Positive: Very comfortable bed. 20 mins walk downhill to Canterbury, but have to bus it back, unfortunately busses stop running just after 8pm so then have to get a taxi back. Good to have dedicated parking space however another car was parked there a number of times. Negative: Hard to find safe key to access apartment. Booked for 27 nights and only left 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel (told this was standard). No toaster or coffee maker supplied as stated on bkg.com (told it was not included on phone) Bad mould in bathroom which we cleaned ourselves. 1 out of 3 lights in bathroom worked, previous review already pointed it out. Dirty pans, dishes and oven rails. Cobwebs behind living door where the ironing board was. Hoover was dirty. Lots of dishes were chipped.

I stayed here for 8 weeks while on placement in Canterbury. It was a lovely peaceful place to come back to after a stressful day. Ideally located for walking into Canterbury. Instructions for checking in / out were thorough and easy to follow. Thank you!

Attention... Positive: - Appartement calme, bien situé. - Place de parking - Literie confortable Negative: L'absence de réactivité de l'organisme qui gère l'appartement pour le propriétaire. En utilisant le grille-pain, cela a disjoncté mais le tableau électrique se trouvant dans un placard cadenassé, nous n'avons pu remettre l'électricité. Problème signalé à 10 h, sms avec le code à 17 h ! ( après maintes relances de notre part et un appel au service clients de Booking qui a fait bouger les choses...).Personne ne s'est déplacé , heureusement que nous avions vu juste et que nous avons pu remettre l'électricité sinon nous serions restés sans pendant trois jours, week-end de Pâques oblige! D'autre part, il n'y avait que deux spots qui fonctionnaient sur les trois qui se trouvaient dans la salle de bain, on n'y voyait pas grand chose. Le canapé est passable pour s'asseoir mais il doit être très inconfortable si on doit y dormir... Lave -vaisselle out of order!

Canterbury en familia Positive: El apartamento cumplió nuestras expectativas. Además, la ubicación era perfecta. Hay una parada de autobús que te deja en el centro. Andando también se llega enseguida al centro. Negative: Llegamos de noche y tardamos en encontrar las llaves.

We had a lovely stay overall. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe residential area, with the added bonus of free parking. Canterbury city centre is only around a 15–20 minute walk away, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was very clean, and everything we needed had been thoughtfully provided. The only slight issue was that the pull-out sofa bed in the living room was unfortunately not working, so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa without it being pulled out into a bed. Fortunately, she is quite slim, so she managed fine! Apart from this, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed our time in Canterbury.

Convenient and comfortable for two people and fairly close to Canterbury City Centre. Positive: There was free parking and once we had found it it was easy to come and go. Good property for 2 people. Negative: The hot water in the tap was so hot it was very unsafe. It even made the tap so hot you couldn’t turn it off without a cloth. When we invited our family for fish and chips we didn’t have enough forks for four. 2 proper forks, one baby fork and we got a disposable fork from FnC shop! Definitely not fully equipped for 4, luckily we were only 2.

Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen und der Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung war super. Alles top. Allerdings gibt es wenig und altes Besteck und keine Gewürze außer Salz. Der Toilettensitz und der Duschvorhang sind auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

A great short break! Positive: Keys and parking permit were in lockbox waiting for us Negative: Trying to find the apartment when we arrived was frustrating, as the sat nav took us onto the top road. A friendly local who lived on the estate helped us to find where the apartment was. After that it was a simple journey into the city centre.

Great one bed walking distance from the center. Apartment was clean and tidy - would be happy to stay again.

The apartment was in a great location with private parking. The size of accommodation was ideal for us for the weekend. The apartment needs some attention due to wear and tear in places. All things that can be sorted easily by the host.

Positive: Location Negative: When we arrived, the apartment was dirty and not cleaned, even though we booked it two weeks in advance. We contacted the agency, who sent someone to clean the apartment. As an apology, they promised a £20 compensation. Almost two weeks passed, and we haven't received the money, and we haven't received a response to our previous emails. The apartment needs renovation, the bathroom is moldy and smells. Overall, the apartment isn't worth the price.

Nice apartment with with easy parking. We were there for seven nights, but only had two bath towels.

The location is great and the bed comfortable. However, this flat is run by a management company who do not know the listing well and haven’t maintained the property to a good standard. We had to stay out all day for a maintenance person to come and fix several issues only for them not to turn up and the management company to stop communication from mid day. I hope the mould, faulty/ broken items and stains are rectified before the next guest checks in. If they are, this would be a great place to stay in as the location, parking and facilities if repaired offer a good base to explore from.

Neat apartment within walking distance of city centre Positive: The apartment was clean and the bed & sleeper couch were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for yourself. The location is within walking distance of Canterbury city centre. Negative: The location of the apartment in the complex was a bit challenging. Apartment needs some TLC. The washing machine was not working and the host was not very helpful to get it working. 2 out of the 3 lights in the bathroom weren't working. Many plates and bowls had chips in them.

In 20 min in der Altstadt Positive: Canterbury ist schön. Die Wohnung ist klein aber zweckmäßig und voll ausgestattet. Man kann die Altstadt in 20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Negative: Es ist schwierig die Wohnung zu finden, da Google Maps einen zum falschen Haus lotst. Man muss dann die Straße bis zum Ende fahren, dann rechts. Die Schlüssel sind beim Müllhäuschen. Das Doppelbett ist schmal und das Sofa ok.

Comfy clean and relaxing but needs attention to fans Positive: Very cosy, comfortable flat. Negative: In the heatwave a fan would have been useful but I purchased one. The Windows which didn’t open fully would have been adequate for ventilation. Very noisy bathroom fan, the loudest I’ve ever heard and bathroom lights faulty.

(Helpful pleasant staff on phone - even if they couldn't summon up maintenance) location - to the city Negative: See my letter - where I raised a number of issues - not least that problems raised by previous visitors on their reviews had not been sorted!

Accomodatie zeer matig, Canterbury en omgeving fantastisch.. Positive: Ligging van de locatie/bereikbaarheid Negative: Bij aankomst een uur moeten wachten op dr code voor het sleutelkastje. Konden dus niet naar binnen. Het was niet schoon. Ovenschaal vol met vette rommel, bekers niet goed schoon, bestek niet goed gewassen. Stofwolken onder bank. Schimmel in de badkamer.

Nice place, there is a £25 non-refundable damage deposit (not mentioned anywhere on their AirBnB bio)as the place is hosted by an agency, so be prepared for that. Communication isn’t the best but had an overall nice stay.

I had a pleasant 4 night stay at this property and would definitely love to stay again, however, new trays would be grea Positive: The bed was very comfortable and I managed to sleep well because of it. Only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, (or 5 minutes by bus). Negative: Trays were very dirty upon arrival and despite my best efforts to clean and scrub them rigorously, the trays were still dirty so this resulted me having to eat out most nights .

The apartment was lovely, the facilities and location was great, about 15min from the town center. What was not up to par was the talks with the management group that takes care of the property. There was a 25£ hidden fee, a mandatory deposit that wasn't refundable and wasn't disclosed in the initial ad. Other than that, it's a great place.
