Second time we have stayed here and it’s perfect. Great for us as we are working in Thetford but could also see it being great for people wanting to explore local area.

Ideal stay for our work trip

Park View is just like the photos, its actually a lot bigger than i expected. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom and kitchen perfectly clean with all the essentials provided. The rear garden is just beautiful and very peaceful. Highly recommend - very close to thetford town centre with lots of green space and a nearby park for children.

Very simple but great little bungalow. Was exactly what we need and nicely central for travelling around Norfolk. Location was pretty and peaceful. The host was always on hand with quick responses and we would recommend to any family. Thank you 😊

Comfortable, Very Basic, But Couple of Cheap Buys would improve massively! Positive: Location was good, nice and quiet, comfortable lounge area. Lovely patio doors onto garden from master bed. Nice wee Garden to rear that gets sun most of the day with nice fruit trees. Very lovely and helpful neighbours. Negative: No wardrobes or drawers or anywhere to unpack clothes to in Master bedroom. Only one beside table/nightstand in Master too. House was extremely hot on arrival. Kitchen oven needs a masters degree to operate - some short written instructions on site would be super handy. Shower and kettle need descaling. Only one mirror in the property which is in the entryway/hall corridor and it’s really distorted like a funhouse mirror. A wall mounted mirror in bedrooms and/or bathroom for makeup/shaving etc would be appreciated.

Lovely bungalow Positive: Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay. Quiet residential area with easy access to local shops etc. Negative: Found the drive a bit difficult to get the car on sometimes as cars parked on the street made it too tight. Some fans would have been welcome in the extreme heat.

Restful Positive: We enjoyed the peacefulness of the bungalow and the private garden and beautiful trees and wildlife. We even saw a deer! It was nice to have a table and chairs (especially comfortable ones with arms!) In the garden, the washing line with many pegs was so useful. It was nice to have a park a few steps away and the location is good, a quiet residential area but 3 min drive to the local shops. A good base for exploring Thetford. The bedrooms were lovely, modern, clean and light and the beds were very clean and comfortable. There is a good amount of storage in the twin room. Nice modern bathroom. We liked having a table in the kitchen and living room. It is a lovely light, airy and clean bungalow. We appreciated the use of what looks like a brand new washing machine and also to have a parking space in the driveway (albeit narrow!) The kitchen was well resourced and we appreciated the touches like oven gloves, dishcloth, tea towel and fairy liquid. Negative: There are some small things that would have made our stay even more enjoyable (but not deal breakers and would still come again!): the double bedroom didn't have a bedside cabinet both sides of the bed which made things a bit difficult, also there is no storage in there for clothes, not even hooks! It needs some drawers, rail, or small wardrobe or something to store clothes and other bits. The bedrooms would also benefit from a mirror eg full length mirror in each bedroom. Trays would be useful to carry food and drinks to the garden and it would be useful to have some lights in the back garden, eg solar lights, fairy lights, outside light etc as it's such a lovely place to sit and maybe reclining chairs to enjoy the garden more. It would be useful to have hooks on the doors or over door books esp in bathroom, to hang your clothes while showering etc. The kitchen could do with a bit of updating as the rest of the bungalow seems more modern and updated. I struggled with a smell in the living room. I don't know what it was, we kept the windows open. It smelt like animals or something. Maybe the carpets and sofas need a deep clean? Some rugs were stained eg hallway and double bedroom, and there were stained cups and pans and we had to wash the oven gloves on arrival as they had gravy or the like on them! We bought some pan scourers to clean the cups, which helped. A toilet roll holder on the wall in the bathroom would have been helpful. I assumed there would be an iron and ironing board available but we couldn't see any. Also, a clothes horse would be useful for inside drying on rainy days. HOWEVER, these are small things and did not spoil our stay. We would still come back again and had a lovely, restful stay!

Everything we needed for a wonderful short break perfect Positive: Location excellent walking distance to town well situated for day's out very clean beds comfortable lovely quiet location Negative: All was good

The place was very clean and tidy. The host was very quick to respond when we reached out to him. Unfortunately the internet was very weak and we were not able to stream anything on tv. Instead we had to use our 2bars of 5G as hot spot which was much quicker. Also the washing machine did not work while we were there. The host stated they would try to address these issues for future guests.

Nice bungalow, shame about the WiFi Positive: Simply but comfortably furnished, with good beds. Good location in Thetford. We particularly liked getting breakfast from Boteco do Ivan Negative: The WiFi cut out a number of times, not sure if we were unlucky or it's common there. A few minor gripes like no mirror in the bathroom.

Really nice area. Great accommodation with plenty space. Looking forward to going back again.

Overall, it’s a very nice place. The second key box is not as easy to find as the first one. The staff responded fairly promptly. The room was clean, and the neighbors were quiet. Would recommend.
