A pleasant stay in Whitby in a really lovely apartment 😊 Positive: The property was well maintained and immaculately clean . A lovely little Apartment not far to walk to the centre of Whitby. Just a little helpful information we asked if there was a cot thy said there wasn’t one so we took our own travel cot, however when we got there, there was a travel cot stored under the bed in the double bedroom. Negative: Nothing. It was fine for us as we are all able to manage stairs but no good if anyone isn’t so good with stairs as it is a top floor apartment.

A brill break overall, fab location, clean and modern. Host kept in touch about everything. Positive: Location perfect for a family? Lovely Pannett park opposite that in our 3 night stay we visited twice. Our kids said it was one of the best 👌. Only a 10 min walk into town if that was ideal. Very clean. Negative: I Cound not get on with induction hob but that may just be me , and the apartment was very hot even with all the windows open, could realy do with some air-conditioning or extra fans.

Fantastic apartment only 5 mins walk from centre of Whitby. Clean and comfortable with all you need and just as described in description. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and they loved the bunkbeds and the little balcony. Positioned nearby to a fantastic park with a huge playground - we couldn’t have wished for a better location. Host and Stay very helpful and responsive, we would highly recommend.

Positive: The apartment was cosy and the location was superb, close to the park with a great playground for our two year old. A bottle of red was a nice touch by the host.

Lovely place to stay Positive: Good location and very clean. Comfy beds and good WiFi for the kids. Well situated and close to a lovely park. Good space within the apartment itself. Negative: Only four towels for 5 guests. Don't know how hard it would be to have 5 towels? There should be one for each bed in the property. We requested an extra towel when we arrived and we received the extra one the afternoon before we came home. Also only three chairs at the table for 5. The chair outside the door of the apartment was broken as I discovered as I tried to sit on it. I guess most people don't eat in the house but we did. The taps on the bath spin round and need to be tightened up. There could definitely be a recycling bin in the apartment. And just to be aware apartment 3 is on the third floor so quite a lot of steps. Again not a problem for me and my kids but more difficult for my parents. The large blue bean bag in the lounge has a hole in so you couldn't sit on it because the filling came out. The small bean bags in the lounge were too flat even for my kids to sit on. They laid on their beds instead as there was not enough room on the sofa.

Positive: Dog friendly and right next to the cinder path where I could let my dog off lead for miles.

Had a lovely few days here with very friendly helpful hosts. Walking distance of everything even with a 3 year old and baby. Apartment was spotless and beautiful. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely return. Parking on the road was hit and miss in busy kids holidays but we always managed to get somewhere walking distance! Thank you for having us :-)

Positive: Was nice & clean , welcoming. Loverly place to stay Negative: Wasn’t aware #3 was at the top floor, proved hard work with a 9month old and prams, luggage, bags etc.

Great flat for a long weekend or a week. Had everything we needed. Would definitely book again Positive: Great little property. Excellent quiet location only 10mins walk to the harbour. Great space for 3 adults and one teenager. Plus 2 little woofs. Negative: A few of the drawers and door handles need a little tlc. But wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Positive: The apartment at no 3 pannett apartments was well situated, about 5mins walk to centre of Whitby and bus station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with views overlooking Pannett Park. Everything you needed was there for us and towels outside the door for our dog if wet. Whitby is very dog friendly too so all round a very pleasant trip. Negative: The only thing we didn't like was the apartment was on the 3rd floor and myself and friend are 72 and 82 years so found that hard.

Great little find. Would recommend and would return in the future. It’s a great location facing a beautiful park, easy walking distance to the town. Easy reach to a list of beaches. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is near everything and easily walkable to all of the town. The space was clean and very comfortable. Parking space in the street near the apartment is very easy to find. Would definitely return. The only thing important to know is that the place is on the last floor of the building.

Really great base for exploring Whitby, apartment was as described and was very clean and tidy. Would go again next time in the area.

Enjoyed our stay in Whitby. The flat is clean and functional though do be aware it’s on the third floor - think we missed this in the description. Walking distance of Whitby town centre and just by Pannett Park which had a great playground but doesn’t allow dogs. Check in seems late (4pm) and check out is early (10am) but otherwise a great place to stay.

Lovely apartment in great location.

Frustrated, annoying and we certainly didn't get value for money. Positive: Location was good. Didn't have a breakfast. Negative: Beds are awful. Terrible backache each morning. No tv for the duration, even though someone called to sort the problem. This left us frustrated and annoyed, especially when you've paid over £700. Booked an extra day too which was over £100, but we left a day early because we had enough. Also builders right outside the bedrooms, with scaffolding. Woke us up a few times. Wasn't informed about the 2 flights of stairs either. No good for elderly people/people with leg issues.

Positive: Apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Bedding was fresh and bedrooms were a lovely size. Shower room was perfect! Kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook. Nice quiet location and walking distance to everything. Negative: Parking was an issue but not too difficult (perhaps due to Easter holidays). Only criticism would be the dated sofa as very worn.

Positive: The location of the property is excellent and it was very clean. Every possible kitchen utensil is provided with lovely little touches like a bottle of milk in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine. Negative: Nothing to dislike apart from its self served so you don’t actually meet the owners. Obviously this is because it’s a company that owns many properties.

Positive: Fantastic stay, great location and everything you need in the apartment. Would definitely and would return.

Fab Positive: The location and the facilities were great. The hosts were fab, we left 2 phone chargers and the posted them to us and even covered the costs of the postage.

The apartment was as nice as it looked in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, light and airy and very comfortable. A few tweaks would make things better for the next guests: the kitchen tap is so stiff that it's very hard not to get water all over your clothes! Also, the shower temperature setting did not work at all, it was far too hot and impossible to make cooler, thence not usable. The weather was very warm but I could not open the bedroom window - I think a stronger person might manage it. The kitchen chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I was also taken aback that an extra fee was added to ensure against damage - but was only informed after I had booked it, there should have been greater transparency. All in all though, it is a really nice apartment.

Nice location and great view across the park from the top floor flat. Positive: Location was great and close to the town centre. We choose not to go for a B and B and the Flat had a great view over the park and all the facilities to cater for ourselves. The only downside was the typical British Weather so will most likely be back in the future Negative: Nothing the Host and Stay team were very helpful and helped me manage my stay and rectify I mistake I made on the dates we were staying.

Pleasant flat in a convenient location but not noisy. Positive: Only five minutes' walk from the town and the bus & railway stations. Very clean and tidy on arrival, and a comfortable flat as advertised. Negative: The wall between the two bedrooms is very thin.

A breath of fresh air to stay here and I would definitely stay again Positive: Communication before, during and after the stay was great. The apartment was clean, cosy and warm. We'll equipped and well decorated. Felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Easy arrangements for key collection which made it ok that we were a bit over the check in time. Negative: This is an extremely tiny thing that didn't make a difference to my enjoyment and impression of the apartment atall. I couldn't bring my own coffee plunger and it would have been super to have one, (it could be that I didn't see it in the cupboard) but shops and supermarkets so close and accessible for anything like that.

Positive: Location was great Bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent Negative: Main bed wasn’t the best small and uncomfortable. Cushions on the sofa could do with replacing they were grubby and stained.

Brilliant location. Beautiful apartment. Excellent facilities in the flat. Lots of street parking. Positive: Modern clean apartment Negative: Taps in bath don’t work properly. That was the only thing. Everything else was outstanding

Positive: The apartment has all the mod cons and great location. But it definitely feels like the little things that you get from a more personal touch are missing. Clearly Host and stay are all about the look and less about experience. The bedding was polyester and cheap and in an exceptional hot apartment made for awful nights sleep all the bedding g felt cheap like an after thought. No tea and coffee on arrival al which again is a little thing but it's the little things that make a place feel like value for money. Arriving after a long drive it's always nice to have a cup of tea and when you pay £500 for 3 nights. I don't think its too much to ask! The stairs are steep, with 3 flights and because it's top floor it was very hot. Yes it was clean with all the tech you should require, but for us I would have preferred good quality bedding, a decent nights sleep 4 chairs (one was broken and left out in the hall so 3 chairs for 4 people at dinner was a little annoying) and some completely te and coffee. Definitely a chain the personal touch is definitely missing.

Clean, bright and comfortable Positive: Nice, bright and clean apartment with everything you need for a few days. Great location - short walk to town through the beautiful Pennet Park across the road. Plenty of free parking nearby. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and quiet bedrooms. Negative: We had booked the apartment for 3 people for 3 nights and we got 3 bags of tea and 3 coffee pods of which one was broken. Either supply tea/coffee or don't, but don't go half way like that, it just feels cheap.

The apartment is in a great location roughly a 7 min walk from the town. It’s opposite a lovely park. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and modern.
