Host & Stay | Roseberry Avenue — Guest Reviews

10/10 Positive: Every thing about the property was excellent no negatives.just the tv in the onsuite

Superb choice.

Freat location and the house was ideal for our needs, including a secure rear garden for the dog. The parquet floor is pretty, but very slippery, so take care.

Lovely house close to all the entertainment and a quiet location. We had 2, 2years olds with us and they loved the garden and all the games and toys, safe and secure. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again, Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling and really well looked after. It was comfortable and welcoming, and we were very happy with everything inside the property. The only downside, which was completely outside the host’s control, was the neighbouring garden. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of dog waste left outside, and at times the smell was quite unpleasant and off-putting, particularly when sitting outside. Other than this, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the accommodation

We had a lovely stay at this holiday home in Skegness. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The location was absolutely perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, restaurants and seafront in Skegness. It was so convenient being able to leave the car and walk everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Skegness. We would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely big house spotlessly clean Positive: Lovely big house very clean. Negative: Walking back to location of house has to walk past some characters didn't always feel 100% safe. Po asking on Street was ok but we had two cars.

We stayed over for a weekend and the house it self was absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved it and it was in a perfect location. Lots of facilities to accommodate families with little ones.

We had a lovely time at the property and the host was great

It was ok Positive: How spacious it was Negative: There was no mop, there was dried poo down the side of the house, the console didn’t work, hot water in the kitchen wasn’t very good, the bath empties whist your in, broken garden chairs and there is no umbrella for shade in the garden

Lovely spacious and clean. The beds were soo comfortable had the best night sleep. Great for kids! Thanks

Beautiful house. Well maintained clean and very presentable. We replay enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you could possibly think of was in that house we didn’t need to bring anything. We would highly recommend. 😊

This was one of the best homes we have stayed in immaculate home from home great location everything in walking distance loved the garden perfect for our pup and the BBQ was a nice bonus the beds were so comfy and spacious carnt wait for next time 🩷

Absolutely stunning home. We arrived and were blown away by the place. The owners have absolutely thought of everything. The bedrooms smelt devine, the whole place was just stunning with so much space. Really good location for walking into town or to the more remote areas of the beach. Will definitely book again when visiting again .

4 adults stayed with 3 babies/toddlers - we had a great time. Lovely place with 2 big sitting rooms and a very nice garden space. So much had been thought about I.e. games, toys, games consoles Very clean and tidy. 10 minute walk from main Skegness area. Will definitely try to stay here again if looking for somewhere to stay in Skegness. Lovely place - thank you!
