A great little space to host a group for a weekend getaway. Positive: The living room and kitchen area were perfectly set up to allow a group to sit around and catch up easily. We had a great time enjoying a cup of tea at the large table with the patio doors open and a nice breeze. The property had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy a long weekend including hair dryer, extra bedding, tea/sugar, soaps, etc. The pull out sofa was easy to operate. Negative: My main complaint was the lack of front desk staff or option to drop off luggage somewhere before check-in. When asked if I could drop luggage, I was offered an early check in for an additional fee, which read as a money making option. Instead, I had to pay the train station to keep my luggage on check in and check out. I also feel like a shelf or somewhere to set my soap/shampoo in the en suite shower would have been nice.
Really pleased with our stay here. We were a group of 6 this was a really spacious apartment, really clean, perfect spot when staying in Liverpool, an easy walk from the station, the hosts were incredibly helpful and communicated well. Parking spot was a massive bonus and fits a well sized car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool. Thanks for a great stay.
Excelent & comfortable Positive: Great apartment, easy to get into the property with the lock box. The location was really central and very close to shops & bars. It was super clean & warm and not noisy considering the location. The sofá bed was very easy to put up & down. Negative: If you don’t like stairs or need accesibilidad then it would be tricky as there is no lift.

I travel to Liverpool 2-3 times a year for the last 10 years and this property was the best by far. It was clean, easy to find, close to restaurants and pubs and close enough to Lime Street. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall a reasonably comfortable place for a few days. Positive: Location was excellent, outdoor space a bonus Negative: Pillows not so good and not enough surfaces at lounge area to place a cup, book or phone. With only one lamp, the evenings were either very dull or very bright.

It was really easy to get the keys and the host sent us all the information we needed about the apartment. The facilities were great - everything you need for a city break. Negative: Nothing not to like. It was perfect.

Great location and great apartment. Couldn’t have been better space and location in Liverpool! Only thing to note is that we were there during a heat wave so it was very hot and hard to sleep but that was not the apartment’s fault (as they don’t have a/c in most places as the norm as it is typically not needed). But just to know as the world heats up.

The appartment was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Located right next to Liverpool one and a short walk to Albert docks. We were there for an event at Hill Dickinson Stadium and the bus station is a short walk away and an uber for 6 people took 10 minutes and was cheap enough. There was some noise on a night due to it being a walk through for people but nothing too severe that kept us awake. Beautiful place, I loved it and will definitely use this place again!

Exceptional stay for a hen party – couldn't have asked for more! Positive: Everything was perfect from start to finish. I booked these apartments for a hen party and they were the ideal choice. The location is 10/10—central to everything we had planned, which made logistics so much easier for a large group. A special thanks to Charlie, who was amazing. He was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had, truly going out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for any group trips!

Great apartment, great location. Positive: Perfect location, great flat and the parking facility was a great bonus. Negative: Unfortunately the mattresses were terrible, you just roll into the middle. Both my husband and myself had a bad back after 2 nights. That’s the only criticism, if the upgraded the mattresses we would def book again.

Lovely 2 night stay on Liverpool. Location of the apartment was superb, and the food and beer was much cheaper than othe Positive: The apartment was lovely and the location was superb , literally across the road from the main Liverpool 1 shopping centre . The secure garage was also a big plus. It was a 10 minute walk to the Cavern club, where we had a great night out. Negative: No complaints at all.
The host has been very responsive. Excellent location for getting around the city, especially if you are arriving via National Express. The apartment is on the top floor and there’s no elevator, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine, and we were out most of the day anyway.

Well located in city centre close to waterside and beside the Liverpool ONE shopping centre. Easy 15 min walk from Lime Street train station. Large, bright flat, perfect for 3-4 adults. Flat is up two flights of stairs (no lift). Property mgt company quickly responded and was superficially solicitous. I have to say I’m increasingly nostalgic about the early years of Airbnb. When private individuals took pride in hosting you and welcoming you to their flat and city. Having stayed in about 70 Airbnbs over past 13 years around the world I decry the evolution of this business from private individuals as hosts to big mgt organizations motivated primarily by profit. Don’t know about you, but I’ve never welcomed guests to me home with early check in fees, not facilitate requests for 1-2 simple things and give warnings about potential extra charges.
Ideal location in spacious, clean and well equipped property Positive: We had a great time in this apartment which is ideally located for the M&S arena, Albert Dock, Liverpool One shopping area and the museums. Property was clean, modern and spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. Would most definitely rebook and would stay here again if visiting Liverpool

Over all the stay was fantastic. The rooms are warm in the summer time would be nice to have better fans to keep cool. The back street where the apartments are is a very busy street with limited parking up to two hours limit. There is a garage for one vehicle which was delightful but the other vehicles had to park in the multi storage car park which was a 10 min walk away. The host was amazing, very helpful and friendly highly recommend staying here as the apartment is beautiful and in a great location.
Perfect location just on the edge of the madness of the city center. Close enough that everything is in walk distance but far enough away that it’s quiet. Plenty of space and the balcony is an added plus. Highly recommended!

Disappointing stay despite a great location. Positive: The location was great. The property was clean. Negative: On two of the days that we stayed there, there was no water at all in the taps, showers or toilets. The first time this happened it was sorted out after a couple of hours. The second time it happened no one came to sort it out and no form of compensation was offered. There was no dishwasher and although washing up liquid was provided there was no sponge to use for cleaning dishes. The double beds were comfortable but on the small side.

I have stayed at various Air BnBs in Liverpool over the years and this is up there with the best! So central to everything but also quiet as it's on a side street. Beds very comfortable. balcony is brilliant with a lovely view down towards the docs and the wheel. I can't fault the property, the location or the responsive host! We will definitely be back 😁😁

We had a fabulous stay here and would stay again. Positive: A great location in close proximity to public transport, Albert Dock, bars and restaurants. Negative: The bedroom and bathroom doors close automatically. It would be more convenient if the doors can be kept open.

Our stay was amazing. Positive: I liked the location. I also liked how easy it was to get the keys and that you had a garage for a car to park. The apartment itself was beautiful and the balcony was amazing. Negative: The kitchen could have been supplied with fairy liquid and cling film as it was hard to clean the dishes and put away plates of food. So we had to shop for these things. This is also just a personal preference but liquid soap instead of hand soap.

Great little place in the heart of Liverpool! The hosts are very communicative, and the communal spaces are larger than in the pictures but second bedroom is very small. Nice kitchen with good variety of pots and pans but could do with a few really basic things like washing up liquid, salt, pepper etc. overall, highly recommend! Couldn’t be more central.

I loved the location ,apartment and felt very safe. it's a super location and lovely apartment for a short stay. the only negatives were the non refundable deposit waiver of £30 or £10 with a deposit of £300 which is not mentioned in the booking and you can't get checkin details until it is paid . I did not receive check in details and had to ring the company. However, they answered very quickly and were very helpful.
