Really lovely house, spotlessly clean and plenty of space for 2 families.

Excellent house in an excellent location. Can’t fault this property, very well equipped and cosy, kids loved the Christmas tree and decorations around the house.

A spacious house beautifully decorated and in a great location. Well equipped with everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Everything was of high quality and we all enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend especially for a family holiday.

We loved our stay at Peasholm Drive in Scarborough. Being so close to the beach was perfect for us. We found the property clean, tidy, spacious and it was the best setting for a family get together with small children. It had everything we needed. The sunshine all weekend was an added bonus! Would recommend to anyone and would stay again. Thank you!

We will definitely be returning at some point in the future. The property is wonderful and spacious and perfect for a larger family. The house overlooks Peasholm Park and is only a few minutes walk down to the beach. The perfect location.

Beautiful house within a short walk to the beach and town centre. Positive: Beautifully appointed house. Lots of room to relax. Well supplied kitchen. Beds were super comfy too. Looked newly decorated or looked like it anyway. Negative: Parking was a little tricky as we had four cars between us and there were no parking permits left in the car. If you can’t fit on the drive you have to move the car regularly even with a permit.

A stunning property which exceeded our expectations. Within walking distance to the beach and the yard at the back was perfect for beach items. Really looking to a return visit 🙌

Perfect Negative: Parking a bit tight at front could do with the full front way being parking spaces would make it a lot to drive on the front drive and easy to get yourself and luggage out as it’s abit like a jigsaw puzzle at the moment parking more than one car and getting luggage in and out

What an amazing property in a wonderful location. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

It was a bit expensive but worth it. The rooms were all large and spacious and the furniture all good quality. There was actually room to park 2 cars without any problem.

Positive: This is an immaculate property. Spotlessly clean and finished to a really high standard. All the furnishings and fittings are good quality and everything has been thought of. We loved the kitchen/diner and didn't even venture into the front room!! Great location by Peasholme Park with easy access to the beach and town. Negative: Nothing.

Excellent accommodation all round

Lovely comfortable stay. Positive: We had a lovely stay at Pheasholm Place,,it was very clean with lots of comfy beds.The location is ideal for visiting Pheasholm park & Scarborough North shore. Negative: We arrived on Thursday & the household bins hadn’t been emptied!

We stayed at the Scarborough house opposite Peasholm park. Great location for us - lots to do right on our doorstep.
