Spacious apartment in a nice area, disappointing communication from host with incorrect information provided. Please not Positive: The property was clean and spacious Negative: When booking and lead up to arrival there was no information or notice that the accommodation was located upstairs above a cafe. Also when booking we requested as offered a travel cot be made available, lucky that I double checked two days before arriving there would be a travel cot available only to be told they do not have one and do not offer this as an option. Had to purchase a second cot to only find hidden in the master bedroom wardrobe a travel cot. Very disappointed in communication. Also the room named Victoria had issues with shower leaking badly and toilet did not flush properly.

Beautiful surroundings, unique and quirky. perfect for relaxing or a base to visit Norfolk and Suffolk. Spotlessly clean, nice fresh cotton bedlinen, fluffy white towels. Each room has its own bathroom, making it perfect for both families and friends. Lovely cafe and gift shop below. The Horses and Donkeys made our stay, such a wonderful place.

Our engineers were working in the area and this was great, communication was first class

The Apartment was just as described and what I expected. Lovely spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Living Room was fine, as others said needed a lamp as only the bright main light. We simply took a lamp from one of the bedrooms and put it in the living room. Made it so much more cosy. Kitchen is small/ basic but has everything you need. Probably could do with being bought up to the same standard of decor as the bedrooms. It is such a shame that from June 2026, you can only book for 7 days. We would loved to have stayed there for 3 nights for a family Wedding in September 2026 that is on site at Caldicott. Would certainly recommend staying there.

People were super helpful and friendly. One of our party accidently took the kays home when he left. The keys were quickly replaced by the hosts who were happy fir uhim to postthem back. We had a really good stay and would return.

Nice clean comfortable place and very peaceful

Good size apartment, on first floor. Comfortable and well maintained.Perfect for a relaxing stay. Nearby restaurant and pool facilities enhanced our stay. Information from hosts excellent. We had a great time, on site and visit the coast.

Positive: The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. The cafe was downstairs if you wanted to eat. Plus the restaurant and swimming a few minutes walk. Negative: The shower in Darcey room seemed to cold and the front door to apartement the small window needed a small blind.

Ideally located for exploring Norfolk and the horse sanctuary. Lovely and quiet with lots of wildlife:

Calm and pleasant place out of town Positive: The property has three rooms with their own bathroom and toilet each. It also has a dining/sitting area and a small kitchen. There is a small TV in the sitting room. There is plenty of space for parking in front of the property. The property located above a very nice and clean tea room, but it is completely private. There is a Donkey Sanctuary, Golf, small swimming pool and a good restaurant at walking distance. Many great beaches are 10 min drive away and supermarket is in similar distance. The WIFI is adequate. Negative: The main entrance to the property has a large glass and anyone can see inside the property from the corridor. That was a bit strange. The Kitchen has basic facilities but the fridge for 6 person accommodation is very small.

In easy distance of a wide variety of activities for our grandchildren during Positive: Spacious, well-kept, quiet and had everything we needed.

Great location and lovely bedrooms. Would stay again. Positive: Great location. Very nice rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed over the heatwave and it was very hot, lucky we brought our own fans.

Paradise on the Earth Positive: Absolutely amazing place to be.. We loved everything about - localisation, surroundings, atmosphere and having that freedom of the best time ever! Negative: The uncertainty of not being able to find the key to the place.. Especially it was dark night.. But after a few scratches of 4 heads we did it!

A well maintained, spacious property in a lovely setting. Positive: The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen had all the utensils/crockery/pans etc we needed. Each of the bedrooms had ensuite facilities and one had a jacuzzi style bath. The underfloor heating was appreciated! The area was lovely and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. Negative: We had an issue with locating the key lock box but the Host and Stay support was excellent and helped us locate them. Turned out that the keybox wasn't particularly hard to locate - we were just not looking in the right place! There isn't a washing machine in the apartment.

Beautiful location with lots to do on site. Really nice place as described. Value for money and would defo go back. Highly recommended.

A great find would go back again 🐴 Positive: Fabulous location, spacious rooms warm heating, good showers, comfy beds and peaceful surroundings. If you or your little ones like horses this is a perfect place to stay. Cutest little play equipment outside, sanctuary on site, cafe and play area below during open hours. Fields of horses all wanting cuddles. We went for my daughters 10th birthday as a suprise and it far exceeded our expectations. Lovely place. Negative: Coming home!

We want to return! Positive: Beautiful location. Wonderful rooms, spacious and has everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Negative: If I have to say one thing, it would be that the doors bang when closing- but that’s just health and safety with fire doors. Nothing to dislike.

Positive: as well as beautiful countryside, we had the pleasure of having the Sanctury's horses and donkeys for neighbours. big flat with three bedrooms all ensuite. Negative: The noise from room doors closing because of fire doors a bit annoying, maybe rooms are let individually so they would be needed for that.

Positive: A lovely big roomy apartment 3 big bedrooms all with en-suite, very clean and quiet and a great location

A very enjoyable stay in very pleasant surroundings. Positive: Excellent location, with easy access to the animal sanctuary and country club facilities. Negative: The property was infested with ladybirds.

Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation. By far the best AirBnB we’ve been to in Uk. Would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone. There are stairs involved in accessing the property which would not make it suitable for people with mobility issues. That’s just a fact, and by no means a criticism of the property. Hoping to return in the New Year

Lovely place to stay

The Sanctuary Rooms at Redwings were ideal for our requirements.

This is a large apartment with private bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms. Traditional decor - feels more like a hotel than an airbnb, with its big fire doors and corridors! Lots of space and ideal for a short stay - small kitchen and a neat living space. After some trouble arriving at night time, and being located to the wrong site, then the keys being in a different location, we had a very pleasant stay. Located on top of a cafe building but with minimal noise, it was a quiet and peaceful stay within the Caldecott farmland.

Lovely place. Had a great time and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay

We stayed in April 2025. Place was easy to find and entry simple. Beautiful surroundings. Plenty parking if more than one car (wish we knew this as we had 2 cars) plenty space for everyone. Huge beds and bright rooms. Can’t really fault it other than getting a succinct answer about parking and tv (read a review that said it didn’t work.) No problems at all although we bought some wd40 for the squeaky doors!! All doors very heavy fire doors. And could do with a lamp in the living room.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was clean and tidy, with a well equip kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Unfortunately the TV didn't work (we did advise the hosts but as it was half way through our stay I said that we didn't need it fixed). There were a load of DVD's but no DVD player (mentioned this to the host also). Overall it is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Ok. Host and stay communications were rubbish . Emails with generic long mindless info. Not great Positive: Got a key code text message and that was it. No further info so a tresure hunt ensured to find a.way in. Even had to ring host and stay then found a key lock box. Not easy in the dark after travel all day. Simple solution. Send a text with better info in it Negative: Shower in main bedroom did not work intermittently whi h was disappointing. Even following the instructions. Shit shiwer setup for a rental. Should just be easy turn on job. All the doors had horrible self closures on which banged so loud and hard. Horrible things!!
