Host & Stay | Ropewalks Quarters III — Guest Reviews

Fantastic - we will be back Positive: Everything. It was just like the photos. Very comfortable. Perfect location, right in the city centre but still quiet. Rooms were large. Lounge/kitchen/diner space was great for our use and well equipped Negative: The guys from Rassam's creamery throwing their bottles in the bins loudly at 1am - both the sound of glass and the bins banging - obviously not the accommodations fault and likely was because I'd already been woken by the baby around that time so was in a lighter sleep There was also a slight smell of smoke in the main areas but this did not get into the apartment

Nice place to be with family Positive: Good location Negative: Some missing cutlery

Good location and enough space for family of 4. Positive: Good location, hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The apartment was comfortable in size for 2 kids and 2 adults. Negative: Nothing, it suited our needs.

Absolutely love Liverpool and this apartment was perfect for us a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Positive: Location was perfect and lots of space for us. Negative: It was very cold when we arrived but it soon warmed up after we put the heating on.

Good value for money. Central and convenient, modern and stylish furniture, excellent for families, clean bed linen, really good bathrooms, 11 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Girls weekend Positive: The apartment was beautifully clean with everything you need. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend Positive: The communication from booking to departing was excellent, the apartment was close to the city centre and catered for all our needs. We were very comfortable even the sofa bed was comfy. Secure entrance and parking. Will definitely book again

Lovely , warm and spacious apartment . Ideal for 2 couples and late teenager - great for eating and the benefit of 2 bathrooms . Good location

Excellent property would gladly stay again. Perfect for conferences.

The place was so beautiful, good value for money. I wished we could stay longer. I would recommend this 💯 .

Very pleased with this accommodation. Recommend Italian restaurant 2 mins walk from the property Positive: Very clean, comfortable with lovely decor. Great location, easy walking distance to centre.

Great service, one of the best places I ever was. Really high standard

Would definitely stay again, really good location, parking no need to find a local supermarket for washing up sponges an Positive: Central location, secure parking included, Nespresso with pods :) Home from home with amenities really impressed everything catered for. Negative: One of the mattresses could do with a new upgrade as my friends rolled into each other due to a middle dip in the bed.

Appartement hartje Liverpool Positive: Het appartement lag super centraal. Alles was zeer schoon.

Lovely apartment in great location Positive: The location was great and it was everything we needed Negative: The car parking space was only just big enough for our citreon c4 grand and it is quite difficult to get in to. Anything bigger wouldn’t get in.

Positive: Spacious clean apartment in good location

A brilliant location, very secure and attractive accomodation.

Beautiful stay and fabulous location!

Excellent u and easy check in

Nice property with a great location. You had better bring your own paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo and conditioner if you stay here as none were provided.

Great stay apartment was lovely location is perfect to get into Liverpool centre really happy with the stay I would definitely book here again

Positive: Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage, Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, Parkgarage, perfekte Lage zu den Albert Docks, Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants, Cavern Club.

Great value would return Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Would have liked two king sized beds

Great central location with parking. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Positive: Great location with parking. The docks, shops and bars are all within walking distance. Negative: Nothing

Hi Had a great time at this apartment, the host company was super quick to reply back to any questions. apartment was lovely too

Prima verblijf! Negative: Niets. Slechts een kleinigheid: Er ontbrak een schuursponsje of afwasborstel.

The accommodations were great for sharing with our friends. The location is very walkable to everything we needed from restaurants to a supermarket.

Positive: Clean, well equipped, and great location

Would book again and recommend Positive: Apartment was excellent well appointed ….clean great location Negative: N/a

Comfy and so convenient. Would stay again! Positive: Everything about it was wonderful! Had everything we needed and was so comfy and quiet. The little balcony was great during the hot weather Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Very stylish and spacious with good quality fittings and furnishings. Good location within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Negative: Nothing

Amazing ! Positive: I had a wonderful stay and experience at this property. It was clean and well prepared before guests arrived. Smooth self check in with not only clear instructions on the site, but also the constant follow ups and provision of information through the messaging platform. Highly recommended!

Great location and apartment .

Great location and value for money Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious with all amenities catered for. Negative: Not enough pillows on the bed.

This was a lovely clean, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location for attractions and nightlife. Positive: All very easy - instructions were clear - excellent location - nice apartment. Negative: A larger pan would be nice (we ate in a couple of nights and the pans were a bit small when cooking pasta for all of us!). Couldn't quite work out how to change the heating settings in the main room - but no real problem.

Beautiful apartment in great location Positive: Very clean and modern , great location Negative: Very noisy fire doors !!

Vi bor nok her igjen.

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the city centre

Positive: Spacious clean, well equipped Negative: Parking spot very small with a large SUV

A must if your wanting to stay in Liverpool Positive: Liverpool is a must, great city, so much to see and do. Booking this apartment just topped it off. From the booking to leaving communication was excellent. I would say the best I have experienced. Wonderful location. drove to location and took advantage of the parking at the location. This is where it stayed until we left. Massive bonus. As for the apartment as stated it was located so we could get to all things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. No issues with the two bathrooms for four adults plenty of hot water. Décor was fine maybe need a little touches here and there but as a rental property you expect some of this. Kitchen had all you needed, Only little gripe would be there was no dishwasher in our apartment, but as we eat out must of the time it wasn't an issue. Maybe a little tip was to leave the washing bowl in the sink (didn't find it until last day) as its a single sink so draining out cups was awkward. Balcony was a nice touch but not really a great view and I did enjoy a coffee in the mornings. If anyone is looking to stay in Liverpool I would highly recommend this place. Negative: These are only tiny little gripes so not really any negatives. Some very minor touch ups required. and maybe a dishwasher. More for those who maybe want to cook in apartment. Though you'll be missing out on all the food places in Liverpool.

Positive: Close to everything with garage. Negative: Nothing

Lovely apartment, just excellent location Positive: Great location. Two bathrooms really helps. The Host and Stay team are very helpful indeed. Location is very central yet also very quiet. Negative: Would like bigger saucepans. Two small saucepans means you can't cook easily. Mattress in the main bedroom isn't great.

Beautiful apartment, great location, super host ! We will visit again for sure ! highly recommended!

Excellent stay in lovely apartment Positive: Excellent secure central location, large apartment, 2 bathrooms, balcony and parking garage Negative: Ask if we could arrive early (2-3pm) and was told there would be a charge to do this even though the apartment was ready the day before (we have never been charged for early arrival EVER) All internal doors cannot be kept open and therefore quite a few “slamming” incidents! No handwash in bathrooms!!!

Very nice. Will definitely book again 😊 Positive: Close to all amenities, with a lovely balcony. Negative: Would have been an added bonus if they had case storage.

Uitstekende positie mooi appartement in Liverpool. Weinig pannen, misschien wegens veel (uitstekende) eet mogelijkheden nabij.

Fantastic apartment! Positive: Clean, modern apartment perfectly located for a stay in the wonderful city of liverpool. Lovely to have the balcony space for some respite. Great communication from the owners. Will definitely be back!!

Positive: We absolutely loved this apartment, location was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed and it was spotless. The balcony is a little suntrap. We would definitely book this property again. There was always someone there to help if we had any questions, they always responded very quickly. Negative: The only thing I could say that other guests need to think of others. There was a couple arguing on the balcony at 3.15am on one if the nights during our stay and there was a few drunken men on another night, the noise the made on the stairwell was awful but that wasn't the hosts fault.

Excellent apartment with superb location. Positive: Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable decor. Lots of nice touches and perfect location.

Positive: Location, clean apartment.

Excellent apartment Positive: The apartment was in an ideal location. It was clean, spacious and had everything we required for a weekend stay. Would highly recommend!! Negative: The first bedroom the window could not open. It was extremely hot so this would have been helpful. Other than this, nothing!

Great location in Liverpool Positive: Great location. Secure Car parking for one car was great. Nicely furnished and well laid out. Coffee pods were provided for us to use. Negative: All fairly petty things that did not have a significantly negative impact. - Only a very small amount of diluted washing up liquid provided. - Some windows were hard to open. - Fans would have been nice. - Extra pillows would have been nice. - Doors were a bit "bangy" when left to close on their own.

Really comfortable and spacious apartment in great location. Positive: Great central location. Cleanliness and facilities. Having own garage was a real bonus. Negative: The garage door was a bit temperamental .

Positive: Very central. Quite location Negative: Ff

Fab stay! Positive: The property is in a good location for exploring Liverpool. Equipped with the essentials for a few days city break. Bonus of having own private garage for parking! Decent balcony too.. Was clean with 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. Informative and responsive hosts. Would return again!

Great apartment in a great location in Liverpool Positive: Good location. Clean and tidy and a very nice design. Negative: -

Positive: Fantastic location, homely, clean and welcoming.

Great location and apartment in central Liverpool. Positive: Overall our stay at the Host & Stay Ropewalks Quarters in Liverpool was excellent. The location was ideal as it was close to the shopping precinct, docks, cbd areas etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an addition of a balcony which was a nice addition. Access instructions pre arrival and at check out was very good. This was evident on our first night due to a problem with the water supply, however this was thankfully rectified with a few hours. The open plan layout of the apartment is good, however the connecting doors to the bedrooms / lounge area are heavy doors and close automatically which we thought detracted from the open plan / accessing these areas. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return. Thank you.

This was one of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. The place was spotless and appeared to have undergone recent renovations. The space was very comfortable and exactly as described and appeared larger than the photos showed, great spot for two nights for my mom and I who were visiting from the states. Beds were comfortable, living room was great for hanging out and the balcony was nice added bonus. The location was very convenient to restaurants and a great little pub was right around the corner only one minute away. The private parking space was amazing and felt very safe having a private garage. I would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient spot in Liverpool!!

Brilliant! The apartment was in a fantastic location, just round the corner from Liverpool one and the docks. We would d Positive: The apartment had a nice layout and had everything we needed for a long weekend :) Negative: The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable

Good location, clean and well equipped. Maintenance are prompt when you have an issue Positive: The location was great and the apartment was spotless Negative: The hearing was not good, it was storage heaters and it was very cold in the living room during the day and night. It was very difficult to regulate the heat. We arrived to Liverpool early morning and the property did not allow early access and they had no-where that we could store our bags. No flexibility with early check in even though we had requested early check in by email, weeks in advance and had received an email to say we could check in early. This is only an issue if you need early check in but it’s something to consider when booking.

Beautiful cosy apartment Positive: Size, location overall nice property

Positive: Great host. Nice and cozy apartment. Great location. Would definetly select this aparment again.

Fabulous would definitely come back and throughly recommend. Positive: Loved the location. Loved the garage for parking. Large estate and fitted perfectly into garage. Property exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you very much. Negative: Cot sheet could have been provided. Access to bins (discussed with host).

Location, facilities, decor, parking all first class. Positive: Lovely modern property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking a bonus and in a great location close to Liverpool One. Negative: Nothing it was perfect.

Excellent, stylish apartment close to restaurants and tourist attractions Positive: We loved the comfortable beds, the layout of the living room and kitchen and the style of the apartment. Negative: The self-closing doors

Excellent and real value for money. Positive: Location was perfect for accessing the city centre. The property was spacious and comfortable. Particularly loved the balcony area. Also access to a garage for parking which saved a lot of hassle searching for a carpark. Negative: There wasn’t anything to ‘not like’.

Recommended for your stay in Liverpool Positive: Lovely flat suited for up to 6 persons with two bathrooms and kitcheneries so one can make breakfast inside. Nice little teracce to enjoy morningcoffe while city is awakening. Central downtown but in the same time away from most of the citynoise nighttime. Negative: Nothing to dislike.
