Very Good - would not hesitate to stay again. Positive: Location was great. Apartment was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. It suited our needs for a weekend as a family of 4 very well. Negative: I didn’t particularly like getting a message from the ‘host’ suggesting I needed to pay as we checked out 30 mins late. There was no one checking in that day and anyone who travels with children knows it is not always easy to get out of the door on time! When I questioned if this message was meant to be serious, the hosts backtracked so I assume it was just a misunderstanding but it stuck in the mind.

Comfortable stay Positive: Great location and comfy spacious stay for my family of 4. Negative: Minor niggles like lack of espresso cups, dish washing scourers. Cushions and sofa upholstery could have been cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in central Liverpool. Everything was just as expected. The location is perfect—very central, with plenty of things to do with the kids and lots of nice restaurants nearby (though it can be a bit lively and noisy at night). Free parking was a big plus, and it easily fit our mid-sized SUV. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth booking!

The apartment was fantastic and very clean. Two bathrooms make it easier to accommodate everyone. The location is ideal for getting around Liverpool and is close to everything. The parking was a bonus as you can park the car and then forget about. The only problem we had was that the water went off for the entire building from around 01:00 until 09:00. As it was Easter Sunday it made it more difficult to find water anywhere else. The management company didn’t respond until 10:00, by which time we had checked out. We had a family event to attend so we had to make other arrangements to get showers etc. Otherwise the apartment and location were fantastic.

Thanks for a great stay. We travelled on business to the hospice conference, perfect location and great little pub on the corner. Apartment was clean and tidy and as displayed online. Will definitely book again.

Positive: From the friendly contact to the perfect location everything was close to perfect. The flat is located right in the heart of the tourist action. Just a 3 minutes walk away from the docks and right beside all the shops and Pubs and bars it is more than perfect for a stay in Liverpool. it is very silent and safe. Maybe not a great view but the balkony is a supernice touch as well. Everything is spacious and clean.parking is provided on street level right beneath the flat itself with enough space for a standard compact car . We felt very welcome and had a brilliant stay!And we will be back for sure! Negative: Those are just little issues and did not affect our stay too much but for me they are worth to be mentionend 1) very very slow wifi. As the tv is internet only watching the news or weather was kind of a pain as it was stuttering or losing signal all the time.not possible to watch at all 2)master bed is a little bit too small for 2 3)there is not much storage room for lugagge 4)The doors are fire safe self closing...even in the bedroom. We had to block them with chairs to keep them open.

Positive: Great locations right in the main area. The apartment was very spacious everything you could ask for was there . Negative: Could have a big and more comfortable sofa . And in the morning it can be quite noisy sea gully /bins being picked up

Brilliant location, modern, clean and spacious apartment. Brilliant staff. Positive: Great location. Spacious, clean apartment with great amenities. It literally had everything we needed. The staff (Charlie) were brilliant and provided all necessary information prior to our stay and answered and requests promptly. Negative: We had an issue ants coming in the front door on the first night. However, this was promptly dealt with when I contacted the staff (Charlie) and the maintenance team were out and had it sorted. We did not have any further issues.

Apartment was ideallly located, walking distance to everything. Was clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms made a big difference. Only downside I might add is, the walls and ceilings are paper thin, so you're hearing a lot of noise from neighbours (footsteps, extractor fans, kids etc). Also the seagulls sound like they're having a royal rumble outside your window all night long, but hey, its near to the docks, what can ya do. For 2 people with ASD it wasn't a particularly comfortable night. But for most people they probably wouldn't notice these things. I'd recommend this accommodation. Thank you.

Great accommodation Positive: Very modern & clean, very well equipped Negative: Not the properties fault but seagulls were nesting at the back & the noise every morning around 4am was bad

Great stay and location with easy access to pubs, restaurants, grocery, train, and sightseeing!

The stay was ruined by the countless emails and not being able to contact anyone properly about the double payment taken Positive: Location and handy with kids. Negative: The fact they have taken double payment for the property and it’s been two months now, 2 weeks since our stay and no refund has been given to us. Please be very careful booking on this platform for this property as we have no option now but to go to our bank and try and reclaim the funds. Apparently they have no direct contact with their finance department!

Super stay in Liverpool Positive: The property was well located close to Liverpool One and Albert Dock. It was very comfortable and communications were excellent. If in Liverpool again I would definitely stay here.

Would definitely be happy to stay again. Positive: Perfect location for shopping, Albert Dock, the ferry port, the bus station (easy connections to both football stadiums), restaurants, cafes. Nice and spacious for our family of 4. It was an extremely hot few days but the apartment felt cool and there were fans available. We didn’t find the area noisy but we did visit midweek. Negative: The beds could’ve been a bit comfier, and there wasn’t anywhere to hang your towel up. I really didn’t like how many messages I got from the company prior and during our stay, a lot of them were unnecessary (selling extras).

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Perfect location in the centre of Liverpool walkable to all shops, restaurants, bars, train stations etc. Lovely, spacious apartment equipped with everything you need.

Great location in Ropewalks near Liverpool One and Royal Albert Dock. Very comfortable launching point for exploring Liverpool.

Exactly as the photos. Great location for Liverpool city center. Parking is an allocated garage adding peace of mind for the hire car. Large apartment a clean.

Very clean, conveniently located. Proactive and responsive host. Neighbourhood a little noisy but to be expected centrally on a weekend and location is worth it for proximity to attractions and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Could do with some softer lighting/lamps in living area but that's splitting hairs!

The apartment was exactly as the photos. Clean, modern, un cluttered with toiletries and coffee/tea/sugar/milk provided, which was a bonus. It was located just off the main road, but was lovely and quiet. Fantastic location that was in walking distance of the docks, shops, museums, cavern club and train station. There was a good sized, individual parking garage under the apartment. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by...Two pubs of note were The Munro on Duke Street and The Vines. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Liverpool. We will be back!

Fabulous place to stay. Central close to Albert Dock and shopping areas. Very comfortable clean beds. Kitchen lovely well equipped. Host communicated really well would help in anyway he could. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Liverpool. Car parking space too although we didn’t need it.

Positive: It was very central and easy to get to. Perfect location for our needs. Spotlessly clean, exactly like it shows in photos. Having the car parked at the property was a huge bonus. What I will say, it states measurements for the garage. Also stating "one compact car" We asked about parking our mazda cx5, told it was too big. Took mazda cx30, expecting it would also be too big from measurements provided..Plenty of room in the garage. We could have parked the cx5. With room to spare. The garage is of normal size. Negative: Check in was at 3pm. I asked if we arrived early, could we park the car in the garage. I was told yes, absolutely. However, this was not the case. No keys were available until 3pm. I phoned and was told that I could not use the garage. Very disappointing. Had this been said in reply to me questioning it first time, we would have left later. We had to find and pay for parking elsewhere! One other slight negative, only one socket in the bedroom available to use. I had to use the hairdryer in the hall. .

when I come back to Liverpool I will be booking with this host can't say enough lovely experience. I have recommended this host to all my friends.

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a 2-night stay in Liverpool. The host was excellent at communicating, though at times there were a few too many messages — one clear set of instructions would have been preferable. The only feedback I’d give is that the beds are on the smaller side for doubles, and the lack of insulation in the walls and windows meant you could hear street noise and footsteps from the neighbours above. That said, the location is fantastic — just a stone’s throw from the city centre — and I’d still recommend it for a short stay.

Positive: La localisation est parfaite !! En plein cœur de la ville et des lieux à visiter à Liverpool !! Le parking sous le bâtiment est très pratique L'appartement est en excellent état et très propre. Même le canapé lit est confortable Negative: L'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé. Le simple vitrage et les murs légers font qu'on entend les mouettes et les voisins le matin. Bref, cet appartement est idéal pour visiter la ville mais moins si vous souhaitez y faire une grasse matinée :-)

Wat een goede centraal gelegen locatie. Doordat de slaapkamer aan de achterzijde gelegen is, is het koel en stil. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien

Stayed 2 nights. The apartment was just perfect for everything. The location was right in the Middle of town but down a peace one-way street. Across the road from shopping, pubs and restaurants. 15mins walk to M&S Arena and Albert Docks. The owner has made the apartment very homely but has some lovely touches and well equipped kitchen. Host kept us informed before and during stay so has no trouble finding apartment. Would defo stay again when next in Liverpool and recommend.

Amazing location, some amenities lacking Overall it’s a great place to stay and a perfect location, close walk to the water and Liverpool One. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My criticism is that it really came with nothing stocked, ex: they gave us 1 single dish towel and no paper towels or anything else. Extremely bare bones which I didn’t realize when I was booking. Just be prepared to buy all the amenities you need aside from coffee and tea. Would stay again, location makes up for it all

We had a great stay, unfortunately the heating wasn’t working in the main room on the first evening so it was quite cold - although a plumber was sent round straight away to fix it the next day which was great, no problems after that!

Nice and roomy place at the fingertips of all major Liverpool attractions.
