Fantastic as always. Positive: The property is fantastic. This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is spotless and we could relax properly. Negative: The master mattress needs to be thicker.

Enjoyed our stay, site is immaculate, quite and a good location to visit York Positive: Very spacious, nice decking area and hot tub. Bedding and towels nice and clean. Lots of room Between lodges. Negative: The lodge needed a deep clean. Sofa cushions stained, cobwebs everywhere. Controls on hot tub missing panel so couldn’t tell function of buttons, also smelled of pond when not used for a while.

Had a great stay at Primrose Lodge! Check-in was easy, the property was comfortable and well equipped, and the location is excellent. Would happily book a stay here again.

Great and lovely hot tub.

The lodge was even better than we expected. So many extra added bits in the kitchen we didn’t expect and the rooms were so spacious. We loved the layout. The location was beautiful, right next to a small pond and just a small walk away from a play park and the site restaurant so our kids were happy. After a walk around it appears we were on the quiet side of the park - something we were happy about! We will definitely be booking again and the kids are already asking to go back!

The lodge and location was lovely and we will definitely come back, the cleaners could just be abit more thorough I thin Positive: The lodge was very spacious. Negative: The windows were very mucky outside. There wasn’t much cutlery, there were 5 of us and 1 knife. There wasn’t much cutlery only one plastic glass to use outside.

I absolutely loved my time in the lodge and it was in such a beautiful location.

Great lodge and location close by to York Positive: Always clean and tidy and homely with plenty of towels and cleaning products. Negative: Was tea bags but no little coffee sachets like we had on our last visit
