Parkside Villa is a newly renovated home located in the heart of Harrogate. The villa has been expertly designed and styled with high spec fixtures and fittings and luxury interiors.

Designed with hens and brides in mind. If you are looking for a feminine house perfect for pre wedding celebrations or the ideal hen party house, Parkside Villa Is for you.

Featuring seven bedrooms, sleeping up to fourteen guests, six stylish bathrooms, a spacious living room, an open plan kitchen and dining room and a fabulous beauty room, this unique property is a must stay.

The ground floor is home to the living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. Both bedrooms are home to luxurious king size beds, dressed in fresh white linens and plush pillows, you are guaranteed a comfortable rest.

The cool and stylish living room is the perfect place to socialise with your loved ones. This spacious room features two comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV.

Head up to the first floor and you’ll arrive at the ultra-modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area. With stone blue wooden cabinets and fully equipped with modern appliances you can prepare home cooked meals for all your guests or call a private chef and enjoy an in-home dining service.

The dining area features a large dining table and seating for all guests. With a foliage and neon light feature wall this space is the perfect spot for taking social selfies.

The third and fourth bedrooms are both king rooms which can be re-configured to twin rooms if you prefer. Both of these rooms feature ensuite shower rooms.

Head to the second floor and you’ll find another three king-size bedrooms. One master suite with ensuite shower room, with the remaining bedrooms sharing the family bathroom which features a bath, shower, WC and basin.

The second floor is where you will find the unique beauty room. Simply styled with a bespoke style dressing table, high stools and four individual mirrors, you have the ideal space for preparing yourself for special events.

The area

Harrogate is one of Yorkshire’s most stylish locations. The Victorian town centre boasts striking historic buildings and lush gardens. Settled in the centre, Green View is in the perfect location to explore the town and the surrounding areas.

Harrogate’s Turkish Baths have been perfecting the art of relaxation since 1897 so if you’re looking to unwind, head straight there. Cosy bistros, cafes, restaurants and bars line the cobbled streets. You’ll find the famous Betty’s tea room 10 minutes away on foot too.

There’s something for everyone when it comes to shopping. Whether you’re looking for antiques, arts and crafts, high-end fashion or jewellery – you’ll find plenty of unique stores and boutiques to discover.

Step outside of the centre and you’ll find the Yorkshire Dales on your doorstep. From the valleys to the peaks, there’s lots of varied landscapes to explore. Enjoy long walks, rock climbing, mountain biking, abseiling and much more!

Local buses run throughout Harrogate with routes covering popular towns and idyllic villages. Hop on the No. 24 bus route which travels to Pateley Bridge, and enjoy the beauty of the local area as it journeys along the River Nidd through the rolling hills and moorland. Knaresborough and Ripon each have several routes so you can easily travel to those areas via bus.

Harrogate Train Station is a 4-minute walk away from the property. Popular cities and towns such as York, Leeds and Knaresborough can easily be reached via rail.

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International Airport, 12 miles from Green View.

“We were a party of 7 women so each had a double bed to ourselves. Some were en-suite. The bedding and towels were wonderful and the house was very clean. We were in the centre of Harrogate so it was easy to get around walking. Lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and of course Betty's Tea Shop. We went to a nearby theatre and on train trips to Knaresborough and York. The train station is behind the house and a busy road at the front. Some of our group didn't sleep very well! All in all we had a great time, in spacious rooms for all.”

“The property was lovely and well decorated. There were ample bathrooms and plenty of space for all the guests in our group. The large windows did have significant draft however, and during the storm this meant there was a strong breeze and loud noises throughout the night. The property would benefit from having locks on bathroom doors and enough ammenities in each. Some bathrooms only had less than a quarter toilet roll in each. Kitchen space was large and had a nice space with lots of chairs. It would be better to have a few more baking trays and sharp knife as this limited cookong for large groups. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend again for a large group in central harrogate.”
