“A spotless, comfortable apartment with beautiful park views — a peaceful little gem in the heart of Whitby.” Positive: What I loved most about the property was how spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming it was. The view over Pannett Park was beautiful, and my favourite part was sitting with a coffee, looking out across the park and watching the squirrels. Such a lovely, peaceful little moment and a perfect way to start the day in Whitby.

Perfect location, perfectly equipped apartment, perfect host! Positive: Michael the owner was so helpful and friendly. He gave us some of the history of the building and area which we really enjoyed finding out about. It was perfectly located for our visit for Whitby Folk Week.

Really lovely apartment would definitely stay again very clean and well equipped Positive: Beautiful and clean and well equipped. Negative: Double bed although it was comfortable just bit small.

Amazing! Positive: Really clean, had lots of amenities, fully equipped kitchen, only thing missing was a bread knife, but apart from that absolutely amazing. Very comfortable, amazing location, close to everything. They've made such a good use of the space. I would stay here again, as the apartment and location are fabulous. Not about the place itself, but parking at the station, just be aware that the daily rate is only to 8pm, then it's the overnight charge. Negative: Lack of parking.

Lovely few days in a superb apartment very clean & comfortable but parking is an issue. Positive: The location was suitable but parking was stressful but sorted it in the end. Negative: Given the right key code & number of apartment to start with & better information on the car parking situation could have been better. Had to ring the company who it was booked with a couple of times & was stressful as didn't get a helpful answer straight away.

Fantastic Apartment In Lovely Whitby. Positive: Superb apartment in a fantastic location, beautifully presented and well maintained. Met the owners during check in, lovely couple. We will be back soon, hopefully. 🤞 Negative: Only one apartment has parking but that wasn't an issue as were lucky to find off street parking near by.

Despite some shortcomings the flat really is extremely good. 😊 Positive: Beautifully refurbished with very good facilities - an excellent rental overall. Negative: Lack of parking (would have helped to get a suggestion for street parking rather than pay & display), told that there was no wifi when there was, no extraction fan in the bathroom (which generally was a bit too small for us) and the floor was not clean (our white socks we’re constantly dirty).

The apartment made our stay in Whitby exceptional. Positive: The property was beautifully furnished everything was spotless.

Mixed experience - hope the owners up their game. Positive: Modern Furnishings, kitchen, separate bedroom (Apt 3) , bed, location, proximity to train station and local amenities. Negative: Unemptied bins and unclean dishwasher upon arrival, bathroom fan runs permanently all through the night. Having to dispose of previous occupants refuse.

House was very neat and clean and comfortable. Walking distance from city centre. They don’t have parking but other than that everything was absolutely fine.
