Brilliant location but noisy floors and doors! Positive: Location: fantastic. Garage brilliant. Dining and living room space was great. Negative: Squeaky doors, creaking floors - made for a difficult nights sleep, and our 1 year old was woken quite a few times with the noise. Needs a lot of WD40 and floors fixing too.

We will be back sooner than later. Positive: Secure car garage stood out for me. Sit out balcony for evening relaxation & fresh air. Security cameras for peace of mind. Spacious & family friendly. Negative: Well just one telly in the apartment didn’t go down well with me particularly as the kids took over the only telly. Just one more telly in the master bedroom will be appreciated. However, this didn’t impact on my overall rating of the apartment.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location, but parking has restrictions Positive: The apartment was in a great location. Right near Liverpool One and Albert Docks. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Negative: The Booking.com facilities list states that there is free parking. This is misleading. When you read the further information, it states that the garage will only fit a compact car and gives the dimensions. We don't have a massive car, but couldn't use the garage due to size. We booked this apartment based on the free onsite parking and rejected other cheaper apartments without free onsite parking. In the end, we had to pay an extra £85 on car park charges. When I reached out to the Host and Stay Customer Service, they were not helpful. The Booking.com facilities description should be updated to state "Free parking (size restrictions apply)". That way the customer knows upfront and can see the further information for specific details. The online guidebook for the apartment states that if multiple showers are taken in a short space time, then we would need to wait for the tank to heat up the water. However, i ran a shallow bath for my daughter and then had a shower after. The water was lukewarm. We managed, but it is something to note. The bath/shower controls in the main bathroom are displayed incorrectly. The hot water sign is on the left, but in fact you have to turn the handle to the right to get hot water. The apartment is comfortable, however, if anyone has to use the sofa bed in the living room, they should be mindful that the traffic from the road can be heard during the night.

A lovely 4 days with good friends Positive: The location of Argyle Street is perfect for exploring the city everything is close by an added bo us was the garage under the property which meant we voted park car on arrival and know it was secure and not have to use it again until we left. The apartment was spotlessly clean ,lovely fluffy towels and everything we needed Negative: Nothing really a perfect stay

Friends trip Positive: Great location. Clean well equipped. Did not experience any noise from outside at night. Garage for car was a welcome bonus. Equipped with washing up liquid, coffee pods, milk. Plenty of space.

Perfect location great stayy Positive: Stayed here for my sons 21st birthday couldn't have asked for a better location right beside Liverpool one short walk to concert square or Matthew street would definitely recommend. Apartment is lovely and very clean .

Close to bars, shops & river & good value for 4 people Positive: Great Location & spacious apartment. Good value for 2 couples but a bit pricey for 2 people. Negative: Bird crap on windows partially hid the electrical station 20 metres from the apartment window. No pleasant views. Central heating too hot. Apartment was stuffy. Tumble dryer does not exist. It’s a washer dryer.

Positive: Perfect location, lovely and clean apartment. Negative: Quite loud (street sounds) if sleeping on the sofa bed in the front room - balcony door seemed to let in a lot of noise even when locked.

Positive: Close to center town, everything was within walking distance. There is a garage to park the car at the location at no extra cost.

We stayed for a family function in Liverpool and will definitely return! Positive: Very spacious, safe and easy to access everything around.

Just what we needed for a lovely weekend away. Positive: Great location in the centre of the city. Clean and well presented. A lot of space! Great communication from the the team Negative: Parking was a bit tricky being on a one way street with double yellow. It was a bit of a juggling act to leave the car parked temporarily on the street to then get the keys and fob and gain access to the garage. But once parked in it was absolutely fine!

Super spot for any visit to Liverpool Positive: The property was excellent. Decor was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. One extra feature was the online brochure that was especially helpful and a really useful addition. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, but would maybe suggest a handrail in the bathroom for when getting out of the shower. There’s a slight difference in height to the floor and found myself using the towel rail/radiator to balance myself.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Liverpool Positive: Eigentlich alles. Große Wohnung mit Balkon, alle Räume perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar 2 Ventilatoren waren da, was uns die Hitze etwas erträglicher machte. Ganz toll auch die große Garage. Sie schreiben zwar nur 4,50 lang, da passt aber locker ne S-Klasse rein. Innerhalb von 15 min erreicht man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Liverpools Zentrum. Negative: Die hohen Temperaturen - aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts 😉

Lovely flat in a great location close to shops, restaurants etc. The communication was really good and everything was straightforward including checkin and checkout. Would highly recommend.

Negative: Prefer a dishwasher to a freezer, more practical. Couldn't find the bins on the ground floor, all doors locked and no access. No bin segregation for recycling, bottles etc.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very nice, clean, and in an excellent location — just a short walk to Liverpool One and close to all amenities. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this place!

Prime location, clean and modern. Positive: It’s location was perfect. Everything was clean and well equipped. Negative: The only downfall is that we were on the top floor, which is difficult with a heavy suitcase as there’s no stairs, but it’s manageable.

Super Lage - jedoch mit Mängeln Positive: Super Lage! Negative: Die Ausstattung ist gut, ist aber schon die Jahre gekommen. Toaster war mit Speiseresten verklebt. Töpfe waren nicht sauber. Fenster und Türen sind sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis hätte die Qualität der Ausstattung besser sein dürfen.

La calle muy segura, tranquila y cerca de todo, a 1 cuadra del shopping y muy cerca del Albert Dock. La vista del balcón no es la mejor pero se aprecia tener un espacio para terminar el dia Negative: Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y poco espacio para las maletas. No tiene ascensor lo que puede complicar subir las maletas

Excellent location Positive: The apartment was clean & comfortable. Comfortable beds, good hot showers , no problems with WIFI. Nothing to complain about at all. Vehicle parking was in an secure individual garage at ground level , perfectly adequate for normal UK vehicle and a must for central Liverpool. Good communication from the letting agency (via Bookings.com) Final email gave code for external keylock box given in ample time , no problems at all. The apartment location could not be improved, central to all central areas. Would def stay here again when next in Liverpool.

A lovely apartment in a really convenient location Positive: The location was amazing, with good access to key sites and just 5 minutes walk from the waterfront. Even though the apartment was central, it was quiet and away from the main hubbub. The immediate view wasn't great, but was shielded well by the balcony - which we also made good use of! The apartment felt fresh, clean and welcoming. Negative: Although the apartment itself was very clean, making the sofa bed we saw that the mattress needed replacing. Also a few more glassware / crockery items wouldn't go amiss.

Convenient central position Positive: Good location, comfortable beds, spacious, we didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed to have everything you would need. Negative: Unnecessary number of emails prior to our stay in spite of my having responded to all check in details! The door to the building was unlocked so not as secure as we would have liked.

Excellent apartment as advertised centralit located perfect for a city break. Positive: The location was excellent walking distance to shopping centre, supermarket, the docks, food eateries therefore transport is not necessarily needed to get around. It’s 10 minutes in a taxi from Liverpool lime street station costing £4-6. The apartment is on the top floor up two flights of stairs ( no lift) it is lovely and airy. The open plan living area is great so you can cook and chat together. The 2 bedrooms are of a good size, comfortable beds and the main one has an ensuite off it and the other bathroom is of a good size. Heaters in the bedrooms worked well and warmed the rooms up quickly. All the kitchen equipment worked well, it took me a few minutes to realise where the switch was for the electric hob it was in the cupboard on the right hand side behind some equipment! It was easy to prepare meals and It was a nice touch to have coffee, tea bags, sugar and some milk so you could make yourself a drink straight away. The photos for the apartment are spot on and I would definitely recommend staying here. Negative: Only one minor negative was the view from the apartment as it overlooked a small electric sub station but from the balcony you could also see the ferris wheel near the docks which was lit up at night which was nice. It didn’t bother us as the apartment itself and location being so central far out weighed the view and it would be nice to have a little bit of outdoor space in the warmer months.

I recommend this place, very good location and having a hired car is perfect as you have a garage at street level. The only drawback is that there is no lift. But for us was perfect, stayed here the second time and will stay again

We wanted a quiet, centrally located place and this was perfect, with electric operated garage door parking. Dale was very helpful and the check in was easy and convenient. Flat was just as in the photos, very clean in general and very comfortable stay. There were just a few buts like the view of an electric boost station with an unnerving buzz, squeaky floor boards and doors which was annoying when trying to move around at night and trying not to disturb sleeping people in the flat, the second bedroom there was virtually no storage for clothes with just a wall hanger and NO drawers. The flat had all the amenities you could want and left some helpful basics like coffee,tea,milk,sugar,oil,salt…that is appreciated. We will definitely come back again.

Piacevole soggiorno Positive: Appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo in stabile moderno e in posizione centrale. Negative: Scarsa disponibilità kit cortesia bagno. Prima dell'inizio del soggiorno ci è stato richiesto di pagare una quota assicurativa di 30 £ o in alternativa una cauzione di 200£ con successiva restituzione di 190£. Abbiamo optato per la prima, onde chiudere subito la questione, ma è una richiesta che ci ha sorpresi negativamente, perché non era mai capitato precedentemente nei nostri numerosi viaggi.
