Very nice house but there were issues with the heating. The property would benefit from some basic maintenance/attention to detail but subject to that and resolving the heating (something not possible during our stay) it is a great space to stay with family/friends.
we had a lovely family 4 day short break , the house was lovely and very homely, very well furnished, Saltburn is wonderful and unspoilt, large secure garden , ideal for the dogs , fantastic cliff walks nearby,loved it here, would come again

Absolutely fantastic stay what with the amazing home, and Saltburn itself being a lovely seaside town with nostalgia and Positive: The property was absolutely stunning. We were so happy to be able to stay in such an amazing home. Everything you could want for a luxurious and relaxing break. Huge house with everything appliance you could ask for. Off street parking in a super quiet neighbourhood. Fully enclosed garden for our little dog. Negative: There was nothing. Everything was superb.
Enjoyed our stay, but there are things that can be improved. If you offer facilities and equipment, it should be in work Positive: Plenty of space Good size garden Good parking Lots of facilities Negative: Poor wi-fi coverage Fire pit not operational Dirty BBQ, unusable Not properly cleaned, lots of dog hair and dust everywhere Didn’t have a working vac to tidy ourselves
In a lovely quiet neighbourhood not far from town. The house was very spacious with a lovely big garden. Brilliant price as well

The house was absolutely perfect, so much so we extended our stay for an extre 3 nights. Would highly recommend staying here!
The property was well located and within walking distance to the town/beach. The house had plenty of space for all of us and a great enclosed garden for the kids and dogs. The majority of the house was clean however the floors were noticably dirty downstairs, especially around the seating. However, overall we were happy and would recommend.

Perfect for a family gathering! Positive: It was perfect for a family get together. Bedding and towels nipping clean! Everything you need for your stay. Lovely large garden and dining area to share with the family. Negative: I just feel that a little more care with attention to detail would help! E.g the blinds are very easily cleaned and they were very dusty which is a shame.
The home was spotless and exactly as seen on the pictures. It is ideally placed for the beach. We had a lovely relaxing stay. A great time was had by all.
Lovely house in nice quiet location. Positive: Lovely big house in a quiet location. Negative: Needs a good deep clean. I hoovered at the start of our stay and cleaned the toilets. The floors haven’t been mopped (kitchen had sticky patches). Cobwebs and dust bunnies in corners and under furniture. Just an extra hours cleaning would have made it an easy excellent review.

Perfect house for 5 adults, a toddler and and an infant. Plenty of space within the house itself, enclosed safe lawned garden at the rear for the toddler and dog. Lounge especially very generous.Overall very good home, located just 5 minutes drive from the Saltburn coastline, nice residential area and house in good condition. Garden needed a little attention (weeding, lawn cutting) but didn't stop us fully using and enjoying it!

Lovely location,quite and safe neighbourhood,lovely and spacious house but needs addressing above Positive: It was a lovely house with a lot of beautiful decorations,it was very cousy and spacious with a lovely garden area. House was also well equiped with all the essentials for the stay with the family and friends. Negative: There was a dog poo in the garden when we arrived in which my son accidently stepped in, BBQ equipment has not been cleaned fron the previous use, water in downstairs toilet kept running after the flushing and the bed in one of the smaller bedrooms was way too small for 2 people to sleep in it.
A great place and location with everything we needed for a getaway friends. My only complaint was that the cot and high chair weren’t available on our first night, which meant we didn’t get much sleep because our daughter didn’t have anywhere to sleep fie to our daughter not having anywhere to sleep, but this was rectified as quickly as possible by the host so we quickly forgot about it and were able to enjoy our stay.
Lovely spacious house on edge of Saltburn. As 2 couples, we enjoyed the large lounge. The kitchen was well equipt and the garden was great for our dogs. Another great Host and Stay managed property. We enjoyed it all and had no issues.
Great house, comfortable beds, lots of glasses, crockery etc. Big and spacious. Too far out of the centre for walking to restaurants and pubs. The cleaning is not to a very high standard, blinds, bar stools and under the sofas were full of dust, room floor was dirty, the outside bins were almost full so struggled with where to put our rubbish. Overall a good place to stay but the cleaning needs to be addressed with our rubbush

Our second stay at this lovely property so close to the lovely centre of Saltburn, we will be sure to return.
Really enjoyed our visit here. House is massive, lots of space for the six of us. Comfortable with everything you need. Towels were provided. Parking on the drive enough for two cars but was parking on the street. Two bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. Everything was as described.

House is big and in a nice area Issue with a constant beeping noise coming from a locked room on the landing which kept us awake Also the bathroom radiator would not turn off and was boiling hot making the bedrooms upstairs really warm
Positive: Lovely spacious house, good location Negative: One of the rooms that sleep two has a bed that was far to small for two adults.
Positive: Fairly good size. Negative: The house needs a deep clean, especially the kitchen equipment. The sweeping brush and cleaner were left in the dining area. The windows needed a clean.
The property is excellent, a huge space with a good outdoor area. Very handy to have downstairs wc. Bedrooms are very comfortable and furnishings are to a high quality. About 20 mins walk to town, would highly recommend.
