, very handy, just 2 min drive. Will be back to stay here for def. Negative: The key lock on wall was a bit worrying at first as we just could not get into it. Eventually opened, but didn't leave key in lock till we left.

Great flat, everything was excellent quality, super comfy beds great kitchen good pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, couldn’t fault it

Lovely apartment in a great location with everything you would need. Positive: It is conveniently located with great facilities. Bright and spacious with a great homely feel. We stayed here for a concert at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and was perfect to walk and access the North Shore area too. Negative: All of it was great! Very happy guests.

Amazing place Positive: The apartment was immaculate. It had everything we needed and everything was labelled and explained with little notes. It was comfortable and in a great location too. The host was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok too. A virtual information booklet was sent prior to our arrival which was informative and very helpful too. I would definitely recommend! We had an amazing time. Negative: We did struggle with the key safe but after a quick Google search to find out how to use it we managed to get in no problem. We could also hear music from the pub across the road until closing time but it didn't bother us. You could also hear traffic on the main road so take some earplugs if you are sensitive with noise.

Lovely place. Would highly recommend. Positive: The place was lovely, very clean comfortable and well organised. It had everything we needed. Light and airy with lots of windows and tower fans in the bedrooms. Excellent shower, plenty of towels and a decent hairdryer in each room. Good location with one of the big supermarkets just a few mins walk away. Negative: It was a bit tricky to get the key from the lock box at first. There were also more stairs in the property than expected. wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Positive: All around perfect stay and beautiful apartment, was happy with everything. However no kitchen towel or liquid and sponge provided- nothing a trip to the local shops couldn’t fix.

Review of Sanderling Chase Positive: The apartment was stunning. We were met with a very warm and welcoming accommodation. Everything was spotless and attention to detail was first class. There were many places to eat, shops and bars/cafes within walking distance and the apartment is in a great spot to commute into Scarborough. Negative: There wasn't anything we could find that we did not love about Sanderling Chase. It was lovely.

Lovely clean, spacious apartmant. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk for our 2 night stay with a shop across the road. It’s on a main road which can be a bit noisy but we probably noticed it more beaches we live in such a quiet area.

Enjoyed our stay in the newly done up apartment. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Scarborough. Thank you Charlie
