Positives - A lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, close to town. The host was good- any issues we had were promptly resolved. Negatives- the parking was expensive. The area was run down

He had a lovely stay in the Promenade Suite, it's very spacious and very clean. It's only a short walk to Blackpool's town centre, you can see the top of the Tower from the bedroom, just :-). Communication from the host was superb and check-in was very easy. We had a few minor issues, one was the TV remove wasn't very responsive, so possibly in need of new batteries. Secondly, there is no parking available at the property, there is a Pay & Display just down the road, it's £26 for 48 hours, but I parked at the No 3 Sports Bar, their car park is listed on Just Park and I paid £13 for 48 hours, so nice a easy. It is a shame that we could see loads of empty spaces from the windows, but couldn't use any!! Our last problem was outside of the hosts control, but I wanted to mention it, there were some people at on the low wall at the front of the property eating and drinking until quite late, and we'd been out to a concert, they left their empties too. A lovely apartment which I'd recommend.

myself husband , daughter and great grandaughter had a great stay in the promenade suite and would recommend to my family and friends .we would consider using again if we ever go back to blackpool

Excellent host

Really enjoyed our stay. Flat was very spacious and had everything we needed. Great location as only 10 minute walk into Blackpool centre and Sainsbury’s 5 mins. Parking was bit of an issue but we found a cheap place using JustPark only 5 mins away. We had a couple of queries and the host answered very promptly and was very helpful. Would definitely come back !

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Positive: A lovely, spacious apartment which was very comfortable. The beds and bedding were great and the shower was excellent. Negative: We were just there for a couple of nights and didn't eat in but perhaps a few more kitchen utensils would be helpful. There was a microwave but nothing non-metal to use in it. It was very hot when we were there - a blind in the bathroom would have helped to keep it cool but these are minor things to tweak; the apartment is great.

Enjoy our stay here, our first Airbnb and better for our grandkid to run around and have more freedom

Very nice and tidy space

Nice spacious apartment for a good value Positive: The apartment is spacious and clean , you have everything you need in it. we stayed 4 nights. the location is good close to small supermarket and about 5-7 minutes to the big one and to the train station. the city center, restaurants and Blackpool tower are 10 minutes walk. We didn't meet the staff but they answer all the questions in messages very quickly. Negative: The beds are two small for a double bed. For to adults it was not very convenient, also you can feel the other person turning around. There was not enough toilet paper and kitchen towels for 4 days so we bought it, but may be we should have asked but we didn't.
