Positive: Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, all the utensils covered Negative: Parking, there's usually a permit but with this property there wasn't one so had to pay a extra £40 to park a 10 minute walk away

Autumn break Positive: Immaculate flat in a great location. On street parking was no problem in October but might be more difficult in the summer. Overall excellent and likely to use again. Negative: Nothing about the flat to dislike.

Positive: Modern, clean accomodation with everything you'd need. Negative: It was unclear when booking whether parking was included. We had apartment 1 in the basement which we realised didn't have parking when we arrived. It was a lovely accomodation, but something to take into consideration.

Positive: Lovely place ,very clean , the owners were great and very helpful, great location. Negative: Absolutely nothing.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Whitby — it really did feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with the docks and bridge leading up to the Abbey just a short walk away. There’s also a lovely, quaint little park nearby that leads towards the museum, which was a really nice bonus and made exploring the area so easy. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and incredibly cosy. It had so many thoughtful touches and everything you could possibly need, including plates, cutlery, an air fryer and all those little things you don’t always think about when booking somewhere. We especially loved the electric fire feature in the evenings — it made the apartment feel really warm and homely after a day out exploring. The only small thing I would say is that an earlier check-in time would be ideal for guests arriving earlier in the day. This is purely a personal preference, as I’m definitely someone who packs everything but the kitchen sink and hates dragging a suitcase arou

A modern well appointed and super comfortable little gem close to the town centre. Positive: Property is like new, super clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Negative: On England’s opening night in the World Cup I could not get the larger of the two TVs to display terrestrial TV on LG TV. Not a major problem as the other TV in the kitchen part of the apartment worked well. Water pressure in the apartment is quite low and I wasn’t able to get the shower to get warm and remain that way no matter what I did - strange as the water in both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink was piping hot. Sort those minor issues out and it is a little gem!

Not impressed but did the job just Positive: Clean property and close enough to the main part Negative: Ross’s view but we had no view The place was nice The bed is far to small for two adults Basement property shower pressure was not good All you hear was people above moving and banging around and if they turn on the outisde lights disturbing you when sleeping If they use the water you hear that in the basement room with a very loud pump Blinds might aswell not be there as let light in One window at the back so very stuffy We were mislead with photos as on booking it came up with 1 apartment left and photos showed the top floor so very disappointed when in the basement with no view Parking is horrible £40 for 2 days and had to park in the train station / co op and bring everything up the hill to the room where it advertises parking but there is none so don’t expect to park outside the property Bin smelt fishy and some bits in the bottom of it when arrived Expensive £212 (that’s discounted) for what we got not relaxing weekend for us staying there

A really lovely property with lots of amenities. Positive: It was lovely, new and clean. The location was fabulous. The amenities were great and very well thought out. We loved the automatic blinds on the doors, which in good weather would be lovely to have open onto the little patio. The public parking (we parked at the station) was only a ten minute walk away. Negative: The shower went from hot to cold continuously throughout it running. There was no hand soap in the kitchen and the dispenser in the bathroom was empty. There were cigarette ends and a tissue with cigarette ends in it on the steps down to room, additionally, the front bin in the kitchen smelt of ashtrays. Had we known there was nowhere near to drop bags off we would have consolidated our possessions into two big bags rather than lots of small bags which we had to keep going back for. The plates don't fit in the dishwasher!

Very stylish clean apartment well situated for the attractions of Whitby. Positive: The property was stylish, immaculately clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, the kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of storage in both the kitchen and bedroom. All the furnishings and linens were of a very high quality. Negative: The bathroom was crazily small which made using it not very comfortable. The shower was very weak with no power to speak of and kept running hot and cold - so this wasn’t great sadly.

Great location right near the centre with lots to do and place was just as described very spacious and lots of great amenities would 100% visit again and recommend to others

Positive: There wasn't anything to dislike. Negative: We booked the attic,got the basement!!! The address was wrong,and communication with the lady on the phone when I queried it,was awful.
