Lovely property Positive: Fabulous once you get inside. Very spacious, clean and the decor was really lovely. Absolutely everything we needed and the beds were the comfiest we've ever slept in. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Negative: Very slight criticism, no mirrors in bedrooms and no full length mirrors at all. A very small issue but thought I would mention. The stairs leading up to the property are very steep if you have mobility issues this could be a problem.

I booked Dale’s place for my step-children as they were coming up for their Grandma, my Mother-in-Law’s funeral. It was perfect and so much space. Really lovely apartment and would definitely book again. Thank you Dale 😊

We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was inviting and homely, but the price was too high. It was the weekend of Positive: It had everything we needed Negative: I felt the price was too high.

Positive: Lots of room. Good price Very clean

Lovely place. Loads of parking. Very friendly and proactive hosts.

Great stay, everything needed.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. it was exactly as described, and perfectly cosy with the rainy weather outside. Thank you for the stay, we'll be back.

Great maisonette, and helpful host. Apartment has good transport links via the metro, and sea front is a short drive away if you have a car (parking readily available). Would recommend!

Our 3 nights were very enjoyable. The only recommendation would be to have more comfortable chair at the dining table.

Wow lovely apartment Definitely recommend and will be definitely stopping again if in the area.

Stunning property and suited our needs perfectly. Metro station within a 3 minute walk taking you into Newcastle city centre within 20-25minutes. Small shops nearby for amenities and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time here. Would definitely return if staying in the area again
