Good base for exploring Cornwall but not a practical place for amenities. Positive: The location was good for access to the train station, and to explore Hale, St Ives. Bed was comfy, and it felt secure and really clean. Comfy sofa and good bathroom good for chilling out Negative: Difficult to find the place, it's behind a house where it is not signposted outside. Did not feel taken care of in the checkin process as a single traveller and there were delays in communication when messaging as I could not work out how to get in. No mention the lock box was inside up the stairs so I was hanging around trying to find it and wasn't sure to enter the house until a kind neighbour saw me, there were no instructions for this. Lovely view from the window at the top but all the neighbours can see you so felt like a fishbowl. Hob didn't light so could only work one at a time and was unsafe as the knobs would heat up and burn. There is a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes. For the price I expected these things to be taken care of. No table so have to eat on a tray, and the welcome book was hidden in a cupboard.

Nice, quiet location. 10 min walk to pubs and restaurants, 20 min walk to the beach. Place is as described, ideal for two people for a couple of nights. We liked that it had a washer/dryer. Ideal for day trips to St. Ives and other places in Western Cornwall.

An excellent weekend Positive: Sail Loft is well kitted out, very comfortable and up to date. It is in a great location, the living room window offers great views across Hayle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Negative: There's nothing to dislike.

Perfect Positive: 7 minute walk from Hayle train station . Apartment had everything you would need for short stay . View from lounge beautiful. Negative: Address not clear .it is behind no . 59 Queensway ,Queensway Mews . 59C.

The property was clean and fairly well equipped although we we're unable to use oven as no instructions to be found unfortunately. I have only ever used gas so had no idea what to do .The bed was comfortable but very little room to get around the bed.The most disappointing issue we found was that there was a very pungent smell in the lounge area which is such a shame because the decor is lovely. Unfortunately due to the lingering smell im unable to give this property a higher rating, the other issues we were able to get around for our 3 night stay.

Great little apartment with dedicated parking. Positive: Cosy little apartment which is an ideal base if you are driving around Cornwall.Beautifully clean and owners were lovely. There is dedicated parking and supermarket a short drive away for provisions. Negative: Location is on a housing estate which I hadn’t realised before booking. The next point is not the owners responsibility but if you are walking stick to main roads, apps may pick the shortest route from train station which includes narrow unlit lanes / pathways.

Tour of Cornwall. Positive: Nice quiet street and short walk into Hayle. Negative: Not enough pots and pans .To many stairs to climb to assess the apartment.

This is a small but lovely apartment with a great view across Hayle and the estuary. It was excellent value for money. It also didn’t get too warm in the hot weather, thanks to being part of an old building with very thick walls. Beaches, cafes etc were all within walking distance (30/40 mins at a gentle stroll). More practically, the station and large ASDA supermarket are less than 10 mins on foot. We enjoyed taking the train along the coast to St Ives, whilst largely avoiding the crowds by taking advantage of the great beaches, cafes etc that Hayle has to offer. A most enjoyable trip.

Superb stay - would come back Positive: Very clean, light, bright and airy apartment which had everything we needed. Superb stay. Negative: Info re collection of the key. We spent ages looking for the key box outside when in fact, you need to go through the outside door (which is open) and up the stairs to the front door of the apartment where the key box is located.

Place like home Positive: We had a really lovely stay at the loft in Hayle. It had everything we needed – including Wi-Fi – and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The beach is up to a 30-minute walk, which is a nice stroll, or just a few minutes by car, making it very easy to get there. Overall, a great place to stay – we would definitely come back! Negative: The only thing to note is that the entrance can be a bit tricky to find at first. You need to go into the first small street just after the white building, then head down past the archway. There is a gravel area at the bottom that is used as a parking space, and at the far end of it you’ll find the entrance to the loft – up the stairs.

Positive: Kaikki oli kuin kuvauksessa ja varustus riittävä (+ astiat kauniita). Viestintä toimi erinomaisesti. Sijainti oli itselleni oikein hyvä. Asuminen tuntui turvalliselta. Negative: Jossain kohtaa kannattaisi kenties suorittaa hieman parempi/kattavampi siivous. Lieden kanssa haasteita (ei kipinää).

Das Apartment ist an sich sehr liebevoll dekoriert, modern, mit gutem Bad und Küche, und einem Parkplatz, ABER es gibt keinen Esstisch, um zu essen, was die Agentur und der Eigentümer auch nicht ändern wollten, es seien ja in der Annonce auch kein Esstisch erwähnt. Auf dem Boden oder mit den Tellern auf dem Schoss wollen wir jedoch nicht essen. Zudem standen 10 verschiedene chemische „Lufterfrischer“ überall herum (darunter 2 elektrische, 3 mit Duftstäbchen und alle stark und unterschiedlich riechend), das kann nicht gesund sein und wir bekamen Kopfschmerzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach einem Tag stornieren lassen.

The flat was really lovely and suited our needs for our three night stay! The decor is really cute and homey. The sofa is SUPER comfy! Love love love! Everything was clean and tidy, enough kitchen wear to make some sandwiches and pizzas which was awesome. Marked down slightly due to foul smell on entering the property unfortunately. Thankfully a candle did the trick! We would love to stay again.

Cosy little apartment within walking distance into Hayle. Beautiful beach and can thoroughly recommend the beach bar Gilbert's and the pizzas at The Terrace.

Positive: A lovely little stay here. Quiet and had everything we needed. Very well kept, and communication was great! Would stay here again
