Absolutely stunning! 💖 Paylors View is a real little gem in Whitby. The property was beautifully clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed with our 4-year-old and 82-year-old Nan, and it was perfect for all ages — everyone had such a lovely time. The views were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. 🌊✨ We genuinely couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend Paylors View to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Whitby. We’ll definitely be back! 💕
Excellent 😊 Positive: It was spacious and clean with perfect view. Loved the property Negative: Only one bath and toilet and that also combined. So it’s hard when you have big group of people. It was really hard some times specially in the morning and night.

A lovely apartment in a great location, all as described. Owner came over and was very helpful. We'd love to go back, but definitely not going to book if it's managed by Host and Stay who were terrible - see below. Badly let down by Host and Stay who manage the booking. It took an hour on the phone when we arrived to get the access code, they had no record of our booking, then it turned out the place was double booked. Zero communication from Host and Stay after that, they totally failed to respond to my messages during my stay and I have had zero response or contact from them since. Totally unprofessional. This is my first bad review I'm leaving on Airbnb in over 10 years and many many trips.
