Great amount of space for family. Nice location from which to explore Brighton. Taxi stand around corner. Positive: Great amount of space especially for mobility impaired father! Negative: Hot water stopped working in smaller bathroom on last day and stool broke apart when father sat down.

Positive: Was in a quiet place, had lifts for my folks. Loved the balcony.

Great place to stay. Central and access to all types of shops on your doorstep. Train station close and bus services connecting all of Brighton on the road outside. The Accom was amazing, lots of good quality tech item and the kitchen had ample space and utensils for our two week holiday. Lift is a bonus and an area to store your bikes if needed. No noisy neighbours as a company underneath so quiet at night. Washer/dryer was also a bonus as we were there for two weeks. Would definitely stay again. 🫶🏻

Our stay at the Palm Penthouse was excellent. The location was truly ideal for exploring Brighton, perfectly situated between the vibrant North Laines, with its great coffee and shopping, and London Road, offering a wide array of groceries and restaurants. The apartment itself felt bright and airy; opening the patio doors created a pleasant breeze that kept the space comfortable throughout our visit. We were also pleased with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The internet proved to be fast and reliable, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The comprehensive digital guide provided for the apartment was a thoughtful and useful touch. As tourists visiting friends and exploring Brighton, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would certainly recommend the Palm Penthouse for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Modern spacious apartment. Luxury property, modern spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. only letdown was due to the lack of cleansing. The property was dirty when we arrived the cleaner had only changed the beds which also had marks on the sheets. Apart from it not being cleaned and a bird graveyard off the master bedroom balcony on the adjoining building. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Toll gelegene und super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr geräumig, alles wie auf den Fotos. Wunderbar bequeme Betten. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Negative: Waren erst etwas skeptisch wegen dem Lift, der an einen Lastenaufzug erinnert, aber hat alles geklappt.

Appartement sympa et bien situé Positive: Appartement agréable et bien agencé.La situation géographique par rapport à la gare, l’accès aux commerces de proximité. Negative: Smart TV non fonctionnelle, pas de possibilité de déposer les bagages avant 4pm,dur dur quand on arrive à 9am après voir voyager une partie de la nuit.

Lovely spacious apartment really Comfortable and clean

This is a great place to stay for a visit to Brighton. The apartment is located centrally, a short 10 minute walk from the station, North Laine and the town centre. The accommodation was as described and very well prepared, and is quite quiet and private. The digital guide provided by the host was very useful. We would certainly hope to return on a future visit to the area.

We loved staying at the apartment - the location is perfect, being just a short walk from the station and into town. We especially loved how bright and airy it was whilst offering high levels privacy. The flat was also tastefully furnished and had ample kitchen equipment for a short stay. Only minor gripes were that we enquired about the cost for a slightly later checkout (10am is very early) and were told it depended on whether there was another booking after us. When we chased for a response on the day of check in, we were told it wasn’t their policy to offer late check outs, so feel this could have been communicated from the outset. However we did receive several messages reminding us of the 10am check out and damage policy from there on. The keys are also colour coded (incorrectly) so was a touch confusing gaining entry at first but we got the hang of it. And under the beds could do with a vacuum. But overall we’d highly recommend this apartment and hope to return at some point.

We had a very enjoyable stay, and loved the quirkiness of the apartment. It was generously sized and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, but take your own cheese grater! Would definitely stay again.

I am very disappointed with this place. The owner is responsive, 30 minutes after i checked out and on the way to London, i contacted the owner that i left my big Owala tumbler in the fridge, and i told him i will be back to Brighton in few days to collect it. He told me he will asked the house keeping and update me. I waited few days without reply, and contacted the owner just to find out that they cannot find my tumbler. So i assume it is stolen. So i am not recommending this airbnb as they are dishonest even after i told them right after i checked out.

Lovely place, very bright and clean. Great sized rooms with clean bathrooms and nice towels provided. Well equipped modern kitchen. Does get a bit hot in the mornings with the windows closed but cools quickly with the ACs and fans provided in each room. Would recommend to friends/family and will hopefully stay again!

Had a great stay at the penthouse. Good space. Relatively easy to find. Centrally located and within walking distance of the beach, town etc. Only gripe was the state of the floor. Doesn't look like it had been mopped in some time. No big deal though. Would happily recommend.

Positives: Fantastic penthouse. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely balcony.Downsides: A bit of a grotty area and didn’t really trust the lift. Could also have been cleaner. Hairs in bathroom and dust under beds.

The Palm Penthouse must be one of the best stocked and most private of all airbnb properties here in Brighton and Hove. The light and airy flat is thoughtfully designed and clean to a fault. Will definitely return.

Great place and enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. Good location, had everything we needed for our stay and walkable distance to everything Brighton has to offer. Air con was an added bonus and balcony was nice to sit on in the morning. Place was stocked over and above what you would expect from an Air BnB.

Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment in Brighton This modern and beautiful apartment is spacious, comfortably decorated, well equipped and very private. It has two balconies (one huge one and a private one off of the main bedroom).The location is amazing, the apartment is a short walk from the train station, The Lanes and it’s quirky shops and cafes, the Palace Peir, the Royal Pavilion and a raft of great restaurants and pubs.The only downside, if traveling by car, is that there is no parking at the property and public car parks in Brighton are expensive so, if you can travel by train I would recommend doing that.You definitely won’t regret a stay in this penthouse apartment.
