Great family apartment, close to amenities and safe area Positive: Location was ideal, secure parking… great communication and facilities Negative: No problems at all, but could suggest. Heating was adequate, but electric heating is always an issue to work out. Large bedroom, could easily accommodate a Kingsize bed.
Brilliant Positive: Excellent communication from start to finish. Lovely apartment and so very central. Went shopping then dropped off bags. Everything you need there. Enough space for 6. Very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony. Great secure parking in garage for 1 car. Tea coffee milk sugar there. Not enough shampoo and body wash but that's fine. The lounge area was a bit cold and water thermostat went, so there was no hot water for 12hrs. We understand that this is totally unavoidable. It got dealt with very quickly! Such a lovely apartment! Walk to Pins social club for entertainment for kids! Brilliant! Great barbers 1 min walk!
Superb! The apartment had everything we needed and was right on the door step of the city centre Positive: It's is right on the doorstep of Liverpool one and a short walk from the docks. The apartment was very spacious for a family of four and was in immaculate condition. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with a welcome pack which was emailed to us prior to our stay which contained all the information we needed. We were in touch at various times during our stay and they were were prompt with their responses. Negative: Nothing
Positive: This property was exceptional. We were 8 people. Very easy access; excellent location; very clean; comfy spacious rooms. Kitchen complete with all the necessary things (except a dishwasher) and we were even given a link with a manual showing us how the accessories can be operated. We couldn't ask for more. We will choose this apartment again.
I would definitely stay here again, excellent location and clean, comfortable apartment. Positive: Really nice modern and clean property. Very spacious. Great location, small walk to the shops & bars. Negative: Not enough toilet roll for 8 guests staying a weekend. Not enough glasses / mugs. Only space for 1 car which is a very tight curved garage - very difficult.
Won’t be back and wouldn’t reccomend to others. I’m not usually fussy or high maintenance but it’s not worth the money w Positive: Modern and clean spacious Negative: Booked 3 apartments for 16 people but booking only gave me code for one lock box with one set of keys. Spent an hour trying to ring booking.com host and stay to find out other keys and was raining and locked outside. Wouldn’t give me the codes even though I’d spent over £2,000 on this booking. When I finally got through to an operator they said this was because I only paid for x1 damage waiver fee despite a previous member of staff telling me I only needed to pay 1 for the whole booking not x1 per apartment. They didn’t email or contact me to tell me this but instead just didn’t provide any keys leaving us stood out in the rain for over an hour 8pm at night trying to gain access. I then had to pay a further £50 before they would verbally tell me the codes which I had no choice but to do. In addition you had to use fobs to access the buildings and they gave us 4 apartments across 2 seperate buildings with different fobs so because there was so many of us trying to take luggage and food etc up to apartments we had to hold the main door open to prevent it from shutting behind us as we kept getting locked out! I then got 5 missed calls voicemails and messages on booking.com saying the owner was watching us and that other tenants had been complaining about us for doing this. Also the Fridge didn’t work for 2 days, none of the doors would stay open and banged shut really loud, dark room with tiny window in one of the bedrooms. One of the apartments smelt very foisty and damp. None of the sofa beds were made up. Lock boxes where keys kept very temperamental and couldn’t always open them. Plugs not near the bed so couldn’t charge phones. Lighting very dark could hardly see myself in mirror.
Great place and location in the middle of everything. Clean and as described on the site. One note - It is not very sound proof especially with a younger group staying right above us. You can hear every step and word as if they were in the room with you. Not a big deal during the day but at 1:00 in the morning it can be an issue.

Positive: Location was perfect. Felt very safe Negative: Would say better suited to couple or families as we were a group of women and sharing the double beds, which I think were small doubles was ok but could have done with more room. Also not ideal with some sleeping in lounge but we were aware of this when we booked. Skirting boards could do with a good clean Toilets didn't flush great and we had to get maintenance out, again not great for 1st 24 hours with 7 women sharing one toilet.

Easy walk to city centre and Albert Docks Negative: Car park/garage a bit tight for a larger car. Automatic closing doors inside apartment which slam quite loudly.
Highly recommend, very central and great value
Fantastic location. The Liverpool One shopping and restaurant precinct is literally across the road. Shopping, cafes, restaurants, cinema is on your doorstep. Easy to get to by car and easy for uber and taxi drivers to get to. I asked pretty much everywhere. 5 minutes walk away you have the Dock precinct as well. But if your looking for peace and quiet at night then that’s a different story as it does attract late night party goers walking home at different hours BUT that’s only if you decide to stay up and watch TV after midnight. From the bedrooms you cannot hear any street noise at all. A very small price to pay for the location. Within 200 meters of walking you have probably over 30 restaurants or cafes to choose from if not more with our favourites being Byron’s, Browns and Amalia which is a 30 second walk. We loved it and we would definitely return. Thank you to the Host & Stay team.
Fab apartment in a great location. There were 6 of us staying as part of a University reunion after leaving Liverpool 25 years ago. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Great living space and large table to sit and chat. Balcony also nice to sit and soak up the city vibes! Really central with everything on your doorstep and really close to the Docks, bars, shops etc. Quite noisy at night but as you would expect staying in such a central location. Would definitely stay again. One minor piece of feedback: there wasn’t any washing up liquid or tea towels which is a bit strange when there is a request to leave the flat clean and tidy so we had to purchase our own which was a bit annoying.

Great apartment in an ideal location. Positive: Clean, well presented apartment. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed which was really easy to set up. The location was perfect to easily get to all the major attractions. Having a parking space was a major bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. Negative: The apartment slightly lacked a ‘cosy’ feel but this was only a minor niggle.

The ideal spot if you’re wanting to do the centre of Liverpool, made even better with a secure parking spot. Place is beautiful with plenty of space and the sofa beds were exceptionally comfy.

This apartment was well located for the top attractions in central Liverpool, while at the same time being quite peaceful at night. Good communication with the host. Also quite a roomy 2 bedroom for the price, so overall seemed like a good value. Did lack any sense of charm, and the quality of the furnishings, kitchen, etc was fine but very basic.

Great option for central Liverpool with bonus of integral garage. Positive: Location was great. Easy access and property clean and well laid out. Negative: Most of windows locked or painted shut. Would be more comfortable if master bedroom window would open. French doors to balcony off living room were good. Again, another option of window opening slightly or to create through draught is more healthy. Pillows - more comfortable if two per person available please.
Clean, comfortable and central Positive: Great location. Very near Liverpool 1. Clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a small sheltered balcony. We would book this apartment again if we are back in Liverpool. Negative: A wee bit noisy but then it is in the city centre. A few too many messages from the hosts - mostly trying to get you to "add on" experiences.

Positive: Very convenient location - next to the bus stop connecting the center with the airport and very close to the docks and the central pedestrian area. Communication with the host was easy and fast, check-in - without problems. The apartment is nice and comfortable. Negative: The shower in the bathroom - the water pressure and temperature were constantly changing and bathing was a challenge. A large stain on the sofa in the living room.

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Positive: Beautiful apartment. Very stylish. Nice deep bath. Temperature for radiators was easily controlled. All communication was great. There were no issues with checking in. Private and secure garage a bonus. Instruction manual useful. Perfect location for shopping and arena. Negative: Nothing except very minor elements. Couch a tad uncomfortable after a while; patio door a little tricky to lock. No 'live' TV (may have been something we were doing wrong!) but catchup apps were perfectly adequate.

Can’t wait to stay again. Positive: Apartment was absolutely stunning. Ideal location but also not in a noisy place. The garage being the carpark space was a delightful shock. Negative: Sofa bed in the living room gave me a bad back in the morning. But I’m aware it can’t be helped with being a sofa bed that only certain mattresses can be used

Airportbus nach Manchester), 15 Min durch die Fußgängerzone zum Bahnhof Lime Street. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz nahe, empfehlenswertes veganes Restaurant um die Ecke. Gute Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sehr gutes WLAN. Negative: Knarrende Fußböden, Türen schließen selbsttätig (laut).

Positive: Location and spacious apartment Negative: Zero flexibility with timing - we needed to check in 30 mins earlier and were being charged for it. Instead we had to stand outside the door for 30 mins. There is no view - you overlook a brick wall.

Great location, but lack of Wi Fi and support Positive: The apartment has positives — it's in a great location, making it easy to get around, and it was very clean and big enough for 3 people. Negative: There were several issues that affected our stay. The Wi-Fi was quite poor and only seemed to work near the front door, which makes me suspect there might be just one router serving multiple apartments. When I asked the host where the router was so we could try restarting it to resolve the issue, they said they didn’t know — which was disappointing and didn’t help resolve the problem. We also received multiple automated emails during our stay, most of which focused on extra charges — for things like early check-in (even by just 20 minutes that we asked if it is possible), information about penalties for lost keys, or damages. It created a sense that the emphasis was more on potential penalties than on making guests feel welcome. I’d recommend including this type of information clearly in the listing and initial confirmation email rather than sending it repeatedly throughout the stay. Transparency upfront would go a long way in creating a better guest experience. The hosts didn’t try to resolve our requests or issues, but focused more on potential damages and costs.

I would really rather not leave a negative review but it's important other guests are aware of a few points before it's too late. - the apartment itself is lovely & extremely central, 30 second walk from John Lewis -it was not the cleanest, I would take slippers because our socks were filthy - I will not be booking with Host & Stay again, they made the process so unnecessarily stressful & were not at all kind. They demand a £250 deposit to realise check in details, air b&b advises against this. Despite having agreed with the host that I would not be giving them any money outside of the app, they left me waiting 45 minutes stood outside the apparent waiting for a manger to call me, who never did. -if they had simply been upfront about asking for external waivers & deposits I would have cancelled & booked somewhere else but they left it late enough so that would not be possible. -communication is pretty rubbish, they just send automated messages

It has everything you need and is right in the centre of town. I had read on a review that the garages were tiny and would only fit a smart car but this could not be further from the truth…we had a van and had no issues getting it in.
