Positive: Amazing location like less than 5 mins from the centre of the town, and across from a lovely park. Really comfy and clean apartment and had everything you could need for a mini break - modern, quiet, will definitely go again Negative: The only small issue was the shower pressure wasnt the best, it wasnt bad but wasnt amazing

The apartment was well equiped and met all of our needs. Positive: The apartment was in walking distance of main attractions and had a beautiful view of parklands opposite. Negative: The bed was a bit small, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Positive: The location was amazing, very modern and high end furnishings. Beautiful kitchen facilities. Negative: You have got to pay 19 pound insurance waiver which is cover incase you break anything it states for damages. Which you do not get back if you dont break anything. Furthermore the 50 pound cleaning fee which is included in the price however you dont know about until they send an invoice after you have already paid. I feel these costs should be disclosed when you are paying.

Great location, modern unit Positive: It was in a fabulous location, walking distance from train and bus station with a view over a park.Newly renovated, great kitchen and living area. Massive TV. Everything you need to self cater. Plenty of cupboards and a wardrobe in the bedroom. I felt it was good value . Very quiet despite being on a main road. Don't follow google maps as it takes you to back of property. Follow hosts instructions on their info page. Negative: The bed was small and so was the bedroom. There was nowhere to put your luggage unless you unpacked it and put everything away in the cupboards. The bathroom was tiny so if you are a large person you would struggle. Also we were in Unit 4 which was 34 stairs so if you have mobility issues you would need to request something on a lower floor

It was a great find and very good value. Recent renovation and everything u needed was there. The bathroom is very tight Positive: The property was clean and very modern. Just a few minutes walk to town. Had everything you needed. A bonus were the Large fluffy towels. Negative: It is on a main road and could be noisy at times.

Was a lovely place to stay, very modern and had everything we needed. Will rebook if ever in the area again.

Great location to explore Whitby Positive: Great location, walking distance to all of Whitby. Newly renovated to a high standard with good attention to detail. If you book the ground floor apartment, there is parking, if not there is some free parking close by. Super easy to check in and collect the keys, the owners were around working on some of the other units and were interested in our travel plans and giving us tips and ideas, a really lovely couple who were very proud of the renovation.

Fantastic place to stay! Positive: The property was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is situated a short walk from the town which was ideal for us. Negative: There was no parking at the property but we found some nearby.

Quality apartments much well spent on the excellent furbished building guests will really love it Positive: The view was really nice , centre location was 5 mins away the fixtures and fittings were top notch , beautiful quality to each room was very nice stay . Negative: Probably the recent fresh paint smell only because i suffer with asthma but other than that nothing dissapointed. Us.

We spent three nights and the place itself is great with everything you need and really close to the train and bus station. However you clearly can tell it’s being managed by a company because the check in instructions weren’t clear (we didn’t even know what flat number we were in) and the replies are given by an AI bot which makes the whole experience really disappointing. Luckily we ran into the owners during check in who helped us. Also the bins still had (not much) but trash from the previous guests which is not ideal.

Fantastic location just minutes walk from the centre of Whitby. The Apartment was easy to find & access, modern, clean, quiet and comfortable.
