I arrived to beautiful Christmas decorations and a wonderful Christmas tree in the lounge. A bottle of Prosecco and chocolates in the kitchen milk in the fridge, teabags and coffee in the kitchen. Absolutely spotless and gleaming. Beautiful modern kitchen with washing machine dishwasher amongst others and downstairs toilet with the best flush I’ve ever known.!!!!😄 the bathrooms were immaculate and the bedrooms and the bedding was pristine. Lovely soft comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of lovely finishing touches like limited edition prints of Weymouth around the home. Parking was very useful and the outside patio was very nicely done, although we didn’t use it as it was a bit cold. Hot water on demand and cozy There was a lovely set of CS Lewis books on the shelf and so I have ordered them from Amazon. I really hope that whoever stays there in the future treats the house with respect because it is evident that this house has been created with great care attention and love

Great location and lovely house, just needs a few finishing touches! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was lovely, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location just a short walk from the seafront and a large supermarket. Having a dedicated on-site parking space was a massive bonus for this area and made our trip incredibly stress-free. The house is an excellent base, though it currently feels just a little unfinished in terms of practical amenities. For a family of four, we found a lack of shelf and surface space for toiletries in the bathroom and master bedroom, meaning items had to be kept on the side of the bath or the floor in the bedroom. Adding a few more mirrors (including a full-length one and one to the master bedroom for when using the hairdryer), extra kitchen dish towels, a couple more oven trays would easily fix this and elevate the stay from good to perfect. Overall, it is a great place to stay and we would recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at no.11 prince of wales road. The location was ideal — close to everything we needed and in a great area to explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

This place was immaculately clean. The location was ok it was walkable to the town and beach. A few little niggles: No full length mirrors anywhere Couldn’t reach the glasses on the top shelf in kitchen No instructions for oven Not suitable location for more elderly people Bit noisy late at night But all in all it was great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you

Our stay was amazing, it was perfect for myself with the dogs and my friend and her two kids, everything was spotless and worked perfectly. The location is close to an Asda for groceries and walking distance to the beach which was perfect. The hosts responded very quickly with any questions and we really appreciated some help with some queries during our stay as well. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend
