Stayed here for a long weekend with my family, the lodge was clean and tidy and very spacious. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed the overall visit! We would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay in Newport Lodge. Perfect size accommodation for a family of 5. Very spacious. In a lovely peaceful setting but close enough for everywhere we wanted to visit. The hot tub was just the icing on the cake at the end of a long day. Accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend and would very happily return. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6. Even through all of the cabins seemed full it was quiet and peaceful. There was ample space for us all and the addition of the hot tub was spot on. - there were even robes available in the wardrobes. I would certainly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The space was spotless, cosy, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. We felt right at home the entire time and really enjoyed our stay. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy. The hottub was amazing too, and it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge, even with a group of friends. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and would highly recommended! ❤️

Fantastic weekend for a 25th birthday! Hot tub and BBQ. Lots of glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a dishwasher! Huge bath and the hot tub is incredible. Beautiful location with a lake and lovely sunset!

Lodge was beautiful, overlooking the duck pond with lots of outside space and furniture. We did have some issues with electricity tripping and a door which had dropped. The Airbnb communication to resolve this wasn't great but site maintenance staff were very helpful and with us promptly once aware of the issues. I feel it would have been helpful to inform us of the door issue in advance and arrange for another door to be used instead. The lodge is beautiful but I do feel would benefit from a little more stock such as extra plates/glasses etc to avoid people having to do as much washing after every meal whilst on holiday. The hot tub had a note for plastic cups only but there weren't any supplied. Overall a fantastic lodge in a beautiful location but could possibly do with a few updates. Would definitely stay again. Site also has a play park for little ones.

We had an amazing stay here for 2nights with friends. The place was spotless and clean and rooms were very good size. It was very warm throughout. The hot tub was also very relaxing with lovely views to enjoy. Will definitely be revisiting 😍

The lodge was stunning and looked exactly like the pictures. There was lots of room, and even with six of us, it didn’t feel crowded. The beds were super comfortable. The whole group agreed that we would stay there again. The host was super helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations.

Lock box key code provided by text , clean tidy and as advertised. Couple issues for maintenance which were fixed the next morning without fuss super quick contact & response by the host . Hot tub was clean and dressing gowns provided was a nice touch . Also Provided a washing pod, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid , salt and pepper . Very nice place to stay and quiet apart from the ducks ! ( we didn’t mind it as they are cute but if you don’t like quacks bring earplugs )

stayed few days absolutley lovely views of roseberry topping my son enjoyed every minute park and restaurants near by and staff / cleaners are so lovely customer service couldn’t be any better any issues is resolved straight away couldn’t recommend more- shauna

Our stay was very pleasant. We all enjoyed relaxing for a few days in a spacious and immaculately clean property. The hot tub was particularly impressive with its exceptional views. We would certainly book it again.

We stayed at Roseberry View Lodge Retreat for the weekend and had an amazing time. The lodge was absolutely beautiful, really spacious and spotless when we arrived. You could tell that a lot of care and attention had gone into making it a lovely place to stay. The location was peaceful and relaxing, which made it the perfect break away from everyday life. A special thank you to our host, Charlie, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Roseberry View Lodge Retreat to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and we’ll certainly be returning in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful stay at this property. It felt right at home. The space around us was great and an added bonus of having the end lodge which meant the kids could make use of the outdoor space right next to our lodge. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. We walked the Roseberry Topping and went for a lovely Italian at il Mulino and an afternoon at Saltburn beach (20 min drive)

We had a lovely couple of days at roseberry view lodges. The Lodge itself was spotless, clean and very spacious. Enjoyed the hot tub with it's beautiful views. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive and fast with the replies. The stay comes with a welcome book inside with local recommendations of things to do. I will 100% be returning to this stay in the future. Beautiful surroundings and plenty to do. I recommend visiting Bakes & Treats that’s just up the road for iced coffee and treats 😍

Had a lovely time. Lovely lodge. Had an issue with the boiler when we arrived as it had turned off but host and stay arranged for the maintenance guy to call straight round. He was great and fixed it. Would stay again

We loved our stay here the place was very clean and the location is great for getting around. Only one issue would be that one of the patio doors was stuck shut however apart from that the stay was amazing and we are looking to book again at winter as we enjoyed our time so much.

really nice, spacious lodge that more than met our needs. althought the fridge is small for 6 people we managed well. beautiful location, lovely walk into the village which has lots to do. definitely recommend this place.

The lodge itself is very nice - clean, and comes with an excess of cooking utensils (from cocktail shakers to rice cookers). You have everything you could possibly need, and reception is very friendly. However, we had quite a bumpy check in. It seems host and stay failed to inform Roseberry View Lodges of our booking, however (very luckily) there was a spare lodge, so they were able to get it cleaned and sort us out after a 2 hour wait. Also, I recommend driving, as calling Ubers is quite shaky (not a lot of drivers), but local taxi companies are ok and affordable. Lovely area and surroundings, sauna and hot tub were very nice as well. I think the main problem is communication between Host and Stay/Airbnb and the resort - it seemed like they had had quite a bit of trouble in the past as well. This meant we lost quite a lot of our first day waiting. Overall I’d recommend, but try booking directly through the resort (they have a website) instead of AirBnB.
