Everything you need for an extended stay, on street parking can be troublesome sometimes. Positive: Private access, spacious, homely with everything that you need for an extended stay. Negative: Unfortunately parking sometimes was impossible without an extended walk, due to arrival time returning from work, after 6PM on 3 days of the week when the boxing club opposite has training sessions. To avoid this aim to get home before 6PM or wait until 9PM to be able to park near the property. If not for this inconvienience the ratings would hae been higher.

A great place in a great location for our needs Positive: This is a great find and would have had a higher score if WiFi had worked. Having said that the comms with the team was excellent but even that didn't sort out that minor issue. Bed is more comfortable than the sofa. The kitchen is laid out round a supporting wall so accessing the fridge and the lower cupboard shelves does require some flexibility! The bathroom is great with a strong shower and a nice deep bath. Great location for our needs. Negative: If you do have a bath, run the water out slowly! Unless it's been fixed the downpipe can't cope with the volume of water so it overflows and makes such a noise that neighbours came out to find out what was going on! (Yes, we did let the agent know!)

It was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to multiple shopping and food options. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

A clean and tidy space. Prompt with replies. The area is very central and also close to shopping center's. Good for short or long stays.

Unfulfilled Negative: These people can’t even manage a booking that’s twice now we’re I have booked this stay which is a lovely place and they can’t manage the payments they should leave it to booking.com instead of trying to manage the payments such a shame because it is a lovely apartment and if I was the property owner I wouldn’t be happy this lovely place should be fully booked every week I wonder if they know how much money this lovely place is losing because of mismanagement I would be furious as I am when I try booking and hours later I have to search again what a waste

OK and if it had a decent couch and some simple storage items it could be very good. Positive: Large bed and location Negative: Uncomfortable couch in the lounge. Steep stairs. Limited storage for clothes or bathroom items

The light in the bathroom is on a sensor, if you get up in the night you are blinded, if you sit too long on the loo the light turns off and there is no light in the bathroom after 8am. I could not open the electric door lock, I got in eventually but went out and could not get back in, there is no house manual, only emails with someone who emails you links or an entire guide to set a storage heater, it was the worse nightmare place I have ever, every stayed, I am generally fit but I don't know it said there are step stairs inside. the freezer needs defrosted. one description says there are toiletries and a hair dryer, there aren't. The host contact informed me they were sending a maintenance person in five minutes to sort the door code, they lied, they didn't. They were still checking information that should have been available before I left home. I had to send a message to get the heating turned on, it is a nightmare. I was outside twice for over half an hour trying to get in.

Lovely place to stay

Positive: Comfy bed, lots of room, good kitchen facilities and storage. Beautifully clean throughout. Negative: Door function was difficult until you knew the knack and should have been explained in welcome information. Would benefit from blackout blinds. Proximity of bathroom to the top of the stairs was a bit dangerous, maybe needed a gate.

Very good. Positive: Location is good. Near to corner shops, Saintsbury supermarket and not far from town. Negative: None

We had a very comfortable stay, but we would recommend that the electronic lock be upgraded! Positive: The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable. The quality of the telephone support that we were offered when we had difficulty with the electronic lock was very reassuring. Negative: We had difficulties with the electronic lock to the front door when we arrived. The lock appeared to be malfunctioning. There was not enough cutlery in the kitchen and the saucepans were not of good quality.

像家一样温馨的房子~ Positive: Very comfortable accommodation experience. The room is large, private and has a kitchen. We have experienced the feeling of home here, and we especially like the beds here. The landlord has carefully laid a thick mattress, which makes us warm and comfortable to sleep. We will stay here when we go to Kettering in the future. I hope the heating temperature will be higher ~ Negative: nothing
