About this property

As soon as you set foot in Salty Place, you’ll feel the beautiful contemporary style.

Enter the living room and you’re welcomed into a lavish space. An open fire sits in the centre of the room and there is ample seating in the form of a family-sized grey sofa and armchairs. A large flat screen TV is situated in the corner and you’ll notice a stylish light fitting overhead.

The incredible open plan kitchen and dining area is a sight to behold! With high ceilings and sliding glass doors, it has a very atmospheric feel. The kitchen area is modern and bright with a minimalist style. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as it is fully equipped with an fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster. There is even the added luxury of a dishwasher so you can enjoy a hassle free holiday without having to do the dishes! A large table sits in the space with matching wooden benches either side of it. Light draws in from the sliding door creating a bright and airy feel.

Open the doors and you’re in the yard space, which is fully enclosed for your peace of mind when staying with children or four-legged friends. With outdoor seating, this spot is perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

Bedrooms one and two have a relaxing flair. The large king-size beds dominate the spaces and the neutral colour schemes contrast perfectly with the pops of pink added through the soft bed furnishings. The modern ensuite in the master bedroom features a walk-in shower.

Head to the main family bathroom and you'll discover yet another stylish space. Boasting a freestanding bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC, this space offers luxury galore.

The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is a sophisticated haven with calming neutral tones and pops of colours. The space also features a double bed.

The fourth bedroom only adds to the family-friendly nature of Salty Place. With comfy twin single beds, this is a cosy space with a quirky sloped ceiling and a skylight window. A table and chair are also provided, making it ideal for working or studying.

A number of bus routes operate in Saltburn offering access to Loftus, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Skelton-in-Cleveland and Whitby.

“Great house, nicely presented, comfortable, perfect for a family and friends holiday to spend time indoors, and in a great location to enjoy everything Saltburn has to offer. Easy access to the beach, pool, coastal routes, shops and eating out. Would happily re-book! As other reviewers have said the yard could look better but it’s a really useful safe outdoor space, the large sliding doors are lovely. Minor things which would be helpful for future guests are: provide hand towels and soap for the downstairs loo, provide more than 1 tea-towel and oven gloves and one extra bigger pan for cooking, also nonslip shower mats. Other than that the house was really well equipped. Thank you for letting us stay, we had a great week.”

“We had a really lovely stay in this Victorian Terrace in Saltburn! Host and Stay were great at staying in touch and also gave us an early check in as we had little ones with us who needed to nap… Great amenities with the beach just at the end of the street! Comfortable bedrooms and homely decor made our trip a great getaway for an our family. The only thing I can comment negatively on is the outside space at the back. So much more can be made of it as totally private and gets good sun! At present it’s just a bit of an unloved yard, but it’s so easily remedied 😃 Thank you for a great stay!”
