Large clean flat unfortunately let down by nor been able to get WiFi working on first night (nor able to watch tv) and when finally on second night got WiFi connected, when you turn tv off every time you have to re-link it to WiFi when you turn it in. In addition there was no iron or hairdryer as stated which was very inconvenient for my partner We did receive timely response’s however they were’nt helpful and felt Ai generated It was a bit of an insult when it was suggested that I go our and buy a cheap iron and they would re-imburse me! I received endless apologies but nothing consequential I feel therefore, reluctantly I cannot recommend this property, because of the issues experienced and lack of help in resolving the issues

Disappointed, looks better in print, very basic. Positive: Location excellent Negative: No heat in bathroom. Cistern broken. Ironing board but no iron, no hairdryer collapsed settee.

Excellent Location, clean and tidy accommodation. Ample facilities / bedding / towels etc - Comfy beds. Need to be careful on steep steps. Enjoyable stay would use again.

Great location in Amble. Handy for shops, restaurants and the coast. Spacious and clean.

A lovely flat in a great location. The whole place is well-equipped and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable bed with soft bed linen. Lots of good places to eat nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. It does have steep stairs so would not be suitable for people with mobility issues or possibly small children.

Easy to park right outside, everything local no need to travel ,pubs and takeaways good and friendly, I would stay again.

Did what it said on the tin. Fine but wasn’t blown away. A shame really as a comfier bed and nicer sofa etc would’ve mad Positive: The location was fabulous Walking distance to bars, restaurants and marina Negative: First impression was shocking as the gate is hanging off and half rotted. Greeted by bins and bin smell which isn’t nice. Furniture was abit dated and old. Beds were rickety and had a cheap feel about them. Shower was weak TVs only app based which is fine but bedroom tv didn’t have anything installed

Great central location to visit Amble, & Warkworth is within walking distance, local amenities on your doorstep, Tesco Express, post office outside & many restaurants. The flat is on a busy street and the parking is free for one hour between 9-5pm which will allow you to offload, but not park permanently if you stay for more than 1 day, all local car parks are pay on arrival (not free as per advertised), there is free parking in the local streets, but many residents have notices in their windows not to park & the long stay car parks are for a maximum of 72 hours. The gate on arrival is to the rear of Queen St down an alley past the post office. The gate is in poor repair & not a great 1st impression of the property. The entry to the flat is dark & has steep stairs, there looks to be some effort to have lights on the skirting, none of these worked or were missing. detail cleanliness needs review on hanging lights and other fixtures & fittings. Value for money as a bolthole location

Lovely apartment, perfect location for our needs. Free parking and lots to do in Amble and surrounding areas. Would recommend and book again if in the area.

Thanks for a great stay, the place was spotless. Hopefully we’ll be back one day!!
